- 578juansebastianr0 contributionsFull day tour - Giza PyramidIt was a very nice full day tour from beginning to end. Ali was always friendly and the tour's agenda was very well organized. We enjoyed the visit to the Egyptian museum and also the visit to the pyramids, with the good knowledge from Ali about the history and related topics. The camel trip was awesome where we could take great pics, and finally the included local meal was yummy.Written October 11, 2024
- MatthewH49020 contributionsAn amazing Pyramid experienceWe had an amazing day with Moustafa Mohsen as our guide and Fady as our driver. Seeing the pyramids for the first time was very special and the experience was more memorable because of Moustafa’s knowledge that he shared with us. The whole day ran very smoothly and it never felt like we were rushed. We would definitely recommend this tour and Moustafa as a guide for anyone wanting to experience the Pyramids and some Egyptian culture.Written October 11, 2024
- cwoods010 contributionsA perfect day with all the best sites! When searching for a tour of the top sites in Egypt, it’s easy to be overwhelmed, but I am so thankful we found this tour! Our guide, Karam, was prompt and arranged all the details in advance. Everything was clear, clean, and most importantly, I felt extremely safe with 2 children along. Karam’s English was clear and easy to understand, but his depth of knowledge and his passion for Egyptian history was so impressive and drew us all in. We had a very full day, the Giza pyramids, camel ride, Sphinx, lunch, jewelry shop, papyrus shop, Memphis, Saqqara, Carpet school, and ATV riding in the desert. Each stop had opportunities to buy, but through they do their sales jobs well, there is no obligation to buy. The Carpet school was my favorite shop, as the profits directly benefit the artisans, and their work is absolutely stunning. Overall, Karam and Sami, our driver, made our day unforgettable and a highlight of our trip. Choose this tour, you won’t regret it!Written October 8, 2024
- Adele B0 contributionsAmazing tour of pyramids, camel ride, ATV and lunchFrom the moment we were picked up until we were dropped off Hani and Hossein (driver) provided us with 1st class service. Hani (Egyptologist) was so knowledgeable telling us about the history of Egypts dynasties and the pyramids. We visited the pyramids, sphinx, rode around the pyramids on camelback which gave a very different perspective of them. He gave us tips including not paying to go inside pyramid as there was a free place to enter in a different one. We spent time at papyrus place which is government run and therefore no obligation to buy and no people trying to hassle you to buy things. Later we did an ATV tour around the pyramids with Mahmoud our guide taking lots of amazing photos. Lunch at a very nice restaurant overlooking the pyramids topped it all off. The tour lasted over 8 hours when advertised as 6 because Hani never rushed us. If I ever return to Cairo I would definitely use this tour again….. maybe see you in Luxor in the future. Thanks Hani 😄Written October 7, 2024
- Radv210 contributionsGreat experience. It’s a must do. ATV and camel give you great views. Hani is a knowledgable tour guideAn amazing day trip with Hani The tour started at 8.30 with a pick up from our hotel. We got back at 5pm Hani is great , he is full of knowledge and ensure we had a good time. First stop- pyramids for about 2 hours Second stop- camel ride was so nice, we got great photos of the pyramids Third stop - Sphinx 4th stop- ATV private tour in with mamood - just 2 of us and mamood We got to drive for 45 mins at least and then had photo and video shots with amazing views Our host was great. He took time getting great videos. The desert was empty so we had space to drive 5th stop - Paper museum 6th stop - Perfume shop Last stop was dinner opposite the pyramids. We had a mixed grill , opposite the pyramids with stunning views The whole day was amazing Well worth the money. An unforgettable day with Hani and Hassan We have amazing photos and great memories We learnt a lot from hani about the history The tour was listed as 6 hours but we got 8.5 hoursWritten October 7, 2024
- timpE9610SF0 contributionsAmazing Tour in One Day - No Regrets!!!!This is a great Tour and I highly recommend. Communication with our tour guide (Karam) was excellent. We provided our details in advance of our trip and they had them down from then forward. We met at 8am at our hotel and set off for the Giza pyramid complex. Excellent information was shared and Karam did an excellent job of navigating the crowds for some amazing pictures. Karam also knew all the right angles for excellent memory making photos. After the great pyramids we moved on to the camel ride. There was an opportunity to purchase head scarfs made of Egyptian cotton (maybe a little bit pricey, but great quality). The scarfs are needed for both the camel ride and later the ATV ride to keep the dust out of your hair and off your face. Be sure to wear sunglasses as well. We then rode Bedouin camels to the Sphinx (our Bedouin guide called it the “Sphinxus”) and they took great photos along the way. Karam was waiting for us near the Sphinx. The Sphinx viewing area is a crazy busy madhouse of humanity, but the Sphinx is truly an amazing site to behold and if you’re patient, you can get great pics. From there we went to lunch at a near by Egyptian restaurant with an amazing view of the Sphinx and the second pyramid. From here we made stops at a local jewelry shop where they can make you a name cartouche in silver or gold (jewelry store was a non-pushy experience). Then we went to a papyrus factory/shop for a demonstration and a fairly pushy sales pitch (if you have traveled and done tours you know it’s all part of the deal). From the Papyrus Shop, the tour continued to the Memphis site with great views of the Ramses 2 statue and other sarcophagus and statues. After Memphis we headed to Saqqara to see the oldest pyramid in Egypt (the step pyramid). This was my second favorite part of the day from a historical perspective. From this site you can see the remains of three pyramids at this location and get a few of about 6 other pyramids in varying states of preservation. This is another amazing site for great pics. Afterwards we stopped by the Nile School for Countryside Carpets. You tour how the carpets are made and then can shop for beautiful cotton or silk hand made rugs. These are generational quality rugs. Absolutely beautiful. Then we finished off our tour with ATV (4-wheeler) rides in the desert. This was so much fun. After the ride they dust you off with a blower (very important) and provide a wash closet. After the ATV rides, we were returned to our hotel. The whole trip went from 8am - 7pm. Overall this is an amazing tour, well worth the cost for all of the activities and knowledge we learned. Our driver, Sami) was incredibly courteous and we felt very safe. our guide Karam was absolutely amazing and we had a great time. I mention the jewelry, papyrus & rug factory not as negatives, but so you know what to expect. If I knew we were going to a rug factory I may have spent money differently on the trip, as these were some of the most beautiful rugs I have ever seen. If you choose this tour with full knowledge of what to expect, you will not be disappointed.Written October 7, 2024

Always ready to answer any questions and always has a smile on his face He's really passionate about ancient Egypt. The Egyptian restaurant is very good with all included buffet. We had a really nice time. Camel ride and Quad Bike were really cool. If you don't know how to ride well please tell them as it might be dangerous. - Q6401FDandrews0 contributionsHani is the best tour guide :)Hani was the best tour guide. We went to the pyramids, he gave us a great tour explaining the history of the pyramids, then we rode camels over to the sphinx nearby. We saw how papyrus was made and then we rode atvs/quads out to the desert. Many photo opps at all the places we went. Finally we got lunch at an Egyptian buffet. Great experience and would recommend!!Written September 30, 2024
- Quest7352270 contributionsAmazing experience!Wow we had the best time on this excursion. We got lucky and spent more than 8 hours on the tour. We had Karam all to ourselves and he gave us an amazing tour in history!!! It was informative and intriguing. Mena, our driver, helped keep us safe and was on time at every stop. We were happy to help the local economy and purchased goods from the local vetted stops (scarfs, sand art, papyrus art, perfume and more). Not only did Karam take the best pictures of us and knew all the good photo spots, we got to enjoy a camel ride and ATV rides with views of the pyramids with trusted locals. The lunch was yummy with a view of the Sphinx. We would totally recommend this tour as part of an unforgettable experience in Cairo and Giza. It’s a once in a life time experience to be here and to enjoy Egypt this way with Karam .Written September 29, 2024

This year my sister and I decided to visit Egypt for the first time. It was like a journey to magical land, of which so far we only read about. We wanted to see as many of historical treasures as possible and thanks to their excellent organisation we managed to see many of famous Egyptian monuments from Luxor to Abu Simbel and on the North in Cairo (all in one week!). Before the journey we read some warnings about safety, but I must say that all the time we felt safe and welcome.
The last day before going home we visited Cairo where Mr. Hamza was our guide. We visited Egyptian Museum, enjoyed in the view of Cairo from the Nile, and on a camelback admired Pyramids of Giza... And, yes, of course we saw the Great Sphinx. We also had a big lunch in an excellent restaurant.
Thank you Mr. Hamza for all the knowledge that you shared with us and for a lovely time :)
Overall experience in Egypt: priceless :)
