Mixed review here and I'd probably give it 3.5 stars if i could: Just spent 10 days across Egypt and used EMO tours for around 90% of everything I did. Whilst communication with them on whatspp can be difficult all pickups (that happened) were pretty much bang on time. Mixed feeling about the tour guides: Giza tour was appalling and we were left very disappointed. We were badly rushed (despite taking the supposed 'long route') and the guide was only interested in finishing as quickly as possible and taking us to her friends shops. Hardly any info about the pyramids was provided. It was a bad start to the holidays and we were stressed that this would happen throughout. Luckily it didn't to the same extent. Aswan Guide was excellent: really knowledgeable, gave us space and not rushed. Luxor Guide was excellent if not too detailed and talked too fast but really, a minor complaint. Annoyingly, we booked a balloon ride over Luxor, something i've always dreamed of doing. The trip was booked EIGHT month's in advance and at 3.30am on the day (when we were meant to be picked up) it was cancelled with no reason. After a few messages we were told it was booked up, despite us booking so much in advance. Guttingly, an hour later we could see some 30 balloons flying over Luxor. We missed a night doing anything in Luxor in order to be able to get up so early and Emo should have told us the day before. When put to them there was no response. I would suggest if you want a balloon ride you book direct with a provider and not via Emo as they are clearly not serviced well by these companies. TO CAP IT ALL OFF - EMO HAVE IGNORED ALL REQUESTS FOR A $160 REFUND FOR THE BALLOON AND I'VE HAD TO INITIATE A CHARGE BACK ON MY CREDIT CARDS. BE WARNED !!!

Best tours operator in Egypt if you are planning for Holidays. Md.Torky was very professional and responsible. Guidance from EMO was exceptionally smooth in every parameter. We took only Transportation and tour guide facilities from them but whole plan was prepared by me, now the thing is very important that Mr.Torky made the best out of it.

Excellent trip! And even better tour guide! Merna was a soo lovely young lady and led us around the amazing pyramids. She knew soo much about the history of them and interpreted some hieroglyphics for us, thoroughly and enthusiastically, like a good teacher, so Merna, please keep this mentality!! She bought us cold water and some fresh dates too. Ahmed, our driver was kind, polite and we felt really safe during the whole trip. So I can recommend this trip and mainly our wonderful guide Merna! Ask her at the agency to be your guide, if you can, and you will not be disappointed! 10/10! :-)

We had Reem as our guide in Alexandria for one day. She was very good. Knowledgeable, friendly and patient, she explained the sights well and made sure we did not miss anything important on our tour. At our request, she also helped us change our US dollars into local currency when we needed some money quickly and took us to the local market to buy some local delicacies as well. I would recommend Reem as a guide in Alexandria

This was supposed to be the highlight of our trip! Started out kind of odd when guide got into some heated discussion with security at our hotel and then we drove away and he talked with driver for 10 minutes or so before actually addressing us and telling us about tour. The we stopped somewhere on side of road and he bought our tickets. Then one ticket didn’t work. At Giza he gave us a brief 5 minutes overview and then he was totally rushing us to get to the camel ride part. Did not have enough time to explore and take pictures. He did not offer for us to go into big pyramid. For the Sphinx he literally told us to jump out of car and take 5 minutes to take a picture. Did not explain one thing about Sphinx. He spent 90 percent of the time talking to the driver or sleeping as we drove to each site. We realize it was Ramadan but perhaps they should not offer full day tours during that time.

The evening was great a moment never to forget our guide was very very special and very polite , coming to a foreign land didn’t expect all hospitality thank you ziad fares for this great moments

Sumyah was an excellent travel guide. She arrived early to pick us up and patiently waited for us to come down. She engaged in great conversation about her life and Egypt. She made us feel welcome in Egypt. Sumyah is a great asset to this company. When we go back to Egypt we will ask for her by name. We trust her and she was just all around amazing!!! The boat ride, food and entertainment was pretty good and fun

I had an amazing time! Tarek was an Awesome Tour Guide! Tarek make sure everything went smooth. He was prompt on picking me up and if I ever come back out here to Egypt, I will look for him to be my tour guide again.!!! He’s very knowledgeable on the history of Egypt and he speaks English very well. I would Strongly recommend Him and the Tour Company to anybody.

The Sakkara Necropolis and the Dahshur Red & Bent Pyramid complexes transport you back in time to ancient Egypt. Our expert tour guide Hossam brought so much of the history to life. Ali our driver travelled the backstreets and the country roads to and from the Pyramids, giving us an insight daily Cairo life too! The contrast of the old and the new makes this tour special.

Our driver Mathmood was punctual and made every effort to communicate with us using Google translator. We picked our guide in Alexandria and she was excellent. Spoke perfect English and was very knowledgeable. Both stayed with us during the whole time in Alexandria. I will recommend visiting Alexandria while cruising and not driving 5 hrs round trip from Cairo.

We had a great time on this full day tour and saw some really nice places. Our guide Hakiem is a great guy. He gave us information, collected fossils and did his best to make sure we had fun and had a great time everywhere! The tour is completely personalized so your experience is much better. We loved Wadi El Rayan and Wadi El Hitan! I will come back for camping! Thanks for everything!

Samy is a great tour guide! Everything was amazing from the beginning - pick up from the hotel, bottled water, car with A/C The tour was interesting. We got very beautiful photos, Samy is good at it! 👌

Adham was a very enthusiastic guide full of knowledge. He helped us navigate the huge Old Museum which could have been overwhelming otherwise.
