Booked a trip with this company in 2019 and everything went well. But all of a sudden, 4 years later, they are demanding for more money. Avoid them.

We first went to Citadel of Salah el Din to look at the Cairo skyline and see this magnificent structure.There are over 120,000 items in the museum dating from prehistoric times to Greco Roman periods. The Gold Mask of Tutankhamen is here as well you can go into the Mummy Room.

Our tour was a full day tour visiting the Giza pyramids, sakkara, memphis & dahshur. It started at 9 am and they were right on time! Our guide, Sayed Mahmud, was fantastic from start to finish. He planned the day completely around what we wanted to do and see. He planned everything on the move to make sure that we could manage to see absolutely everything and at the best possible times to avoid queues as much as possible. He was very knowledgeable about every single pyramid and statue. Nothing was too much trouble for Sayed, and he went the extra mile whereve possible. A nice meal at the end to top it all off. Abil was also a great driver, navigating us through the traffic. All in all, we had such a fantastic day, and I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see all of the Giza pyramids, not just the 3 that Giza is famous for. My favourite was the Bent pyramid in Dahshur. It was very quite both inside and out, which was a much nicer experience.

I booked this tour for my group of 4 and cannot recommend it enough. We were picked up on time at our hotel in a nice sprinter van with a/c. Our driver was very nice and drove safely. We absolutely adored our tour guide, Noura. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Noura gave us plenty of time to see the sites and we did not feel rushed. We’re so happy we got to meet her! The Sakkara, Bent and Red pyramids were incredible. Our favorite was the Bent pyramid because it looked unique. You could go into the Bent and Sakkara pyramids if desired. Memphis was a fun stop as we were able to see a big statue of Ramesses. Overall, this was a fun, safe and memorable experience! My friends and I will cherish these memories forever!

The trip was amazing because we got to see so much history and so many unique pyramids and beautiful locations. If you’re planning a day out just to explore the pyramids, this trip is for you because it covers EVERYTHING, including unique beautiful looking pyramids (the red pyramid, the bent pyramid) which are not your usual go-to locations for tourists but which were the highlight of our trip! Our guide was very kind and knowledgeable, and very helpful and respectful. The lunch we had was at a very beautiful restaurant with tasty food where it seems a lot of people go. The reason I gave it a 4star and not a 5star: Because of stops at a few shops that are NOT listed in the description (perfume shop, papyrus shop and carpet shop), we missed to see a few tombs that were opened until a certain time. The shops were interesting, but I wish we were given the option of actually stopping there, because we would have valued seeing the monuments more than the shops. Also- at the camel ride, the people there are going to try and sell you headscarves. Normally those are 1 euro/dollar bought anywhere. They’re gonna try and scam you to pay over 20 euros. It was our first day in Egypt and we didn’t know the prices so we negotiated it to about 12 euros, but later found out how much of a scam that is, and the tour guide didn’t warn us.

Stunning experience! My tour guide was very knowledgeable in the history of the pyramids. Lots of great views, the weather was manageable, and tons of photos.

On time. Car clean. Fair price. No problems. Not sure the driver spoke English, but there was a 2nd individual in the car who spoke excellent English. Felt safe. Grateful it was all without drama as we had so many negative experiences in Egypt. Countless in fact. Booked several things with Emo Tours and it all went well. Very grateful for that.

Loved being able to get up and close with the oldest pyramids. Lunch was amazing couldve done without the lets go shopping afterwarfs to friends places. Maybe askmif people are interested first

The driver’s car was clean and he was very helpful/respectful. He also drove safely and not “Cairo-style” which I suspect is to accommodate passengers who are used to a different style of driving. There are transfer options that are cheaper but I recommend this one if you are looking for a stress-free ride and feeling very comfortable.

Absolutely incredible! Our guide Essam was brilliant and knowledgeable. We liked how it was just us, the guide and the driver so we could go at our own pace. We learned lots of the history of all three locations. We spent enough time at the pyramids. Essam was an incredible photographer and we have some professional looking photos. He spoke good English and told the stories and facts in a fun way. He provided lots of water and some snacks. Memphis and Saqquara were also very interesting. Recommend doing the camel ride as part of the ticket, it was very fun and not scary at all. We didn’t have to pay for anything extra as it’s all bought within the ticket and our guide sorted everything and lead the way. Lunch was good and authentic, a bit later at 3pm. Thank you Essam and our driver Mohammad for an unforgettable day!

Unbelievable sights and outstanding guides and drivers. The sights were amazing, and a better understanding and appreciation of which was always achieved from our guide Salwa’s insight and explanation.

We’ve booked 23 different tours on our 3 week holiday here in Egypt, only 3 tours we have booked we have had problems with and every single one has been managed by emo tours- they do not care at all about the customers - every tour I have booked with them I have been met with problem after problem . For this tour we had not heard anything all day so I sent a message clarifying our trip only to be told that it was cancelled, they didn’t think to even message us to tell us it was cancelled and when we asked for a refund they basically said it’s not our problem and diverted us to another site to get a refund. We had planned our whole day around this and had just finished getting ready when they replied, looked like they weren’t even gonna tell us. They didn’t make any attempt to apologise and completely didn’t care at all. The last few times we had to deal with rude operators and no show tour guides/late/ in the wrong location. The other tour guides in other companies in Egypt have been lovely but this one has been nothing but a complete pain.

I never take the time to write a review for a tour but in this case I just had to because of how great our guide was. We booked this tour for 3 people through Viator, price was very reasonable, our guide was Essam and I can't overstate how great of a guide he is. Extremely knowledgeable (we asked to stop at a mastaba that is not part of the usual circuit and he had no problem explaining all there was to know about it) and so nice. Also worth mentioning, did not even suggest stopping at any of the tourist trap stores (papyrus, perfume, jewelry) that are very common place with tours in Egypt. 10/10, ask for Essam when you book!!

The day was perfect, I got the lowdown on all to days tour sites and inside both Giza and Red Pyramids and much more, Memphis, Saqqara...hotel to/from transport, driver and guide. Kind thanks to TAYSO - Operations / Sales, for taking the time to answer all my questions, since I just sent him a cold inquiry without much shopping effort, as I am a solo business traveler taking advantage of my location for some weekend site seeing opportunities. HAZEM the Guide provided a wealth of expert ancient Egyptian history / information, well educated and provided welcome kindness, and hospitality. I highly recommend Emo Tours to any traveler. Having a Guide like HAZEM, familiar with the ancient sites and best routes, takes the hassle out of being a tourist - ask for him by name. We spent a wonderful day with our tour guide Sayed Mahmoud and our driver Ali. The tour felt very private and the guide explained us everything very clearly, I really appreciate to go as first thing to the Giza pyramids as it was less crowded and we felt safe at anytime despite many people said that there’s lot of people harassing you by the pyramids; our guide was very good to don’t let anyone come to us. Very highly recommended!
