We visit Egypt yearly, and this (March 2025) is the fourth absolutely fantastic and memorable tour we have done with Your Egypt Tours (YET). We appreciate the effort our guide, Mamdouh, gave to showing us the ins and outs of the Luxor & Aswan sites on this trip. I listened in on other English speaking guides throughout our trip, and I am convinced Mamdouh provided us with more interesting and relevant information! We would never have known Upper Egypt to such a degree were it not for Mamdouh’s expertise, patience and ability to steer us away from the scams. Other information worth mentioning: the vehicles are clean, well maintained with ample air conditioning, and stocked with plenty of water and snacks. The our YET driver, Sultan, was expert at navigating the traffic and road conditions, and he had a knack for getting us to the front of the often formidable vehicle queues for quick pick up and drop off at each site. The office staff were friendly, responsive and accommodating during the planning phase. They helped us build an itinerary that fit our needs, so we were never “on the clock” as is the case with large pre-programmed tours. We will use Your Egypt Tours and request Mamdouh and Sultan when we return in the future, Inshallah!

Mamdouh is the most interesting Egyptologist and we had such a wonderful time with him and our driver Johnny! Johnny was such a great driver navigating the busy streets of Cairo...and Peter greatly assisted us at the airport and such a professional. We'd highly recommend this 12 day tour with the Nike River cruise and ALL the temples, museums, and mosques Egypt has to offer. We felt safe through our entire journey. Just got back from an amazing 15 day trip to Egypt and Jordan that was organized and executed by Your Egypt Tours (YET). Frankly, whenever you take such a comprehensive exotic trip the work/planning actually begins long before the itinerary is set and the air tickets are purchased. You will have questions/concerns so getting coherent and timely answers is critical during this stage which was step one where Ahmed of YET shined brightly. He was so good to work with providing quick/clear/informative responses no matter how small or seemingly inconsequential the question. Next you want quality recommendations and a smartly priced value packed program. We chose to change our trip from a small group tour of just Egypt to a private tour which included Jordan for what I consider a relatively small additional fee. Both my wife and I agree it was absolutely the best decision we could have made. From our arrival to our departure there was someone there to assist and inform. Our transportation, lodging, cruise ship and food was wonderful. However, what really made this trip special was not only the places we visited but also the people that took us there. Mamdouh #1 in Cairo, Mamdouh #2 in Aswan and Abad in Jordan were all magnificent warm hearted guides. Also want to give a sincere thank you nod to Tommy, Johnny and Hansum for getting us in and out of the airports and train stations. Bottom line is the entire Your Egypt Tours team was amazing. We had booked a 4-day private tour through YET: Pyramids, boat trip on the Nile, White and Black Desert with overnight stay in a tent and Cairo with all its sights. From my first email inquiry I felt I was in good hands; Mona was always helpful in making all my adjustments to the tour tailored to us. We were warmly welcomed at the airport by Mr. Peter (and accompanied back there at the end of our trip). He was a great and valuable help with the visa and entry papers. The rest of the time we were accompanied by Mohammed, the driver (believe me, you need a driver in Cairo) and Menna, the Egyptologist. They were always friendly and courteous and kept surprising us with little things. We felt completely looked after and safe, no matter what we were doing, we always had someone to talk to and were therefore able to enjoy our time and relax. The information and insider tips we received were extensive and detailed. Our vacation was private and exclusive, we couldn't have imagined it any better. Thank you very much for the nice conversations and the courtesy, we would love to come back next time, it was simply fantastic. Egypt is a beautiful country with friendly people and YET is a thoroughly reputable travel agency that I can recommend to anyone without a second thought.

We had an amazing trip to Egypt with "Your Egypt Tour"! The entire experience was seamless, and the customer service exceeded our expectations. All the hotels booked through the company were excellent. The hotel in Cairo, while a bit far from the city center (taking around an hour due to traffic), was conveniently close to the Pyramids, which worked out well. Special thanks to Ms. Menna, our Egyptologist guide in Cairo. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind. She provided fascinating historical insights and even treated us to ice cream one day! Mr. Mohammad, our driver, was polite, professional, and a true gentleman throughout. When we traveled to Aswan by sleeper train, we found the train conditions unacceptable (it was very dirty, and we even saw mice, DO NOT take sleeper train in Egypt). The company promptly responded to our concerns, arranging flights for our return and covering an additional hotel night without charging us extra. This level of customer service was truly exceptional, and we are incredibly grateful. In Aswan and Luxor, we were guided by Mr. Sayed Omar. His local knowledge of Luxor was outstanding. He was friendly, attentive, and ensured we were always comfortable. When our son fell ill due to food poisoning, he went above and beyond, helping with medication and checking in on us regularly. Mr. Hatem, our tour coordinator, ensured everything ran smoothly. From airport pickups to resolving the train-to-flight switch and every transfer, he was always professional, responsive, and efficient, answering all our questions promptly. Waleed Adnan was a great guide, he told history as a play, made it easy to comprehend thousands of years of history in one day!

Our trip was educational, inspirational, and imminently enjoyable. We saw so much, and learned even more. Our Egyptologist guides not only knew all the cultural and history, but also all the best ways to see the sites and evade the crowds, as much as is possible. On top of that, they were open, friendly, and just plain great company. We shall miss them as much as anything. We saw numerous ancient sites, toured Coptic Cairo and mosques, cruised the Nile from Luxor to Aswan and even slept overnight in the desert.

Your Egypt Tours put together a perfect package for my husband and I so we could do everything we wanted to do on a trip of a lifetime. Ahmed, the owner, was patient and responded quickly as he and I worked together to put the perfect trip together for us. We did Cairo (pyramids, sphinx, old Cairo, and Coptic Cairo) and a 4-day Nile cruise (Aswan to Luxor and everything in between), as well as three nights in Hurghada (a resort on the Red Sea, which included camel riding/ATV riding/spider car riding in the desert, snorkeling, and just relaxing on the beach). It was a lot to pack into 10 days, but it was perfect! Our guide, Mamdouh, and our driver, Johnny, were beyond excellent! In fact, they became like family to us :-) Our guide, Ash, on the 4-day Nile cruise as well as our go to person in Hurghada was great too and fun to be with. Our representative, Tommy, in Cairo went above and beyond to make sure the whole trip was comfortable for us. He even made sure my traveling pants were clean after getting dirty and dusty the day on the rides in the desert we did at Hurghada at the end of our trip. A couple of highlights on the trip for us were the hot air balloon ride over the valley of the Kings and going INSIDE the great pyramid. We will never forget those experiences. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our trip was amazing. We can never thank them enough. ❤️

I booked a private, 2-week tour of Egypt with Your Egypt Tour (YET) in October 2024. The preparation of the trip was very smooth, YET was very helpful in adapting the trip to their public - myself and 2 teenagers. Top moments for us were: camping in the desert, visiting the GEM in Cairo, visiting the temples in Edfu and Luxor (and many others) and the Valley of the Kings. As for the guidance during the trip: it was flawless. General questions were answered within minutes by the ever charming Peter Mamdouh, the lovely guides both in Cairo (Mamdouh Ismail) and Upper Egypt (Mamdouh Youssef) were experts in their domain and adapted their stories to the teenagers. The team's goal was for us to have an interesting, safe and happy holiday, and they succeeded 200%.

Our 4-day Nile Cruise, hosted by Your Egypt Tours was a truly amazing experience. This was all thanks to our private guide, Ash. Ash was not only highly knowledgeable in Egyptian history, but he was also very passionate about his work in tourism and making the Nile journey unforgettable. Ash spoke great English, and throughout the course of the 4 days, he went out of his way to ensure we felt safe, comfortable, and that we had a wonderful time. The cruise, on MS Farah, was fantastic. The service was top notch, the food was delicious, and the views along the Nile were breathtaking. Ash was present at each stop along the Nile journey, once we disembarked the ship, to hand-walk us to every ancient temple and attraction, and to deliver a compelling story on ancient Egyptian history.
