          Amazing cruise, trustful company
We just came back from the cruise and, needless to say, we missed it already! I booked it for me and my whole family (we were a group of 8 people) and I was reassured by the professionalism of Mr Hani and Mr Mido: they have always been very responsive, giving me advices so to adjust our trip and very present throught the whole cruise. They were also able to give us a better cruise than the one we booked and this special treatment was really appreciated. A special mention also to our guide, Abul: we were really lucky to have such a dedicated, knowledgeable guide (and all in perfect italian, which was a key request for us, since most of my family don't speak English). I will definitely recommend Imperial Egypt to my friends and relatives who will visit Egypt! PS I am not mentioning the breathtaking sights you are going to see (kings valley, temples, etc..) because they really speak for themselves. Thanks again guys for the amazing vacation!!

**A Mystical Journey Through Egypt with an Exceptional Guide**
From the moment we booked our trip to Egypt, the anticipation was tinged with the concern of finding the right guide to lead us through this ancient land. Our worries were put to rest when we discovered Imperial Egypt Travel Group and were introduced to our guide, Mustafa Molattam. Mustafa wasn't just a guide; he was the soul of our journey, bringing the mystical essence of Egypt to life with his quiet kindness, clever humor, and profound knowledge of his homeland. Mustafa has a unique gift for connecting with people. He quickly tuned into our preferences, making us laugh with his witty quips while also diving deep into the stories and secrets of Egypt's glorious past. It felt as though we were exploring with a friend who had an insider's knowledge of every stone and artifact. His tales of childhood adventures in the Valley of Kings added a personal touch that made the ancient world feel alive and accessible. One of the most remarkable aspects of traveling with Mustafa was his genuine passion for Egypt's history. He shared stories and facts as if it were the first time, every time, that made us feel the magic of Egypt's ancient civilization. His respect for the past and his ability to convey its significance without ever taking it for granted was truly inspiring. Thanks to Mustafa, Egypt was not just a destination but a journey through time, filled with laughter, learning, and moments of awe. For those looking to explore Egypt, I cannot recommend Mustafa Molattam and Imperial Egypt Travel Group highly enough. They didn't just meet our expectations; they exceeded them, making our trip an unforgettable experience. If Egypt has been a dream, let Mustafa be your guide to unlock its magic and mysteries.

          Unforgettable experience!
An absolutely amazing experience with Hany at Imperial Egypt, from the beginning to the end! I was initially worried about the general security in Egypt but was reassured by Hany that there was nothing to worry about. We did a Nile cruise on MS Alyssa for 4 days and 3 nights which I booked directly with Hany on WhatsApp from the UK! MS Alyssa is a lovely ship and the staff are all extremely helpful. The whole trip was organised beautifully and our guide Moustafa was just outstanding and extremely knowledgeable. He took care of us and made sure we were comfortable at all times, so thank you Hany and Moustafa !

Imperial Egypt Tour absolutely nailed it!
Thanks to Imperial Egypt Tour, and the amazing Mr. Hady and Mr. Mido, our Egyptian journey was truly unforgettable. Their professionalism and dedication ensured everything ran smoothly, while their warmth and enthusiasm made us feel like valued guests. Our tour guide Mr. Hady is amazing and his comprehensive knowledge and engaging storytelling painted a vivid picture of Egypt's past, and their generous time allowance let us truly appreciate each wonder. Plus, their insider tips on shopping, food, and avoiding scams were invaluable. We left feeling not just informed, but deeply connected to this incredible land. Thank you once again

          Great experience. Highly recommended
Hany was the Organizer/Agent and Mustafa was our tour guide on a 4-day, 3-day Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor. Mustafa was a fantastic guide. We had 3 sub groups of 2-3 travelers each in our group of 8 total. He was knowledgeable, easy going, accommodating, sense of humor and all was going smooth and was well organized. We highly recommend

Best tour experience I've ever done. Thanks to an amazing guide. Thanks, Mido!
I booked a 3 day Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor through Imperial Egypt, and was in contact with Hany the entire time leading up to the cruise. Hany was great about responding promptly to any issues I had…including a super complicated pick up location from my hotel in Aswan, which was really out of the way. And our guide, Mido…wow. I can’t say enough about this guy. Our entire group agreed that he was the reason why we had such an amazing trip. He’s like an inexhaustible source of positive energy. While other guides I saw around the temples when we were away from the boat were just going through the motions, Mido had the energy of somebody who was seeing these ruins for the first time. It made the early morning starts and long days super easy to deal with. So Mido, thanks for that. Also, my favorite quality of Mido as a guide is that he perfectly balances explanation of Egyptian history and mythology with giving us free time to explore. In fact, he got a lot of the preliminary info done on the bus, with some more detail as we walked around — but he always told us to take photos of anything we wanted explained as we walked around exploring on our own. So it was a great balance of group explanation, personalized explanation, and just fun and laughs. He’s by far the best guide I’ve ever met. So I was super lucky to have him on this tour. I’ll definitely do this cruise again next time I’m in Egypt. Thanks, Imperial Egypt, Hany, and Mido!

          Excellent in every way
My daughter and I booked a Nile cruise with Imperial Egypt from Aswan to Luxor, four days, three nights. This was our first trip to Egypt. The boat was very comfortable and clean, and the meals were spectacular. Those who worked on the boat were very friendly and accommodating, and if we had any issue in our room it was resolved immediately. The tour was very thorough – – our guide kept us going from early morning until the evening seeing temples, touring a Nubian Village, and visiting tombs. It was a lot to do with the hot weather, but we were grateful because this is what we had to come to Egypt to see. Our guide was Hady, who has worked as a tour guide for twenty years. He checked all the boxes, was excellent in every way. He was very organized, a good communicator, very well informed about Egyptian history and archaeology, and was just an all-around good person. He also kept us informed about the importance of tipping those who work with tourists, explained the reasons why, and even offered an approximate amount of the tip for different situations. This is a major cultural difference between Egypt and the United States, and I was very grateful for his clarity. In addition, his English was excellent and very precise, very important for me because I am somewhat hard of hearing. Thank you, Hady.

          NOT wheelchair accessible at all
Don't believe IMPERIALE EGYPT when they say their Nilecruise is wheelchair accessible. IT's NOT!! 4 floor boat without elevator. SHAME ON YOU. I was informed the ship has not got any speciel cabin for wheelchair, but no one told me I had to be carried everytime I wanted to go up or down. - And I was asked for money each time. I felt it extremely unsafe and therefore I spent most of my 4 days in my cabin (I was told the guided tours was amazing and informative)

          Buyer Beware! Unethical business practices
BUYER BEWARE! I booked my reservation 3 months in advance and they cancelled my cruise booking 5 days before it left. The reason I was given was that they found a private group willing to pay more. Bad business practices. I have non refundable flights and hotels. They have ruined my vacation.

          Fabulous
I was tasked with arranging a 4 day 3 night Nile cruise for a large group of friends. I found Imperial Egypt and Hani did a great job even though my numbers kept changing, very patient. We wound up with 39 people and it was like herding cats. We were on the Blue Nile 1, the boat was great, good food & service. The best part was our tour guide Hady, we were a difficult group and he did so well with everyone. He really knows his stuff, a trained Egyptologist, answered all questions, was OK when people were late and even ran off to a pharmacy when one of the group got sick. I recommend this company/staff if you need a tour in Egypt.

Brilliant trip with lovely local guides
We had a lovely experience - despite the scorching weather in August, both our tours in Aswan and Luxor were well-tended. Mustafa is very kind to take care of us although we had a different journey from the rest of the group and Mido is the most knowledgeable tour guide ever and has told us so much about the history and interesting facts of Luxor. Really recommend this trip!

Nile Cruise from Luxor to Aswan
What a great experience!! The attention of Imperial Egypt was great, they answered us all the questions and everything was well organized. On our cruise, our guide was Hady. He was an amazing guide, as an Egyptologist, he shared lots of info with us. He explained us everything and aswered every question. It was so interesting and fun! He was very caring and friendly. He spoke fluent english so it was easy to undestand. All in all, the tour was super fun and I had a great time!!

Wonderful Time with Imperial Egypt 3D/2N to Aswan and Luxor
We just returned from an excellent tour with Imperial Egypt. From the get go, the tour coordinator Hany was incredibly responsive and helpful. I feel like I asked a million questions, but he was always patient and prompt in responding. There was some slight confusion in the middle of our tour, but working with Hany we were able to get things cleared up quickly and easily. He even upgraded our rooms free of charge - it was a wonderful surprise! There's so many wonderful things to be said about our tour guide Mostafa Molattam - he was incredibly knowledgeable (we had loads of questions throughout the duration of the tour, but he was always quick and detailed in answering), warm and truly a joy to be around. It felt much more like hanging out with an incredibly informed friend than a tour guide. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him over the three days. He really went above and beyond to make sure we saw and did everything we wanted to, even though the tour is pretty packed already. We hope our paths cross again! Overall a wonderful company to book with. If you are a planner like me, these are your people. They are prompt, organized and really try hard to make sure you can see as much as possible in a short amount of time. We hope to return without having to rush in the future, but very grateful for our time spent with Imperial Egypt.

My amazing cruise experience in Luxor & Aswan
I booked our 4 days cruise through the company and they were very helpful in answering all our questions and give all the help we needed during the cruise. Our guide: Abdulhadi was amazing guide, shared lots of info with us, very useful hints and tips, he was very caring and friendly. Also Mr, Hani our main focal contact foe the whole trip. I strongly recommend them if you are planning any trip to Egypt, especially Luxor & Aswan as we enjoyed all the activities they arranged for us, especially the hot air ballon.

The highlight of this tour was meeting and connecting with Hoda. She is FABULOUS! Her infectious personality and witty conversation delighted my husband and me. Hoda made sure that we had the best experience. The driver was lovely as well. He was kind, patient, and pleasant. We felt safe the entire time. Hoda made recommendations and allowed us time to explore at our own pace. We spent extra money so that we could explore a few additional tombs in the Valley of the Kings. She even suggested a nice boat ride on the Nile. That was a pleasant surprise we thoroughly enjoyed. Lunch was spectacular, and the lentil soup was delicious. Hoda gave us the opportunity to taste sugar cane juice. I loved it. The entire day breezed by in a flurry of laughter, exploring, punctuated with history lessons. It is a long day so be prepared to be exhausted at the end of it. The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars and not 5 was the experience at the airport. We arrived at the airport around 6:00 p.m. and our flight did not board until 10:00 p.m. We were there 4 hours early, and we were not allowed to check into the airport until 8:45 p.m. We were tired, hungry and had nowhere to go. I would recommend that this tour add a place where you can get dinner, primarily since there was no place for us to eat and the airport security would not allow us inside the terminal. That would take this tour from a 4 to a 5 star without hesitation. Happy Travels.

If you want to visit Luxor from Cairo I strongly suggest using imperial Egypt. From start to finish just great service. My wife and I had Hady as our tour guy. He was so knowledgeable about every site we visited. Our day started at the Valley of the kings an incredible site and probably one of the reasons why you would fly to Luxor for the day. From there we went to deir el-bahari Temple. Then a quick stop to a stone masonry shop. A nice lunch with a view of the Nile. We then took a quick boat ride over the Nile to the other side of Luxor. We visited Karnak temple and Temple of Luxor. Hady our tour guides filled us in with tons of information of each site. Pointing out key monuments. A must do trip if your in Cairo. Pick up and drop off to and from the airport was all part of the package as well going both ways

The tour is a lot to pack in one day, but it definitely the tour to book to get all the sites in! Our guide was Amr. He was very nice and excited to show us Egypt. He was very knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions. The tour of the temples, valley of the kings etc... were great. Lunch was amazing!! The Nile river was nice to see but dirty.. the

        Some cons:
We were rushed through most sites
Did not have time for souvenirs shopping or pics
Our flight got delayed without notice and we’re stuck at airport for three hours

*****I would opt out of camel ride portion. The camels are young and really scared of cars and buses. We were almost bucked off. The trail used was full of trash, and through local towns, felt like we were being stared at and made fun of..the temples were fantastic.

My husband & I spent a whole day being guided through Luxor by our incredible tour guide Lalia. She picked us up at the Luxor airport (look for the purple hat!) & we quickly began our day. [Note go outside baggage claim to meet her!]

First up - Hatshepsut's Temple. Per Lalia's suggestion we started the day there to beat the crowds and she was so right. When we got there it was deserted, allowing for an intimate experience to take in the impressive site (and grab some stellar photos).

Afterwards we stopped at an alabaster/ceramics shop where we got to see the process used in carving and making vases, statues, etc as well as buy some souvenirs that we knew were legit. The proprietors were so sweet.

Next we went to the The Valley of the Kings. Lalia took time before we took the lil' train to the site to go over what we were about to see and what specifics to look for as we would explore on our own. She had photos to reference. This was extremely valuable as it made the time inside the tombs effortless as we knew what we were looking at. While we waited for the lil' train/tam carts so many people seemed to know Lalia, and no surprise! She works a lot and has an amazing reputation.

Afterwards The Vally of the Kings we stopped at Colossi of Memnon for a quick photo & look see.

Next, Lalia suggested with the time of day & current traffic we could take a boat ride across the Nile to get to our lunch spot VS driving & sitting in the van. This was so pleasant & relaxing after the morning of (fun but tiring) trekking around. Lunch was at local cafe called SNACK TIME - grilled chicken, rice, hummus (good / local food). Free/ok wifi.

After Lunch we headed to Karnak Temple (which was my favorite of the day) and then finally Luxor Temple.

Lalia was filled with information and stories for every landmark. We can't recommend both the trip & her enough! She was so much fun & very easy to be around. We felt safe & cared for in her company. She made the most use of our time and wanted to make sure we got to take everything in. You can tell she loves Luxor and her job. She set the bar high for our other tour guides. If we ever get the chance to go back to Egypt we plan to spend more time in Luxor because of our time with Lalia.

My wife and I went to Egypt on our Honeymoon and had a wonderful experience taking a day trip to Luxor. Laila was our guide and she is the reason this trip was so special. She was so charming and likable. When we met her it felt like we were meeting an old friend. She spoken English very well and was very knowledgeable about the ancient history of Egypt and especially Luxor. This was a full day. There was a lot to see and a lot to cover and Laila's energy never wavered. She was attentive and enthusiastic the whole day. I never felt like she was phoning it in. It was truly a day to remember.

It has been a real pleasure meeting Hoda in Luxor. You were the best tour guide we had so far in Egypt. We have really enjoyed your friendly, calm and affable nature. You have been very easy to deal with and we have felt safe and respected in your hands. You have always been approachable and have worked with flexibility to make the most of the available time. You have given us great insight into Luxor and Egypt and were willing to answer the many questions we had. The tour in Luxor has run smoothly and efficiently and has been very professionally managed by Hoda. We would like to thank you very much for looking after us so well.
