Amazing trip to see the sound & light show at Karnak temple in Luxor. We were staying at the Hilton resort in Luxor. Mohamed organised it perfectly and we paid a good price for the trip. Trip included entrance tickets and transfer to and from the hotel. Our driver was amazing, he took us right to the temple and arranged to meet us outside after the show. So hospitable. The car was an MG electric car, lovely. This company is highly recommended for great hassle free trips in Egypt and we hope to use them again in the future. We had a perfect experience with our guide(Ghada) and our driver(Ahmed). Everything went so smooth, and Ghada had a lot of experience in guiding, so we really felt like we learned a lot. It was so convenient that she knew everything about how and what we should do to get most out of our time. We visited Valley of the kings, Hatshepsuts temple, a quick stop at Colossi of Memnon, had a great lunch at Africa restaurant, did a bloat trip to cross the river of Nile, before we finished our trip at the Karnak temple. I would definitely recommend doing this trip with Ghada and Ahmed, for convenience, learning about the great history and for having a great time.

We contacted M Anwar, Nasco Tours in Luxor, and asked him to help us arrange our visit in Egypt. Airport transfers, private guides, drivers We were well received at Cairo Airport at the arrival gate and whisked through immigration and customs by a Nasco representative. Then we had two full days with private guide and driver, truly a great experience. Day three in Luxor started with a hot air balloon flight over Luxor at Sunrise and after that private tour in Luxor. Everything was very professional, friendly drivers and very knowledgable guides put a great final touch on this amazing experience.

Such an amazing experience! We organised it very last minute with Marina and she planned everything perfectly. We asked for an additional tour of Denderah on the day and they were very accommodating. A special mention of David who was an engaging and knowledgeable tour guide. Will definitely use Nasco again in the future!

TL;DR excellent Tour organised at the last minute When I went to the desk in the Hilton hotel to talk to the delightful Nasco representative, Marwa I had no idea of the adventure I was about to undertake. I outlined what I would like to do and Marwa said yes that can all be arranged but for tomorrow. I said I only had today and despite the fact is was already 11 Marwa said she would try. In 15 mins or so she had good news - not only did we have a guide but we also had tickets to the library. Soon afterwards we were off and visited the recently opened, splendid Greco Roman museum. Soha, my guide, not only knew everybody from curators to other guides but also took me on a delightful, anecdote full, whistle-stop tour of the museum ( we had a packed afternoon) which bought the artifacts to life by giving them context and her warm opinion of them all. Next we were off to the Library of Alexandria where the same approach made me understand the history of the ancient library and how the new library came about. Entertaining and educational. The last stop was the citadel where the old lighthouse stood and once again a tour with information and entertainment. We returned to the hotel tired but satisfied. I can only wish you all have such great organisers and guides as I did with Marwa and Soha. Go visit Alexandria and treat yourself to the best of the best.

Mr Ahmed has a deep understanding of history/Egypt and it made our experience more personal. We didn’t have to deal with or wait for strangers in a larger group. Everything was taken care of plus he takes good pictures! On our last night, we also booked a Felucca Sailing, through NASCO which was truly magical. We definitely recommend NASCO TOURS.

The arrangement was amazing, the staff - Mohamed was super helpful. We booked the balloon and West Bank half day tour at the last minute and he arranged everything just as we expected!

We were assisted by Mohammed Anwar in booking our trip. He booked everything for us at an incredibly affordable price and made sure we felt comfortable and happy at every step of the process. When we got very sick the night before the original trip, we texted him at 4AM to try and rearrange and he immediately was up helping us sort it out. He then gave us a very clear set of options to ensure we still were able to enjoy our visit to the max. Without him, we wouldn’t have had the fantastic experience we did and we highly recommend him to help you organise your excursions. The excursions themselves were also exceptional. We had a half day visiting the West Bank and then a hot air balloon ride over Luxor. My partner and I are both keen historians, especially with Egyptian history, and the guide that came with us on the half day - Ahmed - gave us not only a very comprehensive overview of the sites, but was also a wonderful storyteller and incredibly knowledgeable, so we came away with all of our questions answered. We had a very comfortable car, with excellent AC and they provided water for us throughout the trip, much needed as 40° heat on the edge of the Sahara Desert is hard to deal with, especially when you’re used to English weather… I would advise that you listen to their timings as we arrived at The Valley of the Kings at around 7.45AM and by 8AM we were sweltering in the tombs, which get incredibly hot very quickly. In our ~5-hour tour we visited: The Valley of the Kings (the 3 open temples and Tutankhamun’s tomb which you have to buy as an extra), Hatshepsut’s Temple, The Memnon Statues, The Valley of the Nobles, and The Habu Temple of Rameses III. Each one was incredible in its own sense, but our winner was definitely the tomb of Rameses IV; it had so much humanity and beauty, and we were quite overcome with how amazing it was. We both highly recommend that you not only use this company but let them guide your experience as we visited sites and tried things we didn’t even know we could. The hot air balloon flight was a magical experience and the 4AM wake up meant we could seize the day and visit lots of temples before the heat really got up. 10/10 5 stars
