This was the perfect solution for our group of six; much better than piecing together individual excursions. Mona, the travel consultant who helped us tweak the itinerary to our wishes, was professional and clear with excellent written and verbal communication in fluent English. Medat our guide was friendly, informative, responsive, flexible, even protective…going the extra mile to help with hotel logistics, keeping a watchful eye in busy environments, and walking us home through crazy Cairo traffic when the van got stuck in congestion. He took very good care of us! Walid our driver was friendly and kept us comfortable and safe while getting around (no small feat).

Our tour guide Galal was amazing! He worked with our schedule, our personal requests, covid deadlines, security, and still ensured he provided us with a great experience! He ensured that we didn't get cheated out of money due to be foreigners which was a great help!
He's a great tour guide and I would recommend him.
Also, the owner/our initial contact person was very responsive, compromising, professional and provided services at a reasonable price!
Our driver did not speak much English but the little he understood and the little Arabic we understood made for a pleasant cultural experience. We all enjoyed laughing together.
Even the top security that had to escort us around was pleasant. He made us feel safe especially with everything going on with the US and the Middle East. He was greatly appreciated.

It was an awesome trip and the tour was amazing specially due to the tour guide Mahmoud Badr and our driver Omar. These two were perfect dio to drive around the city with. Mahmoud has so much knowledge and charisma that involved us into the history of the city and kept us interested. Omar such a great driver in a hectic traffic and always kept us safe from point A to point B. The tour price was great for all that you receive. Clean private van (new) tickets entrances and more. I would recommend to ask for these guys as the tour guide and you will have a great time!

Excellent tour! We did a 2 day private tour for cairo and giza! Everything was amazing! Mahmood was our guide. He picked us up at out hotel! The car was comfortable. They had a gentleman driving the car as well so that parking wouldn’t be an issue in the Cairo traffic which can be pretty busy!
The tour was planned well. Mahmood is very knowledgeable about the history of egypt and gave us a deep insight into the background of each of the places we visited. He is pleasant and tries to be as helpful as possible. Tour was on time without any delays!
Overall would definitely recommend it!

We had a fantastic time with Mahmoud and Omar in Cairo. Mahmoud is so passionate about History and all things Egypt that it is contagious. Omar is a fantastic driver who makes everything smooth in a busy city.

We have finished today, 4 days tour around cairo city with the guide Emad G, covering Alexandria, Suez Canal from Porsaied and Ismailia, Coptic Cairo, ST. Simon, Moqattam mountain, Cairo Citadel and Giza Pyramides.
The tour that me, my wife and her sister is frankly the best we have ever had throughout our stay in Egypt. Because Emad was very knowledgeable in history of Egypt with very good English. Emad is extremely enthusiastic about telling us the important facts of the history & monuments and he is a good man, we love him.
The Toyota minivan is so clean, new and comfortable. The deriver Mohamed is an excellent driver keeping us in safe & comfortable mood during the whole 4 days.
We are so Lucky to have this trip with Emad, through the introduction of one of our tour mate, who happened to have Emad guide, when they have been to Alexandria.
We are now more knowledgeable about the wonderful Egyptian country, because we learned a lot from Emad.

I had a good time with my guide during the 2 days tour. We have been visited the museum, citadel and the pyramid groups. The guide was very knowledgeable and kind who provided appropriate time for illustration and self photo time. We have been introduced to local food which was a bonus. The trip was much enjoyable.

I have nothing to say but good words for this travel company! Everyone I dealt with from the the office personnel, our driver and most especially our tour guide. They are all very friendly, professional and good mannered persons. Our driver was Mr. Ruby. He knows how to surpass all the road challenges and we did not experience any problems reaching to our destinations. Special mention to our tourist guide, Mr Emad. Not only he is kind and friendly but he excels in what he does! He’s punctual, very professional, very patient and helpful but his best asset I would say is his amazing talent and ability of explaining every details in our tour! In conclusion, I am definitely highly recommend this travel agency and you will absolutely enjoy your trip!

Weather has been very cold in Cairo this week, so we thought we would do some sightseeing and make the most of the cool temperatures.
We looked online to book, then thought maybe we should book with the hotel for a tour...but the costs with hotel were prohibitive.
Then I found Deluxe Tours. I whatsapped them after checking out their prices on the website.
I got an immediate response and the person dealing with my enquiry was really helpful.
Within 30 mins we had booked and paid online. It was easy to do.
Then the next day (this morning) we were picked up by our driver Sabri and tour guide (egyptologist) Mahmoud.
Such a great team. Sabri a patient and skillful driver and Mahmoud, a knowledgeable and super interesting guide, who made everything clear, fun and captivating.
Tomorrow we go out again for day 2 exploring, but if today is anything to go by, we know it will be fantastic.
We are tired and full......full of knowledge and also nice Egyptian food as we stopped off for a late lunch.
Time to shower and sleep and do it all again tomorrow.

There are not enough words to express how amazing our Cairo travel specialist was during the trip. From the moment we met with Galal, our encounter was very professional. He was was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the history and small details about each sight, so we can have a better understanding.
I strongly recommend this travel specialist, and we are looking forward to coming back.
