- makeitr202200Unfortunate ExperienceThe company did not show up at our scheduled time. I had to call and call to get someone. They said they could not find my reservation and I clearly had pre paid it at least a month earlier. They finally find a guide and driver to do our tour an hour and a half late. Not the tour guides fault. The tour went on and of course he wanted to take us to selling stops that were not part of the tour and we politely refused and he seemed hurt. The guide was fine nothing great. The guide and driver almost got in a fight with my hotel owner and their people so that was not fun either. The day was essentially spoiled by the bad start to the day and there really was no recovering from it which is a bummer as we only had one day to see the pyramids. I was never contacted by the company to help solve the problem. Very unprofessional booked though booking.com and will not be booking with them ever again.
- 935lesliet00Alexandria Private tourGuide was excellent. She was highly knowledgeable and very pleasant. However, only because of the long drive time to Alexandria from Cairo, I would not necessarily do this tour if you are at all short on vacation time. Our driver showed up early, communicated well through WhatsApp, and spoke excellent English. Overall an enjoyable day.
- omega_master000MarvellousAlthough my experience of Luxor was more phenomenal than Cairo (Pyramids of Giza), I still thoroughly enjoyed my tour. Eman was a fantastic tour guide and her Ancient Egyptian knowledge was great. Overall I had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend visiting the Pyramids of Giza if you're interested in ancient architecture and ancient timelines. 9/10
- alizah70700Alexandria private tourMy husbands and I had a very nice time on this tour. Our guide Emaan A. Is very professional and informative . We enjoyed her company and the many conversations we had in regards to Egypt .We would highly recommend her for future guide and the driver that accompanied us on the trip. Egypt is best explored with a awesome guide as Emaan .
- jamesmN2412NR00Great expierenceHad a great time with Emeel in Alexandria today. He arrived at my hotel early. The locations we visited were interesting, and the seafood lunch was one of the best I've had in Egypt.
- Departure47590500Egyptian Camels around Pyramids!!!What way to see Pyramids of Giza then by camel back. There is no other way to experience it better. And this tour gave us just that. Got to see the most famous Pyramid in the world and was amazed with beauty. I love Egyptian history and our guide made me understand it even better. Great tour and experience, Egyptian people are so humble and nice and made us feel like " royalty. "From a Texas USA family. barak allah..
- W247SNgeorgev00ExcellentExcellent experience with Mohamed el Wazir. On point with the time, on point with the land marks and on point with the food!!!… He made the trip super fun!… highly recommended
- AngieAllOver00Skipped Half of Inclusions, Took me to Aggressive Commission-based shops & places that used child laborTo begin, I paid an extra $50USD to cover ALL the entrance fees. I looked up the entrance fees actually paid by the guide online YESTERDAY, which total < $12 USD (I guess he pocked the rest of the money?). Guide complete skipped the following 2-hour "inclusions" w/ entrance fees - * Roman Amphitheater - did not see at all. * Pompey's Pillar - drove by very fast and pointed out. Did not receive the following "inclusions" - * Soft drinks * Bottled water - given 1 bottle for whole day * Qualified Egyptologist guide - not sure, he told me Cairo has 35million ppl many times (per google, the city has 10million, the whole area has 20 million, so no idea what is right or wrong) * The Serapeum * free Wi-Fi * an included lunch Instead, he took me to a couple of his own places, such as a Papyrus factory. The staff was aggressive and the guide did not let me leave for nearly an hour until I bought something. He then suggested we go to cotton factory and aromatherapy factories - no no no no no. The restaurant we ate at had a 10-year old girl working in the bathroom, and another place he took me a "guy he knew" worked and is very nice and to give him a 50 EGP tip.... this "guy" is a 12-year old BOY. WTF. The places I saw were nice, but a shame I didn't receive half the tour and was made to feel very uncomfortable.
- TheRealDQ00Great!Booked this tour through booking.com and couldn’t be happier with the experience my brother and I had. Our tour guide Nour and driver Saad were fantastic, they both had great knowledge of the areas we visited and were able to answer question about absolutely everything too. Nour was friendly, informative and made the whole experience extra fun. We managed to hit every historical site we wanted to all in one day. Great tour with an excellent tour guide, thank you Nour and Saad!
- Sightseer30514200Excellent Tour!Mohamed El Wazir was an amazing tour guide. He was very knowledgeable, professional, polite, and funny. The pace of the tour was just right. I never felt rushed or forced to stay anywhere longer than I wanted. He took some really great quality pictures of me as well. I am looking forward to utilizing his services for another tour tomorrow.
- randyp30100Private tourAhmed (guide) and Gad(driver), thank you for your time. I enjoyed the tour very much so many good photos
- B2532NSalessandrod00Highly RecommendedAmazing trip with a very professional tour guide . We enjoyed a lot our time and our guide Ayoub also suggested other places to visit on top of what we booked . Very smooth and nice service , highly Ref commended
- KristyW3000Brilliant day trip to AlexandriaI thoroughly enjoyed my day trip to Alexandria with Ahmed Elsayed Saad (guide) and Gad (driver). Ahmed was engaging and knowledgeable and showed a real passion for his work. The itinerary allowed us to see all the main sights, plus the opportunity to try some local food for lunch! Gad also did a wonderful job navigating through the crazy traffic in Alexandria! Would highly recommend this trip.
- serenah56700Lovely 1-1 tourGad our driver was an excellent driver and my tour guide Ahmed Elsayed Saad was very knowledgeable and patient. I did a solo tour so it was 1-1 tour, which was very enjoyable for me. We even stopped off for me to try some sugar cane which was a nice treat. Ahmed took loads of great pictures of me and the landmark too, thank you! If you do a stop off at the Papyrus Institute I would warn they are extremely expensive and would advise to haggle down from 10% the original price if you intend to buy anything from there. The extortion at the institute was the only negative for me as I felt pressured to buy overpriced items. Great tour otherwise :)
- NatalilyS00Alexandria Day Trip - Awesome!Mohamed Mahmoud and driver Rafaat were amazing. Great knowledge of Alexandria, fun conversation about culture and all around easy going to accommodate exactly what we wanted.

Although very touristy, it was a fun experience. Close to major hotels, and a short taxi ride, or book through an agency that provides transportation. Especially good for families and someone unfamiliar with Egyptian history. Well worth the couple of hours spent there, especially on the day before we began our 3 week Egypt/Nile tour with Grand Circle/OAT.

We enjoyed visiting the Pharaonic Village and the scenes from early times in Egypt. The driver was capable and timely. The tour guide, Ali, was a HUGE disappointment. He had not idea how the village worked. He did not provide any information or details about Egypt. The only thing he spoke to us was his name and confirmed the location. We did not get to see everything on our tour because he had no idea what he was doing. I would never book another trip with this this tour company and certainly never another tour with Ali. There are so many better tour companies out there with informative, personable tour guides.
