Walk like an Egyptian - not!

No pickup/drop off issues. Been to the Pyramids on a previous trip in 2004. Was a second visit worth it? For me it was. For this trip, I was able to go inside the pyramids for the first time. This option costed an additional 600 pounds - about $40 or so. Additionally, I purchased the quad bike/camel ride options, and that was both worthwhile and fun. The tour guide was knowledgeable, professional, courteous. Never had shwarma before and enjoyed lunch at Felefal near my hotel in Cairo.

Pyramids Giza - Peace of mind
We opted for this private tour and I can highly recommend it, our tour guide Ayman was brilliant, kind and friendly and very knowledge and passionate about telling us the stories of the pyramids.. but the most important thing of all is peace of mind.. To get the best of Cario and seeing the pyramids you need a guide, they keep you away from the sellers and hustlers, picking you up from the hotel and dropping you back, they are there with you all the way, getting you through the queues etc.. highly recommended.. we are so glad we did this..

Perfect way to see the pyramids

The tour to the pyramids was one of the best tours I’ve been on. An early pickup meant we got to the pyramids just after sunrise. Our tour guide Asma was very friendly and made this tour comfortable and seamless. She was a great photographer as well meaning we have got amazing pictures of the pyramids and the sphinx. The camel ride was all prearranged taking away the hassle of trying to organise ourselves. There was lunch included but as we were both unwell on this trip , we were able to go straight back to the hotel for some rest. This was the perfect way to see and experience one of the wonders of the world. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cairo or Giza.

The Pyramids of Giza and Sphinx

Today’s experience visiting the pyramids and Sphinx was absolutely amazing. We were also able to add the option to ride camels to see all 9 pyramids. Tonsie was our guide for this tour and was by far, the best guide we have toured with yet! He has made our trip a memorable one for sure. He was knowledgeable of Egyptian history but he didn’t overwhelm us with more information than we could intake in a given time. He balanced his wealth of knowledge all while allowing us to enjoy our time with making memories and photography. The photos he took captured our joy in the moments. He is fun, energetic and personable. He’s most definitely a five star guide! I would recommend this company as well as Tonsie to anyone who’s looking for an outstanding and memorable experience.

Astonishing visit of the pyramids with Mamdour

We visited the Giza pyramids and the Sphinx with Mamdouh Kamal and Agami who were very flexible and interesting.
Finally, we visited also Dachur and Saqqarah pyramids after a lunch, all for 60€. Mamdouh explications were perfectly clear, he is a very clever and funny guide, the best one. At the end, we were alone on the Saqqarah’s site as Mamdouh knows the security, so cool ! Mamdouh also give us fruits as gifts.
It was a wonderful visit, I recommended Mamdouh and Agami for all the visitors who want to visit egypt pyramids.

Totally awesome
I don’t know how it is possible for these tour company to handpick the nicest tour guides in all of Egypt! We unknowingly picked the company for all our tours, including our airport transfer, a nile river cruise, and a full day tour of the pyramids which included lunch and shopping. Our tour guides on different days, Mohammad Alaa for day one for pickup and cruise and Osama for day two for the pyramid tour, were the best guides ever! We ended each day bffs, I’ve never laughed so much with guides turned friends or learned so much about Egyptian history or current politics. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for all tours and ask specifically for these two guides. I can’t speak more highly of them!! Even the drivers were great! I wished the had a company in each country so I could use them whenever I travel!!!

I came across this website and was eager to book with them for my day pyramids and sphinx trip with my husband but Aya, the company representative, never responded to us even after several email attempts. When we called the company they even wanted to charge us more $ on top of what we were already paying to accommodate or pick up and drop off. We choose a different company and went with them instead.

My friend and I did the full-day tour from Cairo with our amazing guide Mohamed and driver Ahmad. To start, they brought us breakfast, and then even took us to a traditional Egyptian breakfast with falafel right after! They both spoke perfect English and were extremely knowledgeable about the area and the history of Egypt. We had a fabulous time on the private tour of the pyramids and tombs, as well as the papyrus and perfumery shops that they let us stop at. Also, Mohamed took TONS of pictures for us --- he is a great photographer. Both of the men are super funny and great to talk to as well. I would highly recommend booking with Emo tours and requesting these men as your guide and driver! It made such a big difference having them as our guides --- we had the best time!

my guide was named Bossi and the driver was Kareem.
Bossi was in fact studying to be an Egyptologist -I was expecting to be shown around by 'just anyone' but she gave a very informative tour of the pyramids, the museum and the bazaar. this was the best tour I've ever been on.

A Most Excellent Tour
Guide Essam (along with driver Ehad) took us on wonderful tour of the Giza Plateau. We had a great time and found our guide to be outstanding in every way. This was our second tour with Emo Tours Egypt, but it won't be the last. The provided car was nearly new and super clean. The driver was cautious and skillful. The refreshments offered by the guide we tasty and very welcome. The company made the arrangements quickly and efficiently, and at a very reasonable price. Finally, our guide, Essam, really took exceptional care of us throughput the tour. Emo Tours Egypt has earned my highest recommendation.
