- Fredsaab0 contributionsA perfect day in Gizah, Saqqarah & DashuriIman, our guide, was so kind, always smiling and knew his subject well. She never put pressure on us, we went at our own speed without feeling that we were delaying her. And what about our driver, efficient without being intrepid. His car was impeccable as was his driving. I recommend without hesitation, a perfect day!Written April 27, 2023

- nali90090 contributionsGiza Pyramids & SphinxSeeing the pyramids along with the Sphinx has been on my bucket list since I was a child. I’m so glad that I booked my tour with them! Ahmed is so knowledgeable on everything there and Mohammed is a very comfortable driver in that hectic traffic! The lunch was also sooo good! Not only did I have an amazing tour guide with a great driver but I also got to taste authentic Egyptian food, do a bit of souvenir shopping, go inside the pyramid and ride on a beautiful camel! Thank you both!! If you’re looking for first class service with great English and someone you can trust then Ahmed is your guy! Wishing them both lots of more business!Written March 24, 2021
- Edward_Brooklyn_NYC0 contributionsDream trip to EgyptIt was an amazing trip. I read many reviews online and did a lot of research before decided to take my family of 4 to vacation in Egypt. I sent emails with questions to customize my trip and received very detailed respond from Mr. Bassam Wageih, tour operator of Let's Explore Egypt. After a few back and force emails he put together excellent package for us. While in Egypt we had a very professional guide with warm personality that made whole experience very special for us. He's name is Mr. Mohammed Mahmoud. Mohammed learned our preferences and each step of the way provided us choices and made trip to Egypt vacation of lifetime. In Giza and Alexandria we chose how much time we wanted to visit each place and enjoyed extras like visit 2nd largest pyramid in Giza and excellent Egyptian restaurant in Cairo. We didn't find any issues related to COVID pandemic and were wearing masks when it was necessary. On a plus side there wasn't any crowds or lines to visit attractions. I also want to say thank you to our driver of large, very comfortable minivan. Thank you Bassam and Mohammed!Written November 30, 2020

- Xuân P0 contributionsGood tour. Few things that could be improvedPros: - Mohamed and hosam. Very nice guide and very nice driver. With a lot of good information. -cairo tour was the best. Cons: - The small shops that we stopped in between was for us a bit unnecessary, and we felt a bit pressure to buy something from those shops. But we didnt. We felt like there was some kind of cooperation between the shops and let's explore Egypt. - the tour guide in luxor was friendly, but still, We could feel he wasn't much into the job and work half hearted, which wasn't very nice. His English wasn't the best aswell.Written February 4, 2020
- gopalponnuram0 contributionsEgypt Highlights TourWe booked this 4 day Egypt tour covering the Pyramids,Valley of Temples, Cairo Museum, Cairo markets, Nile river boat trip, visit to Luxor and Alexandria. Our local tour operator was Let"s Explore Egypt. We are fortunate to have an excellent guide Rania and driver Islam. Our guide is a knowledgeable person and she explained the history and relevance of the places very well. Her English is excellent . She also flexible and changed the pick up times and rest breaks based on our need. One suggestion is to change the itinerary - Day 3 going to Luxor ,the return flight is late at night( we arrived at our Cairo hotel at 2 am) and then leave on Day 4 to Alexandria at 4 am. If Luxor is on Day 2 then day 3 Cairo local trips makes it better. Please consider this change. I would highly recommend using Let's Explore Tour company and the guide Rania.Written January 15, 2020
- Zadoo B0 contributionsAttractions fantastic, I would not advise this tour guide and/or companyThey were on time but I found the guide sullen and demanding. He always wanted me to listen to him even when at times it was obvious I just wanted silence to enjoy my surroundings. Also entrance tickets are not listed in exclusions and my emails to ask them to ask about this were ignored. On the day, I was asked to pay for entrance tickets. They are not an honest groupWritten January 12, 2020

Our guide Mona and the driver came on time and waited for us to finish our breakfast. We were a group of nine people so keeping us together all the time is a challenge that Mona managed really well :) The minivan they took us with was super clean with a nice collection of arabic music we enjoyed the most. The program was great - we did the pyramids, riding camels, the Sphinx, nice lunch, the Medina and Mohamed Ali Mosque instead since we already saw the museum the day before. I enjoyed the time at the Mosque the most. Sitting on the carpet under the massive chandelier, doors wide open looking over the city of Cairo, having a friendly talk with Mona about Egypt, politics, religion, the Hajj, cinema and dreams.

Booked a tour of the Giza Pyramids, Egyptian Museum and Bazaar and I have to say it was a great experience. My tour guide Hosni and driver Khalid did a wonderful job of guiding me around the city and explaining the history and architecture of this wonderful city. Seeing the pyramids was amazing and the camel ride was way more fun than I thought it would be. It felt like you were way back in time when you are sitting on top of the camel and gazing at the mysterious beauty of the ancient pyramids and Sphinx.
The lunch on the tour is very tasty and plentiful with lots of variety, even if the restaurant is a bit small and quiet. But Hosni’s great conversation made up for the lack of ambiance.
The museum is a must see and provides more context to the history of the pharaohs and pyramids. Seeing King Tuts golden sarcophagus and headpiece was the highlight for me.
The bazaar was also really interesting with its labyrinth of passage-ways and market vendors selling everything you could think of. What was refreshing was that vendors didn’t hassle you like I’ve experienced in many other countries.
I wondered what it would be like travelling here during Ramadan, but found it was not an issue at all and everyone was very welcoming and accommodating.
A great way to spend the day in Cairo and I would be very happy to take another of their tours in the future to view some of the other sites.

Hi, we have a full day layover in Cairo (our flight lands at 6:30). Would like to know if you can pick up and drop us at the airport. Additionally, how flexible is the tour schedule (i am assuming we will be the only group in the car/van)
We would like to add a Boat ride / Dinner by the nile to the itinerary in the evening before our drop back to the airport.
