At 1:12 am in a foreign country there is nothing better than a sign with your name on it. Prompt, courteous and a good driver - but here's the thing that's even BETTER than that sign with your name on - a guide that helps with the Airbnb security guard at 2:07 in the morning to make sure you get your keys and get in safely. Worth every penny - you've found your driver.

We originally scheduled a transfer from the airport to our hotel and were met by our tour guide Mohamed Essa, he was so amazing that we ended up hiring him for the rest of our trip in Egypt! Trust me when I tell you, if you want an amazing experience you want to be with Mohamed. He made us feel so safe and informed of everything that was happening. He is very knowledgeable, personable, professional, and the kindest man we have ever met! He went out of his way to take us to his favorite shops, restaurants, and other locations. We were a very indecisive group at times and he was so patient and accommodating and he made everything happen! He is so well connected and recognized that he was able to set up private tours on the fly, such as a private boat tour on the Nile, just because we mentioned how cool the boats looked at night. He helped us have the most authentic Egyptian experience as possible. He was always on time and on a few occasions would show up with deserts and other Egyptian foods for us to try and he even took us out to lunch on his own dime. By the end of the tour we felt as though Mohamed was a close friend and not just our tour guide. Our group of 6 had such a great time that we are already planning on coming back to book with him again! If I could give more than 5 stars I would, he literally made our trip and we could not be more grateful!

Mohammed made sure we had an amazing experience! Not only did he take us to ride camels, but also brought us to the Papyra Museum, a shop filled with perfumes and oils, and finally to an authentic Egyptian restaurant in which we were able to try a little bit of everything. Mohammed is a great conversationalist, made sure we felt incredibly safe, and offered tips and tricks when visiting Egypt. Would highly recommend him and the Camelback riding to anyone on the fence about doing so. Cannot say enough nice things about the experience!!

Mohammed was our tour guide the first day we landed in Cairo. From the start we felt extremely comfortable with him and knew we were going to have a great trip. On the second day, we had Abu Mazen as our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Cairo and made sure our day was packed with excitement. Mahmoud the driver went above and beyond to make sure we were hydrated and only took us to the best spots to eat and shop.Overall, we had a great experience with them and would recommend them and Deluxe Travel to anyone who visits Cairo.

Mohamed and Omar are absolutely awesome! We booked a transfer from the Cairo Airport to our hotel which arrived very late at night. Unfortunately, I made an error and send him the wrong date, but he was very understanding and helped us the next night. The company sent Mohamed who was waiting for upon arrival, and the driver responded when he called. We were extremely tired after a marathon of travel, and he just took over and helped us with getting our visa and finding our luggage. What a great guy! Since we didn't have any plans, Mohamed suggested the Sound and Light Show at the Giza Pyramids and Sphinx. We opted for it the following night. Again, Mohamed and the driver were fantastic. We learned a lot about Cairo on our drive. By the way, the traffic is insane!! But our intrepid driver, Omar, drove like he was on Route 66 with no other cars on the road.
To make a long story short, when we were leaving to head to Jordan, we were refused boarding the aircraft because my negative test had expired. (We were under the impression that we would be getting one upon arrival in Amman. Anyway ... Mohamed and Omar came to our rescue! They picked us back up at the hotel, arranged for a quick PCR test, and got us back to the airport with time to spare. We were so very thankful that knew these two!

We’re glad we used this service rather than trying to figure things out in our own. Mohamed met us in the main hallway after we got off the plane (before the large border control and baggage area). I was worried about finding him, but he was holding a sign with our name and was very easy to find. He walked us through customs and told us exactly what forms we would need and when. We already had our visas because we got them online prior to the trip, but we heard you can get them on arrival for $25 USD. Mohamed also helped us get our bags and walk us to the van. We had a private car and weren’t with other groups. On the way to the hotel, he told us about Cairo and generally what to expect on our trip. He also helped us book some other day trips to the museums and Alexandria. Overall, his help made going through the airport and border control very easy and low stress. I would definitely use the service again.

Stress free arrival into the Cairo airport and to our hotel! Loved that Mohammad was communicating and waiting for us as we landed. He took care of getting me a visa and getting thru passport control quickly and seamlessly. We were so happy we made a reservation for our return to the airport 3 weeks later. Unfortunately, the driver never showed (4::00am pickup) so we ended up taking a taxi at :4:20am. We had confirmed our pickup several days earlier and the night before. No one responded that morning when I calked or texted or let us know the driver was running late.

Mohammed welcomed us inside the airport and led us through the entry process, explaining everything, helping us get it done quickly, arranged for a driver to pick us up and transport us to our hotel. He rode with us and gave us more tips. He is pleasant, friendly, super fluent in English even idioms. Highly recommended!

Mohammad met us inside of the airport. He assisted us with baggage and sped us thru customs. It was nice that we did not have to look for him. On the ride to the hotel he pointed out many points of interest and gave us some history. He also advised us regarding Egyptian currency street food and tapwater. I would definitely use his service again in fact we are using his service when we leave to go back to Jordan we had a wonderful time with him and I would strongly recommend his service again

Mohamed was assigned for our pick up and transfer. Really appreciate his professionalism and courtesy. He went the extra mile by meeting us at the baggage carousel, assisted with collection of our luggage and check in at the hotel. During the transfer from the airport to the hotel he provided us with information necessary to ensure a trouble free stay. Highly recommended.
