A waste of time and money.
My wife and I regularly use the hop on hop off buses when we visit a city for the first time. Generally we have found them to be very informative and have helped us to get a feel for the layout of a city. This city tour was a disaster. There was very little commentary on the tour, either Korean or English, and the English commentary was restricted to asking you to be careful exiting the bus at the various stops. The bus itself was in poor repair, many seat belts did not work and the seats were uncomfortable. A complete waste of money.

    Book direct
I booked through tripadvisor. Booking in fact then went via Viator, which then went to Seoul Pass, as the local provider. I got a voucher which I was expected to exchange at Aquafield for a ticket Aquafield didn't want to accept the voucher because it didn't have a bar or QR code. It took around 45 minutes to get them to accept the voucher after I got them to ring Seoul Pass Incidentally you pay for access to the roof top pool but then are expected to pay extra to sit beside the pool!

BLUF: B++, Aquafield sweat, soak, and relax in a modern Korean Spa.
Aquafield Spa is located on the top floor of Starfield Mall. The address is 1955, Goyang-daero, Deogyang-gu 4F, Starfield Goyang, Goyang, Gyeonggi-do 10595, South Korea. Spa apparel is provided. The saunas are co-ed, while most of the pools are unisex. The location is a train trip to greater Seoul’s outer edge, so be prepared for a nearly all-day event. The spa comprises seven dry saunas, which remind me of igloos, and nine pools, including a rooftop pool, ranging from 22.5 C to 41.3 C. It is open from 9 AM to 10 PM daily. The cost for a six-hour visit is around 25,000 KRW. Tickets are easy to purchase either via touchscreen or an attendant. The place is very spacious and clean. While there is a snack bar, please don’t overdo it; as you walk back to the train, you will see several great eateries along the main fare. What I thought was unique was that a couple of the saunas had a theme associated with them. So you are sitting in the saunas and watching some video on the ceiling. Since the ceilings are concaved, the videos make you feel part of the travel. Aquafield is the perfect place to spend a day of downtime. It lets you recharge your batteries for further Korean adventures.

Have to pay to redeem the wow pass
You have to purchase an express train ticket (11000 kwd) to enter the station to get to the wow pass machines in order to retrieve the pass. That is more than the purchase price of the pass. Just purchase the T-money cards at any of the kiosks at the airport train station.

    Not Family Friendly!
We bought tickets through Viator because our children (8 and 5 years old) were excited to experience traditional Korean music and dance. When we arrived at the venue, my 5-year-old daughter was denied entry. We were told that all children under 8 years old must go to a toddler's playroom where they can watch the performance from a TV screen while being watched by a babysitter. Our daughter sat through a 90-minute live stage performance just the day before without any issues, but the women at the reception made it clear that children under eight are NOT welcome to watch the live performance. This seems to be part of the epidemic in Korean society of excluding younger children and their parents from public life. Such a shame! If the country wants to keep its traditional performing arts alive, it should encourage children of all ages to watch and appreciate these arts, which have a rapidly dwindling fan base. Age discrimination is not cool, Korea!

    Hanbok in the Palace!
Lovely staff! Cool selection of Hanbok. The Palace itself is huge so leave yourself 60-90 minutes or more to walk around.

    Outstanding performance.
I enjoyed each and every performance of a traditional art. Such talented musicians and dancers. I loved the variety, the beautiful clothing and the explanations provided. Outstanding.

    Good and economical
This is a great way of saying Daegu. The journey is about three hours, and each stop gets a bus every hour. Make sure you are not on the second last bus to Mt Aspen cable car, because an hour there really isn’t enough. One minus was that only one of the busses we were on had the headphone attachments so we could get the English narrative… This is a good way of getting around, but a hint- take a Korean version of the route, so you can show to locals if you get lost…

    Unable to redeem
We arrived in Seoul at 5 AM, I went to the desk to redeem vouchers to use for the AirPort Express The agent needed a QR code, there was none to be found, and none of the help links. gave me any information. After an hour and a half I just canceled the purchase and asked for a refund.

Coex Aquarium does not accept TripAdvisor admission tickets regardless of QRCode
DO NOT BOOK THROUGH TRIPADVISOR ❗️❗️❗️ Coex aquarium told us that our TripAdvisor booking was not valid as of July 2023. The Aquarium itself was an amazing experience, but we had to purchase the tickets there and submit a refund to TripAdvisor because our ticket, despite having a QRcode, was not valid. To reiterate, the aquarium is amazing, but you should purchase the tickets there as opposed through TripAdvisor simply because the aquarium will not accept your TripAdvisor admission. You should definitely visit this aquarium if you are visiting Seoul. Hopefully this helps you avoid spending on an extra set of tickets that you already purchased.

    Great way to see Seoul
Great way to see Seoul, I wish they would operate longer hours for summer, very informative English option to listen, they have different languages, very kind and helpful drivers even thought their English is not the best but they try their best to help , we really enjoyed our day and it went so fast.

    Fun, Colorful Exhibit
It’s suprisingly fun! Initially I had a hard time believing a Haribo exhibit in Seoul would be worth going to, but it was really fun and interesting. It’s a pretty large exhibit with many interactive elements, from video games to carnival games to a stamp book you add to with each room. There are fun photo ops and unique items on display related to the history of Haribo. There are even people-sized gummy bears which are both cute and a little freaky, but they make a fun picture! I spent around 2 hours here, but 1 hour is enough to enjoy it. Tip: The gift shop at the end has a lot of stuff that’s unique and really cute!

Great to visit sites in Seoul
Bought the 24hr mobile pass on Seoul Pass website, and activated it at 1030am on day 1 (so it’s valid for use to enter attractions till 1029am on day 2). We used it to enter Coex aquarium + hop-on hop-off yellow bus on day 1, and Lotte World park on day 2. To sit on the yellow bus, we needed to exchange the ticket at a booth in front of Dongdaemun design plaza (where the yellow buses will be stopping). If you arrive in the morning, perhaps the ideal itinerary for the Seoul Pass is: -purchase 24hr pass from Klook or KKday and collect the physical pass at Incheon airport -use it as T-money card for subway transport from airport to hotel (so you save KRW 3,000 non-refundable T-money card cost). Using the physical pass as T-money doesn’t activate the Seoul Pass time countdown -or use it on Arex train after 930am, which will activate the Seoul Pass time countdown -drop your luggages at the hotel and get into hop-on-hop-off bus to get to the various attractions included in the Seoul Pass -the next morning, use the Seoul Pass to enter Lotte World park (opens at 930am) before it expires

Daegu was a wonderful city full of history and culture
Great way to see Daegu! Bus allowed 1 hour for each stop on route and picked up on the hour at each stop... only negative was bus driver/ tour guide did not always understand the prepaid ticket and kept asking when we would pay! I would suggest to anyone using this amazing tour to just go ahead and buy ticket on the bus...

The ticket price to go up to the observatory level is not worth. There are nothing at the top except a small cafe. Namsan Seoul tower will be a better choice.
