Excellent service, highly recommend. Driver was at the hotel 10 mins before pick up time, vehicle was clean and comfortable. Communication was clear. I would use this company again.

Our driver was very polite and courteous. Communication with both, the company and the driver was great. Driver was on time to pick us up from the airport, texted me 30 mins before, and was waiting as we exited with a sign. Vehicle was very comfortable (van) and clean, perfect for my family of 5 (3 kids). 10/10 and I would highly recommend using this company.

This worked out perfectly! The TripAdvisor setup to order the shuttle was a tad confusing, but I confirmed on a message the pickup/dropoff, and flight information after booking. I received confirmation from KVAN before leaving (WhatsApp). The driver (Geum-ryeol) messaged on WhatsApp his location with a picture at the airport. (Immigration took about an hour after landing and he patiently waited!) He helped with luggage and there were charge cords/water in the van. Takes so much stress after 16+ hours of travel!

Great communication via WhatsAppprior to travel and day-of transfer. Easy to locate in Arrivals. Vehicle was clean. Best part were the heated, reclining seats in the van! Everyone fell asleep on our one hour trip to Seoul after a 15 hour flight. Would book again. Don't hesitate.

Had a very friendly and helpful driver and whilst his English was pretty basic, he used a translation app as needed. He picked up the 4 of us from 2 different parts of the airport and guided us by foot, helping us with our luggage, to our hotel at Myeongdong as parking the van right at the doorstep due to road closure on a weekend.

Our driver Mr. Kim In Byeong waited for us at the arrival hall, helped with our luggages and gave us a smooth and safe drive to Seoul. On a personal note, I would like to show appreciation for the small course of korean language that I received from Mr. Mr. Kim In Byeong and the fact that he pointed out touristic attractions that we passed by. It was a first very nice impression of Korea. I would definitely use the services of this company for a future trip Incheon to / from Seoul.

We used K-Van Korea for our initial pick up when we arrived at Incheon Airport. We had such a great experience that we booked them for our pick up from our hotel in Gangnam, Seoul to return to Incheon airport. Our driver was polite and professional. This vehicle was again in pristine condition inside and out. Our driver asked how our trip had been and if we enjoyed South Korea. Yes! very much so! A very smooth ride to the airport. It was quite easy booking my pickup and return trip to Seoul City from Incheon airport and back before my trip to Korea. The company kept me informed and send me the drivers information the day before so I know who was picking me up. The driver got there early and pointed out many of the sights and history on the way to the airport from Seoul. I would recommend this service as it's quite easy and worry free

This is our first time in South Korea so I didn’t want the stress of getting to our hotel from the airport not knowing the area. K-Van Korea kept in contact with me as soon as I paid for my Incheon International Airport pickup to our hotel in downtown Seoul. They gave me their WhatsApp number and we communicated through that. I received timely updates and notifications. Our driver today was kind enough to send a photo of where he was waiting for us as well as letting me know which area at arrivals he was at. He had a sign with my name as well which was an easy way to find him. Our driver was professional and we felt comfortable riding with him.The van was newer and clean inside and out. He dropped us at our hotel in downtown Seoul as promised. Excellent service from this company from beginning to end. We’ll be using K-Van Korea again when we leave our hotel for the airport at the end of this trip in Seoul. Highly recommend.
