I recommend this tour for newcomers.
Second day in Seoul, booked this tour and Ben was my guide. I think I’m lucky to have this as my first tour here ,

Walking Tour
Ben was great! Although it felt a little "hurried" we covered a lot of ground. Not a lot of time to take pictures

Our tour guide Catherine was excellent! We learned about the very interesting history of Korea and enjoyed walking around the beautiful palace. Catherine was also very gracious in taking our pictures. This is a great first day in Koeea tour. I highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our tour with Ginger as our guide. She was accommodating, pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient with the four of us (our son, daughter in law, husband and me) who all had different interests and health issues. We were able to make changes in destinations and schedule throughout the day. We visited Namsan mountain and tower, a palace, temple, several neighborhoods, and had a fabulous "temple food" lunch. We were able to tour at a leisurely pace with Ginger providing the history along with interesting stories at each venue. After completing this tour we all feel a semi private tour is the best way to see and learn about a country. And much thanks goes to Ginger who made this an exciting and most pleasant experience. We give her five stars!

Kathy is very knowledgeable and we learned so much more than if we had just walked the grounds ourselves.

A wonderful introduction to Korean history and culture, given by our guide Ben, who was so knowledgeable and yet humble. Having the opportunity to ask Ben questions along the way, and go at a pace that suited our needs, made the experience more meaningful. Ben was able to provide a large amount of information but not in an overwhelming or condescending manner. He also gave my daughter and I time to reflect upon the wonderful sights we were seeing within the palace, adding to the reverence one should feel while visiting such a place. The museum tour and stroll through Bukchon Village were an added delight. Moreover, Ben was very flexible with our tour dates, as we had several days of flight delays, and we appreciated his flexibility. I would highly recommend Ben if you're looking for an intimate tour experience.

This was a perfect introduction to the Korean culture, history and Seoul in general. My tour guide was so knowledgable and so highly personable, that the time we spent walking around the two most important locations in Seoul went super smooth and I have learnt so much. You will never get such info, stories and detail from reading or self guided trip. Thank you!

The tour was very interesting and well-timed: we started at 9:30 to see the guard change ceremony at 10. Ben knows a lot about history and culture and always had answers to questions that came up on the way. Highly recommended!

I ended up getting a private one-on-one tour with Ben on my final day in Korea and it could not have gone better! I learned so much about the palace as well as Korean culture that gave content to a lot of the other sites I had seen that week. He was very knowledgeable and spoke great English. He also knew all the best spots for pictures and gave interesting perspective on the sites outside of what you would get on a typical tour. Definitely worth the time and money!

After smog all week, we lucked out and had a beautiful sunny day for our tour. Ben was a great guide and added many interesting details about the palace that one would not get if visiting the site alone. It is massive and the allotted time passes very quickly!
