This tour was excellent for the price!! Our tour guide Chloe was fantastic. Her interaction with us made us feel like we had been friends for a long time. Not only did she tell us about the scheduled sites (Seoul Tower, Namsan Hanok Village and War Memorial) but she also pointed out some other place while we were driving. She also gave us great tips on where to shop :)

Our morning half day tour is all worth it, our tour guide Ms. Katie is so accommodating, very knowledgeable and speak good english. She emphasized all worth knowing in the places we visited. This tour is good for people with very limited time but want to visit important places. Me and my cousin enjoyed this tour, will surely hope to meet katie again on our future tours in korea.

The Tour was great! Our tour guide Yeoni was amazing, for just a half a day tour she summarised and explained things really well! She was more than happy to take photos of my friend and I and had heaps of fun chatting with her. The whole tour was very well put together and we enjoyed it very much! 100% recommend doing this tour.

While the pickup service was fine and the tour guide was generally friendly and knowledgeable we were incredibly disappointed with this tour. When we met the tour guide he informed us that "since it was Monday" we would not be going to both the War Memorial or Hanok Village, which were our main reasons for booking the trip.
Even though alternatives were provided it seems that the company could have posted this information as we would not have booked on this day. The company later suggested that they forgot to update on their website yet they had the correct closing times of the war memorial and hanok village in their printed brochures on the coach.
Moreover, before the trip ended, we were treated to a mandatory sales pitch for this heavily overpriced supposed cure-all pine needle oil that filled hugely out of place and clearly meant for us to spend our money as part of some deal.
When asked for a partial refund we were offered only 3.000 KRW per person since admission was free for all our locations even though, except for Seoul Tower which costs 10.000 KRW to visit, the locations would have been free to enter regardless of whether we were part of a tour.
(Having lived in Seoul before) I would highly recommend visiting these places by yourself to save the money. Even guided tours at the same locations will save you plenty.

Overall, this tour very good for the price. Our tour guide was very friendly and she spoke English very well. She explained to us various aspects of the places we visited during the tour and answered all our questions. All the locations on the itinerary were very interesting. I especially liked the tour of N Seoul tower. The view was the best, I would recommend this tour.

our cruise ship docks at 7am on 29th October, we plan to then catch train into city. Would we be able to be picked up somewhere after getting to station, this tour appeals to us, ship leaves at 7pm same day.

If your ship docks at 7 you might be able to catch a taxi to your booked or desired hotel wich might take an hour to get to the hotel because the bus is only hotel pick up, so if you wanna go on the tour dont take transit due to possible delays, 2nd if you have already booked the tour you might wanna inform them of your hotel
