The tour included pick up and drop off at convenient locations, and there were plenty of stops along the way to buy souvenirs, snacks, coffee and take much needed toilet breaks. The tour included quite of lot of walking (even up hill hiking in some parts) which might not be suitable for the elderly, unfit, or very young and we were unable to participate in some parts of the tour due to local restrictions. She gave us a personal story about how the Korean War had affected her and really brought home the cost of war not only for the generation that lives it but those that come after. The company were also able to accommodate us last minute after I had not checked the email to notice that the tunnel and Dora observatory were closed due to a national holiday. They were able to change us to an alternative tour similar tour the same day. Thank you team Nancy for a wonderful day.Written October 8, 2024

Team Nancy!! She is very good as a tour guide. We went for full day seoul city tour. The only down part of the tour was she spent a lot of time in one of the palace and it is cold during this time(i forgot the name), kudos to Nancy she managed to stay warm. Lastly, we went to Korean Ginseng place, it is legit!! However, it is a tourist trap and way over price. Control yourself, don't fall for it cz I sure did!! The presentation of their products is very good. It is good to support by buying there ginseng but i believe it has a huge mark-up on the price. There's no authenticity in the box!! I wish Nancy kind of help us and everybody by givjng a warning...it felt like they all working together to get you on their business. Weirdest thing is, no korean customer inside the building. Buy some but be smart!! Overall, the tour with team Nancy it can be better by providing lunch...should be included on the tour. Good job team Nancy!!

We had an amazing time! Our tour guide was Jenny and she was so knowledgeable and patient. Both Jenny and our driver were friendly and helpful and the tour ran to time despite it being a very busy public holiday. Jenny went above and beyond to make our tour exceptional. Would recommend 140% :)

Our tour guide Cindy gave mom and I the most memorable and wonderful tour we could ever ask for. Cindy speaks fluent English and was patient, friendly, and helpful. The car was clean which made a full day tour much more pleasant and enjoyable. I would certainly recommend her and VIP Travel company to anyone.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, and there was no issues. The hotel service was amazing.clean rooms, comfortable beds amazing location .
All members of staff that I encountered was very helpful and attentive particularly as I was travelling alone with my little boy, so appreciated their support even more. One Housekeeping guy Hafiz Awais every day clean my room nicely that have a good experience .Morning time when we are came back to breakfast in the room. Our room was clean. This is very well and appreciated.

This was our first time in Seoul, so we decided to do this tour. Our guide Kelly was excellent. She thought us so much about the history of Seoul. We toured the Changdeok Palace while dressed in our Hanbok outfits and saw the changing of
the guard ceremony. We visited many of unique neighborhoods in Seoul. Kelly took us to Kwangiang Market where we experience different type street foods and items for sale. This is a great tour that we highly recommend.

This tour is a perfect balance of fun and education. Yuna was very knowledgeable and took lots of photos of us wearing traditional hanbok. Our driver was helpful and got us to our destination quickly, but safely. We will definitely consider booking another tour with her again!

Lina, an amazing tour guide, and Michael, a great driver, were an amazing team for our tour. Great sights and indepth history! Also, Lina had a lot of “secret” spots for photos and views of the village and palace! Would definitely recommend this tour!!!

A great day with the wonderful Kelly guiding us. An excellent mix of activities from temples to market and a lunch stop. There was something for everyone on the tour. Kelly made it all easy with tremendous communication and organisation.

My son and I love traveling. We have been to many countries together. This tour was the perfect way to get to know the history of Korea as well as its contemporary culture. The markets were rich with flavor and excitement. The palaces and temple were majestic as they helped us better understand Korean history. Yet, our guide Amy was actually the key figure into making all this possible. She was very resourceful, knowledgeable, and taught us about her culture and history always with excitement and enthusiasm. She is actually the kindest and most helpful guide we have ever had in our trips, and we have traveled to dozens of countries before Korea! She even helped us buy tickets for our trip the next day. She perfectly accommodated my vegan diet needs and showed a genuine caring for our stay in Korea. She went out of her way to help us with everything we needed. By far, Amy was the best guide a tourist could ask for. Thanks Amy!

I had a full-day tour of Seoul with this agency. I had not made up my mind yet before joining the tour. The weather was so cold. I could not make sure that I could walk all day or not. But I ended up on a good tour.
The full-day tour of Seoul was not disappointing. This tour agency, and particularly our guide, Nancy, were excellent. she helped me I could keep warm. She gave me her gloves and mufflers. she even gave me a warm hug.
In the morning, we had got look around the Temple and Palace. Nancy provided excellent commentary and explanation about Korean history and traditional culture. This tour includes meals also. After lunch, we visited the local market. we bought some souvenirs at Insadong street.
Most of all, I bought Korean cosmetics that I really wanted to buy. Nancy told me where I can buy it and took me there. After all the sightseeing and shopping, we were dropped off at the hotel.
If I visit Korea again, I want to meet Nancy again.
