We had so much fun me and my wife in Tbilisi, Jvari and Mtskheti, our driver georgi and THE BEST tour guide Irakli aka Phife who have so much knowledge about the city and history of their country. I will definitely book Irakli as my tour guide to visit all the cities of Georgia.

I went on a tour with Budget Georgia to Martville, Okatsey canyons from Kutaisi. The tour was amazing. One of the main highlights were that the guide Omo was amazing and he provided lot of information as well. Also he managed the group very well and was not in a rush ( I have been to other group tours in different countries and sometimes we were not given time to enjoy), but Omo was great and managed the time. He was very well organized and did some changes based on the weather to make sure we could cover everything. A big thank to the driver named "Professor" who drove very safely and comfortably. The tour was amazing and the places we visited was magnificent. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone and would highly recommend the guide and the driver as well. Thank you for making my day amazing with full of memories. It was indeed very nice and memorable day. i think these canyons are must visit places if you visit Georgia. Thank you.

The tour was great! Our guide had very good knowledge about Georgia and its history, it was a great experience. You wouldn't miss much if you skip the boat rides.

The experience was fantastic and our tour guide was helpful and kind. You must definitely book your tour at Budget Georgia when you plan to visit Kutaisi and its neighbouring places.

This tour is divided into three: 1 - Kutaisi to Mestia: The trip is long and tiring, but our guide (His name was Saba) was very friendly and helpful, stopping whenever we asked to take photographs and talking to us about various topics. When we arrived in Mestia, he gave me free time while the rest of the group, who were going back to Kutaisi that day, went to eat... and then left me at the Hotel. 2 - Mestia-Ushguli: This trip was wonderful and I highly recommend it. The landscapes are sensational and leave anyone's jaw dropping. Our guide Dato was very cheerful and always gave us good informations and free time to wander around the town. 3 - Mestia to Kutaisi: In fact, this route is no longer part of the tour, but is a transfer. Our driver Gizo didn't speak any English, causing some initial confusion as he didn't have the information I had asked for to stay at Kutaisi Airport. This "problem" was resolved almost immediately with a phone call from Nini (from the Budget Georgia office), to him and me. The trip went smoothly, despite the road being difficult. Overall, I recommend this tour. Going to and from Mestia in the same day is very exhausting and leaves us very little time there to get to know it, so this two-day solution (although short too) allows us to get a better idea of these two marvelous places

We were lucky to have Giorgi as a tour guide, and we even got a true Georgian experience because a sweet stray dog jumped in the van and did the whole day trip with us. Amazing day, highly recommend!

The guide was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. We had a great time at the winery and learned so much about the wine making, local culture and the hospitality. As well as that we tried different Georgian dishes, each so unique and delicious. The wines were great, we even bought two bottles to bring home. It was an amazing experience!

Shaba is such a great guide who is so well versed in history and overview of his country. The driver is so smooth we got to the places before other groups which is such a bonus. No matter how slow, Shaba never rushed or yelled at us, allowing time for everyone to take pictures. I am very bad with stairs and Shaba makes sure I can go one way by walking and back by car. He even added everyone by Whatsapp and cater for our lunch! Overall a must try in Kutaisi. The entrance tickets and lunch are not included but that is totally reasonable considering the price of the tour.

Wow, what a very lovely trip! Out guide (Lasha) was charming, knowledgeable, and a safe driver. We saw beautiful sights and got to learn so much about Georgian history. I’d highly recommend this trip for solo travels as the Budget Georgia guides are so interactive during the tour it’s makes it seem as if you know your group mates.

Budget georgia is an easy way to transfer in Georgia! It is more expensive than mashrutkas, however, it really saved us a hastle of trying to figure out where the bus stop was, what time it left, etc. We got the transfer from kutaisi to Mestia, and there was a day tour going to Mestia at the same time. The guide was lovely, and allowed us to join their tour, so it was nice to see some great stops on the way to Mestia. Highly recommend for hastle free transfers!
