I waited well over 30 minutes at the meeting point only for no one to show up. I tried making contact the best way I could no one ever responded. I basically lost a whole day of vacation. Totally unacceptable.

Base on my experience, they have a very good service. If you have any request, you can ask them. They have kind drivers, even I’m alone no worries. I feel safe and secured.

I will be requesting a refund for this tour. Morning of the tour, the English speaking guide messaged that he would not be picking me up at the airport, his father would instead. I arrived to the airport and no one was waiting. I called and the English speaking guide, who informed me that he was dead and could not pick me up. He then explained that his father, who spoke no English, and was not dead and would give me the day tour. His father finally arrived to the airport to collect me. After all this back and forth, I had been waiting at the airport for around 1 hour. I requested the father take me to the hotel and leave me there... there was no point in continuing. I paid for an English speaking guide. Agreed this man sounded quite sick on the phone, I hope he is feeling better, but I didn't appreciate the humor if that is what it was supposed to be. He should have found a replacement guide, or simply canceled the tour, offered a refund, and explained the situation.

We had a wonderful time visiting several historical sites on this action packed, each of the places we visited was interesting with an amazing history and beautiful Georgian landscapes.the tour was well played, so everything went smooth Thanks For MNS
