The day tour operated by TravelinGeorgia with our tour guide Aka was well organized and exciting. It included wine tasting. Aka was very kind and professional. I highly recommend this tour.

Our tour guide Lela was awesome and fully knowledgeable of the history, artifacts, Christianity and culture on both cities. Shared so much information that it felt like information overload, but yet necessary for us to grasp the full picture of Georgia gain it’s independence from the Soviet Union. How Nino brought Jesus’s clothes to Georgia from Jerusalem after his death, and his sister grapped the garment and died immediately from excitement. The history of Georgia and it’s culture, food and family life was amazing!

We are two young Australians who were desperate to see as much of Georgia as possible throughout our short stay, and this was the perfect way to do it. We were shown exactly why Georgians are known for their amazing hospitality. Our guide had amazing recommendations for places to visit, historical knowledge, and great advice for restaurants and which foods and wines we would enjoy. The tour was also re-arranged in order to allow us to properly appreciate the beautiful surroundings because of the weather one day, which was so nice and was very unexpected. The level of service and local knowledge was second-to-none, and we were able to adjust our itinerary and spend more time at certain locations when required, which makes such a big difference when you are trying to see as much as possible.
