Visiting Diamond Bridge was an incredible experience in Georgia. Guide Merabi Geladze made us feel incredibly welcome, like we were at home. I can't find the words to truly describe this unforgettable experience with such a knowledgeable and kind person. I highly recommend Guide Merabi Geladze to anyone who wants to experience the true kindness of Georgian people.

i have no idea how to start an explanation....such a beautiful place and amazing, polite, friendly people specially Mr.Saba our tour guide...felt like we know him since many years...the places he took us all were amazing, pure nature, tremendous caves, canyons, zip line etc.. Were amazing..I recommend all to must visit Georgia with Budget Georgia

Irikli is an amazing Lad, We made friends with him instantly he really made us feel like home, he planned our whole trip we had so much fun with him, we also made alot of great friends this trip was one of the best travel experiences I can recall.

I initially inquired to Irakli almost a month prior to booking. He was very helpful and responsive, also considerate to have us confirm the booking closer to date. We booked him for 2 days customized trip. A day prior our scheduled tour, we were informed that he had to send his friend Alex in his stead due to his busy schedule. I got a bit anxious for the last minute notice but he assured that Alex is as good and efficient as him. Alex arrived a bit late (informing us first thing on that day), but it was okay as we understood the last minute changes. He greeted us with a warm welcome, speaks good English. His car was comfortable enough, with water and sanitizer provided. Right then and there, we felt we were in good hands. Our first day was about Martvili Monastery, Okatse Canyon, Kinchka Waterfalls and Prometheus Cave. We did a short hike in Okatse Canyon considering that it was already quite hot. We were in awe and to how it was beautifully maintained. Kinchka Waterfall wasn't that appealing during our time of visit, Alex showed us another interesting spot around that area, so we still got some nice nature photos. :D We finished the day by taking a swim in Balda Canyon (as Irakli suggested), which was the coldest (yet refreshing) water my friend and I ever experienced! The following day, Alex arrived on time. The itinerary was to visit Martvili Canyon (MAJESTIC!!), Tskaltubo and Kutaisi before we head back to Tbilisi. I have a list of places I've been very curious to see in Tskaltubo's sanatoriums and bathhouses. However, as some of it are already private and inhabited by IDPs respectfully, we have skipped most on my list. At least we got to see Sanatorium Iveria and Bathhouse No. 8. After that, Alex brought us to a nice lunch place nearby in Restaurant Kvamli, which he said has one of the most delicious Khinkali in Georgia. And he is entirely correct! Everything that we ordered was his recommendation and it was all very satisfactory! Then we had a brief city tour in Kutaisi. Alex over-all was amazing. He is brief yet well-versed in sharing history on some venues, where needed. Also, he was sharing some interesting stories about Georgian life, their cultures and recommendations while we are on the road, which made the trip more worthwhile. We would love to book the team again when we get back. Thank you so much!

We went to the West Georgia with friends. We visited all these places mentioned in the itinerary. I tried so much but still couldn’t show the beauty of the nature by photos. The best part was to swim in Balda canyon which is similar to Martvili canyon (they look same). At the end of the day, after visiting the places, Irakli took us to the family guesthouse where we had very delicious dinner. The guesthouse is situated in a calm and peaceful place. Highly recommended

The trip was incredible. The company was extremely flexible with us! My girlfriend was sick so they offered to postpone the tour by a day or two for us to be able to do it in better conditions. Aleksi, our tour guide was extremely friendly, spoke good English, and... most importantly... He drove his car in such a gentle and comfortable manner! What a difference from most crazy rides we got from Georgia. We highly recommend this company!

The whole tour felt like improvising. I had no idea how all other people had so nice review. The tour guide somehow brought his girlfriend on the trip and basically ignored us and was smoking in the car the whole journey. At night we were in a local family and they had sex throughout the night; which would have been fine, but considered that the sound insulation was so bad and they did it so loud the WHOLE night. It was not fine. Absolutely not worth the price. I know about Georgian hospitality, we met really nice Georgians along the ways but Irakli was not one of them.

Our tour guide, Alex, was nice and friendly. His English was very fluent but we had no trouble understanding him. My flight to Tbilisi was meant to arrive at 4:45am but due to the delay, we arrived at 6:00am. So basically, he waited for an hour and a half in the morning for us. He was not mad or anything. Instead, he welcomed us with a warm smile on his face. Throughout our trip, he was attentive and helped us a lot. He explained the history of the church bit by bit. On the car, he even sang a Georgian song. I didn’t remember what the name of the song is but it meant something like: I love my country Georgia. He was a good singer between. He saw us as friends, not just clients. If you wanna hire a guide, he should be on your top list.

We visited Georgia and its been lucky to have Eric as our tour guide. We spent 4 days there and his services were amazing, specially the knowledge he is having about the country and culture. Will recommend him and will avail his services again on visit.

This is not our first trip to Georgia and not the first meeting with Irakli)) BUT every time it is very pleasant, interesting and memorable... Thank you so much that every time you show us Georgia from an even more and more and more beautiful and interesting side. We spent amazing days in western Georgia with Irakli, discovering its treasures: canyons, waterfalls, forests, rocks and caves, also there r antient monasteries. It’s was very nice to feel Megrelian hospitality, trying local food and wine. Meeting morning in local house with 300 years old tree, with gardens and lovely swings-was one of the brightest experiences 😊 Irakli is hospitable, attentive, friendly and very flexible guide :) u can deal with him and perform all ur plans with visiting Georgia.

My experience with Hello Georgia is nothing short of being an amazing journey. All the credit entirely goes to IRAKLI. I selected and planned my trip with Irakli reading the prior reviews, and there is a reason why all of them were 5 star rating for this person. I would describe IRAKLI as very nice and caring person. He is very attentive regarding the needs of the group and would go to any extent to make every one get involved and comfortable in the journey. He also has an amazing ability to tailor the journey as per time, energy levels and our interests. He has an immense knowledge of the areas in Georgia and hence is very informative also. His easy and fun loving nature is also a very prominent part of his personality. Driving was definitely fun experience with the conversations that all of us had. I was travelling with my daughter, my wife, my mother and a friend and and Irakli was very attentive of our safety. Georgia is a land of beauty and hospitality. The beauty lies in the countryside and is everywhere. Of course, the main destinations are very memorable, but there are so many places which are not mentioned in the travel sites and blogs which are definitely worth covering. The food experience was unforgettable especially the homemade food that we had at the local house sitting in the garden with the orchards nearby. I Feel lucky to have arranged my trip with IRAKLI, for he has given us something very valuable to treasure for life😊
