- Daniel S0 contributionsGreat tour to explore off the beaten path and learn about Georgia's Soviet past and the amazing architecture of that era.Brilliant tour - most interesting thing we did in Tbilisi! Giorgi was great - extremely knowledgable and informative about Georgia's Soviet past, and the spectacular architecture of that era. Great opportunity to explore off the beaten path of the main tourist sites.Written October 6, 2024
- JDEE1150 contributionsFantastic City TourWhat a fantastic tour and introduction to Georgia. The views of Tbilisi by night is magnificent. My guide Giorgi was so welcoming and friendly and had very good knowledge about the history of his country and some funny stories too. It's a must do tour if you are ever in Tbilisi. - RB5450 contributionsThe best tour to see the real tbilisiThis was honestly one of the best tours I've ever done in my life. It gives you a chance to see all round Tbilisi, not just around the old town, and some really amazing architecture and soviet history. George my guide was amazing, answered all of my questions and really tailored the experience to my interests. If you want to see the real tbilisi and learn about the history and understand the city, I'd really reccomend it!Written September 20, 2024

- 627wheelerr0 contributionsEat your way through Tbilisi! We had a wonderful, personalized experience on this food tour! Giorgi, our host, was friendly, knowledgeable and funny. The schedule of the tour was nicely balanced with eating, drinking and walking. In addition to tasting different foods and drinks, we learned a bit about the city of Tbilisi and the country of Georgia. Would recommend if you’re looking to experience Georgian cuisine!Written September 5, 2024
- megmarrrr0 contributionsTime and Money Well Spent! What a great tour! George was amazing, showing us the food culture in Tbilisi. I don't want to say anything about the restaurants that you'll try, if ever you book this tour, because it will spoil the surprise All I can say is we were so full at the end of the trip. As I told George, it was amazing because the places we visited were places that we wouldn't have found on our own! This tour also gives you an opportunity to visit the key places of Georgia. TIP: Don't eat too much before starting the tour. Be ready to walk a lot.Written September 2, 2024
- Aneirahh0 contributionsUnique and beautiful sightsWe did the 3 day Georgia tour and 2 day Armenia tour together and it was amazing. It was interesting to see the contrast between the two countries, the beautiful scenery (in Georgia especially) and unique architecture. Taking children I was concerned with safety but both places were safe and friendly to visit. Very professional company and driver to travel with. Highly recommend!Written August 31, 2024
- saraib6620 contributionstrue culinary delightThe pastries in Tbilisi are a true culinary delight! From fragrant khachapuri with its tender filling to crispy and fresh lavash, each bite captures the unique aromas and flavors of Georgia. The baked goods in local bakeries are always fresh, aromatic, and made with love, making every morning especially enjoyable. Highly recommend trying them to experience the authentic taste of Tbilisi!Written July 3, 2024
- mattp4330 contributionsSuper fun, delicious and education tour!Extremely delicious, educational, and most importantly, fun food / city tour! Our guide Luka was so knowledgeable about Tbilisi's history, food, politics, and everything in between! He was also just a blast to hang out with for 4+ hours! We loved every minute! But please come very hungry!Written July 1, 2024
- Michael R0 contributionsHighly recommend!!!What a perfect way to enter a city you’ve never been to. Our guide, Luka, was knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to hang out with. A tour not only the food of this lovely city but also a historical tour. Can’t recommend more highly.Written June 6, 2024
- annmariehood0 contributionsAn Amazing Tour!To call this a food tour is a misnomer. Yes, we ate a lot of fabulous food. But it’s also a historical and cultural tour of this fascinating city of Tbilisi and of the country of Georgia. Luka was one of the best guides I’ve ever had, and that’s saying a lot because we do food tours in every city we visit. He was warm, knowledgeable, friendly, flexible, thorough, charming, and fed us until we could barely move. This was truly a memorable day for us and it is all thanks to Luka.Written June 6, 2024
- Janev_Australia0 contributionsWonderful, fascinating, big day outI went on this tour in May 2024. The trip was very interesting and enjoyable. Zezva was the guide. He was a very good guide who gave a great, intelligent commentary. He was very knowledgeable, a very good explainer and communicator and really looked after the group. Plus he loves dogs,,,😀😀😀.. During the tour, we visited 3 monasteries, a museum dedicated to two famous Armenian-Georgians and a derelict cable car. The monasteries were extraordinarily beautiful. Along the way we had an excellent, delicious lunch at the home of a local family. We finally got back to Tbilisi quite late as we got dropped off in the suburb we were all, coincidently, staying in. A very nice touch. I really enjoyed my glimpse of Armenia. A wonderful tour. Highly recommended.🙂🙂🙂Written May 10, 2024
- peng23910 contributionsGreat food tourThis was a great food tour! Luca shared a lot of stories and histories about Georgian food and took us to small places that I would never have found on my own. I appreciated learning about the country through the lens of food and food culture. Of course, the food was delicious and no one left hungry :D We were a small group too, which made the tour more enjoyable. Highly recommended!Written May 4, 2024

Our guide, George, took us on a tour of Georgian food from the produce on sale at the markets to a sit-down meal in a Georgian restaurant.
The tour was very informative and we were introduced to new foods, wines and tastes along with checking out some artisans making and sharpening hand tools like knives, hand saws and axes.
Our guide was very informative and also gave us some insights to Georgian culture.
The tour covered a wide area of Tbilisi and our tour included car rides between locations.
George gave us some recommendations of restaurants to visit which we went and tried the food there.
A well organised and terrific tour. Highly recommend this tour as an introduction to Georgian food and wine.
