If you get the extra 24 hours for a total of 48 hours, you can cover all the major attractions in Tbilisi. The schedule is perfect and the bus is very comfortable. The staff at the main office are very helpful and friendly. - Hedseid0 contributionsPractical but rushedThe company, overall is quite practical because you find all day trips in one place at good prices with kind staff. BUT, for the particular stops, it is very rushed and it’s basically take picture and leave. I know there’s a schedule and working hours for the staff, but adding 15 minutes per stop would improve the experience A LOT. I actually think this is necessary!Written November 21, 2024

I had an incredible experience with our tour guide Levani during our trip to Mount Kazbeg. His knowledge of the area and passion for sharing its history and culture truly enriched our journey. Levani's friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and willingness to cater to our interests made the tour even more enjoyable. He ensured that we had a memorable and safe adventure while taking in the breathtaking landscapes. I highly recommend Levani as a knowledgeable and engaging tour guide for anyone looking to explore Mount Kazbeg and its surroundings.

The tour company ZET have a lot to learn about how to deliver a good customer experience
There was no itinerary provided when we all together. No information on comfort stops so some people were desperate for toilet as there were no toilets for customer to use at tour office and we drove two hour before stopping
The tour guide was discourteous to the point if being rude. The timings given were not kept to. All he wanted to fo was rush as all back on the bus well before the supposed departing time at various stops and making us rushed when no need. There was no list of participants names and contact details so when people were supposedly late he didn't know who was missing he only counted the numbers on the bus.
We had lunch at 6pm would you believe and the restaurant could not cope with a 35 strong bus tour. We were waiting ages for food and they only had two staff. It got a bit tetchy to say the least
If Georgia wants to be a player in the tourism industry they have to improve on many things and ZET ivwill not go with again. Very unprofessional

My wife and I recently spent five days in Tbilisi, Georgia, and opted for the services of WST (World Sightseeing Tour) to explore the city and its surroundings. We stayed at the Wyndom Hotel, conveniently located near Freedom Square, and embarked on our journey with high hopes.
Upon arrival at Freedom Square, we were greeted by one of the most delightful tour guides I've ever encountered, Ms. Natia. Her warmth and friendliness immediately captivated us as she introduced us to the offerings of WST. Excited by her presentation, we decided to book three tours: a city tour, a trip to Kutaisi, and a journey to Gudauri.
The city tour was a highlight, with informative commentary provided through headsets in multiple languages. It offered a comprehensive insight into Tbilisi's history and landmarks, making for a memorable experience.
I must express my gratitude to Ms. Natia for her exceptional service. She went above and beyond to assist us, even helping us find a new hotel closer to Freedom Square when we expressed our desire to relocate. Her assistance was invaluable, and her professionalism was commendable.
Unfortunately, our experience took a sharp turn during our trip to Gudauri, largely due to the behavior of one staff member, Steven. His attitude was disappointing and tarnished the reputation of WST. When I urgently needed a restroom break during the journey back from Gudauri, Steven's uncooperative demeanor became evident. Despite my pleas, he failed to communicate effectively with the driver, leaving me in discomfort for an extended period. The driver's reckless driving upon returning to the city only exacerbated the situation, despite our repeated requests for him to slow down.
As a result of this distressing experience with Steven and the driver, I regret to say that I will not be utilizing WST's services again, nor would I recommend them to others, particularly those traveling with children. The inconsistency in service quality greatly diminishes the overall appeal of the company.

We recommend this tour activity as overall experience worth it. I did it last year and need to do it again with a friend this year. The view of the mountains, churches and the city itself are incredible. Our tour guide named ANI provide great tour, we really like how she engage each one of us during the tour discussing the history, belief, culture, people of her country which is Georgia. Take note bring some cash with you, when you do this tour as restaurant and transfer will not accept card heading to kazbegi mountain.

We have no complaints about the guide and
the driver. The places that we visited as a part of this tour were stunningly beautiful but there were some downfalls that ruined our overall experience. First, our lunch was after 5 pm, which is pretty late for most people. It should be announced to people when they buy a tour, not when they get on a bus. Second, if a travel company cares about its reputation, they won’t take you to some sketchy place to eat. Prices in the “restaurant” they took us to were like in a nicer place in the center of Tbilisi. Also, they charge 15% service fee. But there literally was no service. Nasty bathrooms, worn out greasy menus and very basic food. Yes, we understand that life is hard in this region and tourists are one of the only ways to make money here. But you have to work honestly and respect your client in any case. So, I hope that the tour company will start caring about their clients more and work only with private business willing to work fairly and be hospitable. Another suggestion: besides saying “you will need some cash for lunch,” it’s better to inform people about the average price for 1 person and mention the service fee. Because everyone probably will end up needing more cash than they originally planned.
Tourists should not be taken advantage of. It is at least partially the responsibility of the tour company to provide the best service possible since we rely on them (and pay money) to make some choices for us.

One thing that I love about Georgia is the hospitality of it's people. We were greeted by the amazing ladies of WST Georgia, Lana and Irina who were the most accommodating staff. I really appreciated their hospitality and warm personalities. Working in the customer service industry I know it is a challenge so for me to see these two ladies be the most proactive staff started off our experience on a good note. Our tour to Kazbegi was beautiful. Our guide, Emilia, was a sweetheart who knew so much about Georgia and was so passionate when she shared information with us. Overall, the beauty of Georgia was emphasized by the wonderful hearts of its people and the staff of WST Georgia. It was a good first day to start our trip with. Surely a trip to remember. Thank you Irina, Lana and Emilia for being amazing girls. Will definitely recommend this travel agency to my friends!

WST is a great choice for Tbilisi city tour & day trips! We did the Red bus city tour, plus 4 day trips to the mountains, wine region & old capital & outlying city areas. Natia, who we bought our tickets from patiently explained our options & even gave us her Whatsapp number & answered our questions on there. Anna was a great guide on our mountain day trip. All the guides speak wonderful English and Russian and were happy to translate for us in English. They are definitely the best tour operation in Tbilisi!

You spend a lot of time in the bus, but the views are amazing. At Mt. Kasegi you switch to smaller vehicles (extra cost) for a fast ride to the top to visit Gergeti Trinity Church. Our late lunch was very good. On the way back we stopped at Ananori Fortress by a reservoir.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to the wonderful travel agency WST Georgia (Tbilisi)! Attentive staff, polite and caring girls-administrators at the reception, especially Natia and her partner (unfortunately, forgot the name) who worked on Thursday, August 5. The bus that traveled on August 5, 2021, on the route "Zhynval Reservoir-Gudauri-Kazbegi (Stepantsminda) is comfortable, clean, tidy, air conditioning works. The driver is skilled, with excellent driving skills. Special thanks to the guide George for meaningful, interesting information. , excellent command of the material, instant switching from English to Russian (I was one from Ukraine and understood the English accompaniment, he specially duplicated Russian stories for me), courtesy and attention to tourists. Many thanks to WST Georgia! Only the best recommendations!

Hi! Im not a native speaker and didnt really understand: when we arrive at village kazbegi, do we have the time to visit trinity church for extra money, or only if we stay at the village overnight
Written July 6, 2018
Plenty of time to visit the church at the top of the mountain, if you take a 4 wheel drive up/down. As for walking it- easily do-able- but depends on your individual pace etc so you would need to enquire etc BUT lots of locals speak English so no problem
Written July 8, 2018
I booked the trip and when I received the confirmation I noticed there is a dress code, do we really need to wear smart no casual clothes. Pls if someone can let me know
Written July 5, 2018
it's really not a big deal, I wore a t-shirt and a short and there was a lady wearing sandals, so wear whatever you're comfortable with

Hi, I and my friend will visit on August 29. He will arrive at the airport by 11:30PM. and he has to travel from the airport to Cozy Baiti in the heart of Tbilisi. Is it possible to start the tour by 1PM or 2PM?
Written June 13, 2018
Hi,
This really depends on the tour supplier that you are booking with. This is a whole day tour usually and it starts in the morning (that's the tour I took) and maybe even there's a half day tour I believe it will commence in the morning still. It is a different case if you visit the place by yourself (or your group) and just rent a 4x4 vehicle - but I don't suggest that 'coz the road up to to Kasbegi-Ananuri Mountain is very tricky and challenging (to those who doesn't have experience to that kind of rough, rocky, narrow road) I must say. This is a MUST to visit! I recommend! Cheers!
