The weather was terrible with very heavy rain in the south but Evan the driver was very flexible. We saw the waterfall ( Chutes de Madeleine) and then Evan took us back to Noumea where it was cloudy but not raining. He took us to a nice viewing spot, to a good barista cafe and then to the Aquarium and the Maritime Museum. It turned out to be a good day despite the rain in the south.

New and very clean luxury vehicle. Ludo was also very friendly and assisted with all our luggage. Fast and efficient transfer to the airport with lovely music for the trip. Driver was on time and we were communicated with easily on WhatsApp from bookings until pick up. Great service. Will use again on our next visit.

We highly recommend this tour to New Caledonia's Deep South - a vast area of widely different landscapes, from rain forest to dry scrub and even quite arid areas. The Blue River (photo) and giant Kauri pine forest are especially good, but the area is so large, you really need at least two days to see it properly. Annie was a wonderful driver and tour guide, with lots of really good cultural insights, which made our day very special.

Warning: Horrible service - which we ended up not using and had to go to the CC company for a refund. We came for our honeymoon and tried to reschedule the transfer for our departure, but the rude, aggressive, and harassing messaging from the customer service person was enough of a red flag to warn me against using their services at all. They even went so far as to contact me without permission on whats app, which Viator asked for screen shots of when I issued a complaint of the messages from them, which essentially were multiple rage texts over our late request (12 hours before schedule). Everyone else on our trip was very pleasant and easy to work with and we very much enjoyed our trip, with the one exception of this company’s representative. I advise not getting in the car with someone who has this degree of temper.

Ann had tripadvisor remove my original review because she did not like what I wrote. Every word was true and can be supported. I warn you to NOT go on this tour! EVERY item listed that they promised we would see was closed which they knew, as apparently everything in Noumea closed on Mondays. So why take booking on a Monday? I contacted the owner Geaton as I was very upset at pay $700 AUD / $55,000 xpf and his brilliant defense when I said you promised we would go to the markets and they were closed, was, "well you did go there, but it is just that they were closed"! Because everything was closed we ended up in a supermarket and he made that a positive from them! Ann spend time on her phone trying to get her friend to take my sons scuba diving as she gets a kickback from him and though we were keen to end the "tour" she made us wait as she kept trying to reach her friend and Geaton again told us how Ann went above and beyond just for us. Ann started our tour off by continually discussing inappropriate personal family issues making us very uncomfortable. Apparently if I write what she said, my post gets removed at her request......seems fair. Take this tour at your own risk!!!!!

Very enjoyable tour, highly recommended. We stopped at many different place across about 3 hours, all in air conditioned comfort. Our guide Anne was lovely, very knowledgeable and very helpful. We really enjoyed chatting with Anne about the history of NC, and current day life on the island. The stop off at the French patisserie was a delicious highlight!

From our experience, Gaetan runs a very good, efficient, trustworthy business. We booked an airport transfer from La Tontouta to Noumea on the day we travelled and the return the day before. Each time, we received a prompt reply and our driver, Cinthia on both occasions, was waiting for us. Cinthia spoke English and was a very pleasant person to deal with.

Our guide Anne provided us with a wealth of information about New Caledonia and Noumea - she also took us to various lookouts an beaches the the locals go to - I would recommend this tour to my friends

Fantastic service. Gaetan was always punctual and happy to help with our transport needs which took the stress out of getting between both the international and domestic airports and our hotel. Spoke good English and was quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed...we know times are tough but we wanted information about Nounea....New Caledonia...and the Kanaks...did not happen....all our questions had minimal information provided...places were closed and we were still taken there? Plus Gaetan spent a lot of time on his phone booking more trips....he needs to update his information about the country ..and look after the people in his cab at the time...we have done a lot of private tours around the world....this was the worst we experienced....

When I message Gaeton for pricing and availability, he responded quickly and he was also very reasonably priced with his transport service. He is friendly and helpful and would recommend using him again and for anyone needing his services.

Gaetan saved me! I had idiotically booked a transfer with a company that no longer existed (thanks to trip advisor not having removed the company when they ceased operations). The amazing staff at Chateau Royal was able to arrange a transfer at the last minute with Gaetan and I’m safely on the way to the airport now. That’s what I call the excellent service. Highly recommended.

Gaeton turned up on time, nice, car, friendly, good driver, great English. If you would like a stress free airport transfer I totally recommend him.
