The guide, Gabriel, arrived at the hotel on time. He was very nice and provided detailed explanation. Monserrate is my favorite part of the tour. It offers a breathtaking view of the Bogota. I would recommend to take the fast track option when visiting Monserrate because there are a lot of people waiting in line.

We had a wonderful experience doing the Bogota city tour. We had an infant and senior so we had to make some modifications to the tour, both Gabriel, our guide, and driver, Julio, were extremely accommodating and understanding. Gabriel's knowledge of Bogota and Colombia incredible. He made wonderful conversation and made learning about the history very engaging. We were lucky enough on our tour to take a peek at the Casa de Nariño which is supposedly isn't a very frequent availability, so that was a nice little extra thing. Overall, very professional service and people. Philip our concierge was communicative throughout the entire process start to finish.

This tour company is one of the best so far! They reached out to me directly to confirm everything and ask questions about what I would like to see coupleof weeks before my arrival. My tour guide Diana was right on time picking me at the hotel. She's knowledgeable and made the tour real fun. She gave recommendations of where to eat and the food was amazing. From the moment we contacted them to make bookings , everything was handled professionally. All the activities and suggested places were tailored made for family fun ( with teens ) . Our guide in bogota , fabio speaks excellent english, and very knowledgeable , his passion for tourism made our trip so much fun and enjoyable. We got new amenities every day, contains spring bottled water , and some locals colombian snacks . It was very toughtful. Our driver nielson was also very nice and friendly he drove carefully and always made sure we were comfortable and safe. He always guards the vehicle and our belongings inside . The restaurants they picked for us always supports local harvest and is delicious! Our guide Diana Sierra was very knowledgeable, kind, and fun to be around. She had a genuine interest in making our experience has fun and informative as possible and she definitely succeeded. We covered a lot of ground and there wasn’t a dull moment in our day together. I’d recommend anyone interested in touring Bogota to book this tour with her.

My friend and I loved our private city tour. We were driving around in a nice, clean, new comfortable car. We spent approximately an hour and a half at the gold museum. The remaining of the tour included walking the streets of downtown Bogota through different neighborhoods. We also stopped for coffee and a snack. Andres was SUPER knowledgeable about his city and provided great historical context. The only thing I would change is the length of time spent at the gold museum. I’m sure he would have ended it if I had asked and was by myself but I didn’t say anything because my friend loved the details and explanations Andres gave. But, I would have preferred to spend more time walking around the city. Regardless, we enjoyed Andre’s’ care and company. I highly recommend this tour company. Oh, and the welcome gift from Green Trails was a nice tour. Thank you, Green Trails.

Our tour in Bogotá was wonderful, thanks in large part to our lovely and knowledgeable tour guide, Martha and our sweet driver, William! Even when my sander broke right at the start of the tour, they quickly changed plans to get me to a show shop where I could find a replacement pair of high quality shoes at a great, discounted price. We would highly recommend this tour - and these guides - to anyone looking to explore some of the best sites and venues that Bogotá had to offer.

This experience was beyond phenomenal! Marta, my personal guide, was knowledgeable and gracious. She embodies everything wonderful and beautiful about the people of Colombia. First Marta (and William our driver) picked me up directly from my hotel, where they gave me a gift bag of snacks to start off my trip. Next we went to the Gold Museum, where Marta explained various pieces of gold jewelry, figurines, and sculptures. I loved seeing this world through her eyes and learning so much about the culture. I was beyond impressed with the Indigenous peoples' love and respect of Earth and animals. We can all learn something from their knowledge of the land. Next, Marta took me to a sweet café and shop where I had the best cup of coffee I have ever had in my life (literally!). What a lovely time we had, sitting and chatting, as if we were old friends. For the last part of my tour, Marta walked me through the Botero Museum. I was entranced by the art and sculptures on display. Marta taught me so much and showed me subtleties in all the artwork that spoke to her. It was truly special. Finally, Marta invited me to come back to her beautiful country again so I could experience more of Bogota! Overall, what really made this excursion special was Marta - who treated me like a special long-time friend. She has the most wonderful spirit and so much wisdom to impart on anyone who will listen. I highly recommend this tour - and if you can - request Marta! SHE IS THE BEST!

Our tour guide DeAnna and driver Jose was accommodating for our needed pace and experienced (itinerary was well organized). We were also given good history of the sites we saw. My parents and I enjoyed this trip!
