Overview
we visit 7 places where we try food from 7 diferent Regions of Colombia and also we have the oportunity of to cook our own empanadas. The perfect way to get in touch with the culture, history and the flavours of Colombia. It’s a very natural way to be together with the native people and interact with them; at the market and the local house for example. We get to know more about Colombian cuisine because bogota is a capital where all the Colombian people do live; so you really get the opportunity of to try traditional Colombian food from all around Colombian just in one city. Perfect for to know colombia in one afternoon. By the true Colombian food. this experience is friendly with vegetarian people.

Freddy was an awesome tour guide, he was so knowledgeable and fun! It’s a great tour if you’re a big “foodie”! We went on a cultural food trip and tasted food/drinks originating from different parts of Colombia. Everyone involved does a great job in taking necessary precautions.
