      City tour with Natalia
We did the city tour, visiting the most iconic places here in Bogota like Monserrate, Candelaria etc. Natalia did an amazing job, we met at the hostel and she explained everything that we would be doing throughout the whole tour. She’s a very knowledgeable guide and gave information on anything that we asked her, most importantly she took care of us when we were walking around and she fed us well. All in all we had a great time, thank you!

It was great. Diego (guide) and James (driver) were fully dedicated to assure us a wonderful experience. And certainly we did. The Salt Cathedral was epic. We certainly recommend this service and tour.

5 stars for Gabriela and all the delicious food!
This breakfast tour is fantastic, and Gabriela is great company and an amazing tour guide! Answered all of questions and showed me some of the most delicious breakfast meals, as well as a small tour of the streets of La Candelaria. Highly recommend!

      Absolutely wonderful!
Our tour guide, Gina, took us to the most charming, delicious and unexpected places! The experience was a glimpse of a more local food and walking experience that we likely wouldn’t have found on our own. Gina went out of her way to address our interests and questions during and after our tour! Would highly recommend Gina and this tour!

      Wonderful Day Out
This was a fantastic tour, Andrea was a fun and knowledgeable guide. I learned so much about the history of the region and the indigenous community. Hiking up the the lagoon was challenging due to the elevation but it was well worth it. The salt mine was cooler than I was anticipating. Overall great tour!

Unforgettable Thrills: An Electrifying Night at a Colombian Football Match!⚽🎉
This was an amazing experience! We met our guide, Lorenzo, at a bar for some drinks before the game. Afterwards, we met up with our driver who provided a smooth ride over to the stadium. Lorenzo gave us great insight into the history of the teams playing, the stadium and the chants that we would later hear during the game. The energy at the game was incredible and it was awesome having a group of other travelers to experience this with!

One of the best stadium experiences I’ve had if not the best.
This match really exceeded my expectations. We started at a local bar close to the stadium. The streets and bars were packed with people and food vendors, which I didn’t expect for a Wednesday night. The atmosphere in the stadium was amazing. It was a true Colombian experience and I could feel the passion and intensity. Lorenzo was a great guide per usual, I highly recommend this and Lorenzo as a tour guide.

      Amazing tour
This is one of the most comprehensive tours you can take in the city of Bogota. You’ll get a chance to try local cuisine, tour museums, and experience panoramic views of the city on Monserrate. Lorenzo is one of the best tour guides I’ve had!

Highly recommend! Ivonne tour guide! ☆☆
Highly recommend! Ivonne was a fantastic tour guide who gave us a great introduction to Bogota/Candelaria! Graffiti, history, tea, fruits, treats, Tejo... the tour was varied and gave us insights into the city and the neighborhood that we never would have gotten had we not gone on the tour! Ivonne's passion for her job is evident and it was a real pleasure to spend the morning with her. Great way to start your trip in Bogota! Thank you!!

It was really a great place to visit but be prepared
This is an amazing place to visit for any age group. The number of carvings of the Cross, how they organized them in each area, the naming of different events (Christians would understand and appreciate better I assume), the lighting, the ability to touch salt and rock salt -- A must see if you are in Colombia. I was the only person that this organization had so it was the driver, guide and me in a car. It was disappointing that I was not part of a group as I expected that. Do not plan anything after this trip and I will share my experience -- We left at 7 AM and were to come back by 4 PM but somewhere the time calculation was incorrect and we hit traffic and I was in the car 4:10 to 7:20 PM. I missed going to Monserrate during sun set time and was there in the night when It's already very dark.

      Amazing experience
The tour from start to finish was great. Our tour guide Lorenzo and Karen from La Campesina were very knowledgable and explained the coffee process. It has made me appreciate how coffee makes it to our home.

      Colombias first wonder.
We took our tour to the Salt Cathedral and Guatavita Town and Lake in early September. After an on time pickup at our meeting point by our guide Andrea and our driver Omar we were on our way to Guatavita, a colonial style town which was build for residents after the original town was flooded by the artificial lake of Guatavita. The whole town is build in the same style which reminds us of architecture used on the island of Teneriffe. Andrea explained the legends of the local Muisca people in connection to the Laguna de Guatavita and the regular sacrifices of golden objects which led to the creation of the legend of Eldorado. After breakfast in town a steady rain convinced us not to visit the Laguna since it required a 1,5 hr. hike and spent more time at the Salt Cathedral. This is an experience not to be missed. It is simply spectacular and the history very interesting. A relative quiet day with only small groups of people made this experience even more enjoyable. Besides the religious parts there are also shops and restaurants underground. The mine next door is still active and it is hard to believe that you are not surrounded by stone but by salt. The Cathedral is next to the town of Zipaquaria where we had a great lunch of barbecued meats. After a relaxed drive back to Bogota we were dropped off at our hotel. Thank's to our guide Andrea and Omar who made this day a day truly to remember and a tour we highly recommend.

The whole trip was fantastic from start to finish, we tried so much food, fruit, meat, drinks, all local and based in various regions of Colombia, we had Christian as our guide and he made it super fun and was very informative. We had a great group of mixed language and it was no problem to our guide. The food was amazing, absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this tour to everyone, it’s super cheap, you get more value for your money, the places we are and drank were fabulous, you get to see parts of La Candalaria you probably won’t if you don’t get involved. And if you do go just be aware there is lots and lots of food and drinks along the way. I love to eat and even I was full after it. Highly highly recommended

Where to start. I was greeted by Mister Fredy at the starting point and he was very heartwarming to begin with.
I was then greeted by Gabriella who took over the tour experience. She was very energetic and knowledgeable about the culture as she took me to different areas which I found extremely fascinating.
I was mesmerized by the local surroundings that I came across a beautiful painting of Jesus Christ which was amazing to say the least.
We even took time to go souvenir shopping for my family and a few goodies that filled my appetite even further.
All in all I had a great time, great food and highly recommend this tour for future visitors outside of Bogotá.

Loved it. We sampled new dishes in really local places away from the tourist traffic. We would have never discovered these eateries on our own. Freddy was a great host and has a real passion for Colombian food. Apart from tasting the food you'll understand the history of each dish, the geographical region and preparation methods. The coffee tasting at the end was a great way to close 3 hours of eating!

When I travel, I prefer to explore on my own about 80% of the time, but the remaining 20% I spend with a guide to learn more about the culture and history of the regions and countries I visit. Despite already having visited some of the locations on Julie's tour, I found it engaging and educational. I enjoyed discovering new regional dishes and learning about their origins. For $28, the 7 dishes and accompanying region-specific insights were well worth it. Julie is a knowledgeable, friendly, and personable guide, and I recommend her tour to anyone who enjoys exploring and trying new foods.

Certainly a must to learn more about the local cuisine and its varieties. We were a group of five and our tour guide, Milena, gave us a deep dive into the city’s cuisine. She was excellent in explaining, very knowledgeable and always made us feel very comfortable. We had about 7 different dishes throughout an afternoon in the area La Candellaria. A great experience. I truly recommend this tour! Thank you, Milena.

I throughly enjoyed my food walking tour with Gina. She brought to life the many intricacies of Bogota’s traditional foods.

She was knowledgeable and very personable. Excellent English speaker also.

The foods offered were excellent and much more than just samples. They represented a full range of foods from the very simple to more complex. Each item was wonderful. I was very full at the end and skipped dinner that night! 😋

Gina is an excellent guide. I learned about Colombian culture and traditions from her as she shared how these foods are part of her heritage and how important they are to her and her family.

When I return to Bogota in the future, I plan on taking this tour again. Well worth the cost. You not only enjoy great food but get an excellent glimpse into true Colombian traditions and culture.

This is a MUST DO TOUR!!!

We got to try such a wide variety of Colombian foods and explore La Candelaria at the same time. Our guide was friendly and knowledgable. This was also a great way to meet fellow travellers. Be up front if you have any allergies or sensitivities, especially around dairy--there was a lot of cheese! Overall this tour was a very good value and I would recommend it to anyone looking to get exposure to Colombian cuisine.

I went signed up for this food tour and I was completely blown away! I was the only one who signed up for the food tour and so it kind of turned into a private tour. Regardless we went to 6-7 different places and tried many foods some of which I have never tried before! My favorite was the ajiaco which is like a potato soup. I highly recommend to those who want to experience a wide variety of different foods in an afternoon at such an amazing price! Trust me you won't regret it!

This is definitely my most recommended things to do in Bogota. Our tour guide, Milena, was so passionate about Colombian culture, food, and people. You will go to places you would never find as a tourist. Every location we visited had local people eating there, so you know they were good local spots. Most importantly, the food at every location was just freshly made so it was really amazing.

I’ve done many food tours in cities around the world and I thought this one was one of the best tours. The price was very reasonable for the high quality of the tour by Milena and the high quality of the food. You will not leave hungry; in fact, it’s probably best if you do not eat breakfast.

If you go on this tour, plan to arrive extra extra early if you take a taxi. My hotel was only 15min away (according to Google maps) but it took me 36 min to arrive. Traffic in Bogota is very unpredictable. Additionally, the location of the meeting spot has a lot of pedestrians in the road so that will add more time. There are many things to see in near the meeting place, so you will not be bored if you arrive extra early.
