Luis was a terrific tour guide for our short trip to Bogota. We experienced much of the city (saving time through Luis’ knowledge of museum closures + fast passes); we ate wonderful food and had excellent conversations. We would not have had nearly the same experience if wandering on our own, and highly recommend Luis’ services especially if you want to orient yourself to the city and its history quickly. We used the services of Luis Felipe for helping to get us to & from an out-of-town location. He was super accommodating when things had to be adjusted. Very comfortable rides, and a thoughtful and kind driver. We'd definitely use his services again and maybe we can book a tour one day as well!

Luis Felipe is a great and professional guide with ample knowledge of Colombia. Lake Guatavita and the Salt Cathedral are breathtaking places. Finish the day with a delicious dinner at “Andres Carne De Res”, a must go restaurant during your trip. Ten out of ten tour.

Top Notch! Luis was great, very kind and patient as our flight was delayed and the immigration line was very long. Luis met us as we cleared customs and safely drove us to our hotel, he was also very knowledgeable of the area we stayed in and gave amazing recommendations for activities and food!

I heard from the company right after booking to establish a connection via WhatsApp. We texted the day before and the morning of, and the driver was already aware of a flight delay and assured me he would still meet me after clearing customs. As I walked out of international arrivals portal he was there with my name on a e-tablet and greeted me with a warm smile and offer to help with the bags. The car was clean, new and I had a bottle of water for the drive into Bogotá. We had a great conversation, which was great for me as I continue to learn Spanish. The service was impecable from booking through arrival at the hotel, and I recommend it highly.

We made a stop in Bogoza between flights from Lima zo Frankfurt and eanted short town guided tour. Ftom the first conversation to the end it was professional, informative and very pleasant. We reccomend this tour and s guide!

We had a absolutely great time in Bogota together with Felipe! He picked us up at the airport and we had beautiful tours together with him (City Tour Bogota, Salt Cathedral, "Holy Lake" and the coffee farm). He was always on time and explained us so many things about Bogota and Colombia that, after a few days, we felt like being home. By the way - he talks excellent English - not very common in Colombia... We will for sure book his services again when we are back in Colombia!

Luis is absolutely amazing and my husband and I had the best time exploring Bogota! I would recommend this tour to anyone. Luis did a great job explaining historical and cultural significance throughout the city and took us to all the important spots to visit on this tour. He translated Spanish for us since we only knew a little, and taught us some Spanish words to us while ordering, etc. A very patient man! He also recommended great places for food/coffee and went above and beyond! If we go back to Colombia we will be requesting him!

Luis Felipe was nothing short of fantastic! He's clearly educated, worldly, warm and engaging. He knows so much about Columbia, world current events and politics to name a few subjects. His English was also amazing. We felt safe with him and would come back to Colombia even to just see Luis. 5*plus for me and my crew.

Great day tour of Bogota - Luis is an excellent guide and his SUV was very clean and perhaps brand new. I had been to Bogota before and still got to experience and learn a number of new things - Luis' knowledge and passion for the country is off the charts! Highlight for us was the Farmers Market, where we got to try a bunch of food and fruits that are not grown in North America - plus the hustle and bustle would have been too chaotic navigating on our own. Overall, a very unique local experience!

Everything about the service was amazing! Shortly after I made the reservation, I received a text message from Luis confirming my reservation, as well as instructions on where to meet the driver. When we arrived in Bogota, I received another text message acknowledging that we had landed, which was great that they were tracking our flight. Alejandro met us exactly where he said he would meet us, and he gave us such a wonderful history of Bogota as he drove us to the hotel. I will definitely use their services again if I ever return to Bogota! I highly recommend them!
