Visited Moon Valley, cable car for great views. Historical center and witches market. Ricky was very kind in giving us advice on Bolivian culture, even obliging us on a spontaneous snack (second breakfast) stop. Would highly recommend this tour especially as it was our first day in La Paz and we needed to go at our own pace as we acclimated to the altitude.Written January 31, 2020
