Unforgettable Day Trip with Joker Experience – A Five-Star Adventure! Our day trip through the salt desert with Joker Experience deserves nothing less than an A+ rating! Chris, our driver, and Lily, our guide, gave us an incredible experience, showing and explaining the wonders of the salt desert. We had plenty of time to soak in the breathtaking scenery and capture stunning photos. Lily, with her creative touch, took beautiful shots of us—natural, funny, and far from the usual touristy poses. It was such a unique and personal touch to the day. The lunch, along with the wine and snacks at sunset, was prepared with so much love and care, making the experience even more special. Everything was perfectly organized, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to explore this magical place. Five stars for a day filled with memories that will last a lifetime!

best trip ever! Oscar, the guide, has explained everything to us during the long driving hours and the stops about the deserts, volcanoes, birds etc etc he showed us the stars of the southern emisphere. He has been the best guide possible. Silvio, the driver, drove the car (a Lexus 4x4 in very good conditions) for 12 hours+ without a sign of tiredness. we felt safe and sound with him. In addition he is also a superb chef. He fixed, together with Oscar, a delicious lunch in the middle of the Salar the Uyuni. An unforgettable experience the hotel chosen by the agency to spend the night was very clean and warm. The dinner and the breakfast offered were od very good quality. as we had our night bus to La Paz they even let us in a hotel room to shower and get ready for the night on the bus. so to sum up, i can only recommend them for a tour of the salar the uyuni and the deserts around the Laguna Colorada. Don’t look further

The tour was relaxed and fun. Lunch in the flats excellent. But the star of the show was Julia who is a real gem. Delightful and cheerful and v engaging as well as engaged. I can’t speak highly enough. Good luck hope she and the company continue to thrive,

Jose was organised & responsive when we made our booking about 2 weeks before arriving in Uyuni. We had booked the sunset & stargazing private tour and the Uyuni Salt Flats & Lagoons 3 day tour. Both tours were well run and the tour guide and driver were very accomodating, helping us take some beautiful photos and providing options for us when they could. For example, it is the dry season in Uyuni and we were given the option to see reflection for the sunset & stargazing tour so we could experience sunset reflection one evening and on our first day in the 3 days private tour, we also experienced the dry season sunset. We loved the flexibility given by the tour guide & driver, so we had more photo time, skipping point of interest we were not keen to sightsee. Really appreciate the knowledgeable guide, providing great explanation & timing our visits to points of interest with minimal visitors around us & friendly driver and the Joker Expedition end to end organisation behind the scene, especially when I left my drone in the 4WD after the sunset & stargazing private tour and Jose was very responsive after hours to arrange for my drone to be returned the next day. Thank you for making these tours so memorable for us.

We were picked up and dropped off at the airport. The drive involved a stop at the Train Graveyard as well as the salt flats. Our guide, Oscar, was very knowledgeable and provide lots of entertaining information. We stopped at several key spots and even had lunch on the flats. The tour ended with a spectacular sunset view with a wine toast. We were put up at the Luna Salada Hotel, which was very nice.

We had a wonderful trip with Joker Expedition to Salar de Uyuni. Our Tour Guide Oscar gave us a lot of knowledge along the whole tour. He is very interested in his job so he had very special and interseting information along the whole tour. The places we visited were magnificent (Salt lake, Vulcanos, Animals,...) Oh, wow! It was a magical experience that’s hard to define. You have to see it for yourself to fully understand how amazing it is.. The Joker tour was brilliant! They had a lot of patience with us and made sure we had all the information because we are deaf. They put in a lot of effort for me, and it blew us away. The view was magical! Amazing experience! From pick up hotel at La Paz, over night coach to Uyuni. Then picked up and drop off lovely cosy hotel, then Coco and Álvaro came pick us up and drove us to grave train, then to Salt Flats, we saw many things! Amazing experience and will never forget what we saw. Saw cactuses, wonderful to see how big it grown. Coco and Álvaro explain and gave us loads of information, we appreciate this. As we’re deaf, they made a lot of effort to make sure that we were able to have full access with all information via WhatsApp messages. So appreciate for this. Afterward we had an amazing lunch, so delicious! So full up! Then drovr all way until some sculpture of salts. Unbelievable how big they can get. Then they took us to location where we took some funny pictures. Coco and Álvaro offered us to watch sunset, but we was tired and they took us back to Uyuni hotel, so luxurious hotel. We appreciate for Coco and Álvaro making sure we’re comfortable and enjoy the experience!

Joker tours was amazing! With so many options for providers we had lots of questions. They answered them all timely and with patience. Our guide, Oscar was so knowledgeable and kept us informed of what was coming up along the way. He was also a great photographer at the salt flats. Our driver, Dionicio, was extremely safe and patient as well. We had a fantastic trip seeing all of the highlights. Our only regret was that we could have used a fourth day to explore some of the sights a little longer. Bolivian landscape is stunning! We would 100% recommend Joker to anyone. We did the superior category. Accommodation was amazing with heat and hot water. Food was catered by Joker, tasty and plentiful!

This is without a doubt the most special tour myself friends and I have ever been on, everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations. Everything I am about to list below was included in the tour price. We were first picked up from our hotel in La Paz at 8:00pm by private cars and taken to the bus terminal where we boarded the overnight coach. The coach seats were very comfortable and reclined to almost flat, we were also given a small meal on the bus before getting some sleep. The bus arrived in Uyuni at roughly 7:30am where we were greeted by our Joker tour guide (Oscar) and drivers (Ever and Christian) and taken to a local hotel in the private cars we would be spending the day touring in. We were then given two rooms at the hotel to shower, refresh and relax in prior to being served a nice buffet breakfast. Oscar then picked us up at about 10:30am and the tour commenced. The tour was beyond incredible and was perfectly scheduled, Oscar gave us in depth information on every place and area we visited (train yard, salt processing plant, island, etc.) and spent lots of time taking amazing photos and videos of us once we got to the salt flats. We were treated with lunch in the middle of the flats which was set up beautifully by the Joker team and then spent the last part of the day watching the sunset with wine and a cheese board. Following the tour we were taken back to the hotel to freshen up and then to bus terminal for our return overnight trip to La Paz on the same coach, we were back in La Paz by 6:30am the following day. I don’t typically write reviews this long winded but this one is an exception due to how special it is, we cannot thank Oscar, Ever and Christian enough for how far above and beyond they went to ensure we had the best day possible with the most fun. If you are staying in La Paz and are considering a trip to the salt flats I cannot recommend this tour enough, you definitely won’t regret it. Thanks again Joker team!

We would definitely recommend doing a tour in Bolivia with Joker. We did both the 2 day private Uyuni Salt Flats including Laguna Colorada and the Eduardo Avaroa Reserve as well as the 1 day City Tour in La Paz. Our guide in Uyuni Oscar is so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about wild life and the geology of the area. He also took really creative and professional photos and videos of us at the Uyuni Salt Flats. (I didn‘t post our photos & videos with people in it due to private reasons, but they are really amazing). It was overall a dream come true. Our driver in Uyuni Silvio is so attentive and helpful. Everyone at the Atipax Boutique Hotel is so attentive to our needs as well. We also had a great day in La Paz with David our guide and Diego our driver. If you‘re considering about having an unforgettable time in Bolivia. Don‘t hesitate. Joker Expedition is the best choice!

After searching and contacting several tour agents for a private 3-day Uyuni trip, we chose Joker Expeditions and had a wonderful experience with them. As usual, we had several questions before the trip, and the owner of this young company was very communicative. He responded to all my questions very fast. Throughout 3 days of the trip, we had Al as our guide and Iver as our driver. Al’s enthusiasm, professionalism and Iver’s carefulness made the tour safe and enjoyable. We enjoyed all the lunches they prepared. The sunrise and sunset drinks and snacks were another nice surprise! We also highly appreciated that they gave us a 4WD Toyota Lexus, the best car ever, which made our long drive less tiring. Highly recommeblnd this company!

After searching all the options to visit Uyuni salt flats, chose Joker Expeditions and had a wonderful experience with them. I did an overnight bus to/from La Paz and the logistics were handled perfectly. Timely pickup from the hotel, bus transfers etc. Spent a beautiful day touring the flats and Mauricio (the guide) and Coco (the driver) ensured I was taken care of in every way. Highly recommend this company. Some tips/info: - If you travel solo and they don’t have enough travelers, you’ll have to pay for 2. (worth it). Get 2 bus tickets each way so you don’t have to have a neighbor -When you arrive, you’ll get a room at their hotel which was surprisingly nice. Shower, charge etc bc after the tour, you won’t have time to do it -The cacti island is quite difficult to climb if the altitude is an issue- also not very accessible so take that into consideration if you have mobility issues -The overnight bus is about as good as you can expect. It has usb chargers and the seats almost fully recline. But the footrest doesn’t get horizontal so it is a bit odd to have your legs from knee down hanging off (Titicaca was the company). It does have a “bathroom” but it’s for #1 only and wasn’t the best- I intentionally didn’t drink a lot of water on way back to avoid using it. -Dinner isn’t included but you can buy dinner at the hotel office while you wait for your transfer to the bus. Decent meal runs about 65b Overall, a great option if you have limited time and don’t want to deal with the logistics yourself.

I had an incredible experience on my Salar de Uyuni trip with Al and Coco as my tour guides. Their knowledge of the area was impressive, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable adventure. From the stunning salt flats and hike to the cactus overlooking the salt flats to the stunning sunset, every moment was breathtaking. Al enthusiasm and professionalism made the tour enjoyable and informative. I highly recommend them for anyone planning a visit to Salar de Uyuni. Best lunch and best champagne toast after the tour. Best day ever!

We had a wonderful time with our 1 Day Tour to Uyuni Salt Flat! We were picked up at our hotel in La Paz just before 8PM to drop us off at the La Paz Bus Terminal. He (Joni) assisted us from making sure we have our tickets and where we should by certain time for the bus ride. At exactly 9PM our bus left for UYUNI. It was a very comfortable 9 hour ride. We arrived in Uyuni just before 7am, and there’s already someone waiting for us. He (Christian) dropped us off at the hotel where we had breakfast and advised us that we will be picked up at 10:30AM for our tour! The Hotel concierge are very accommodating and very nice! At exactly 10:30AM, our English Speaking guide had arrived (Janet). Janet is very knowledgeable about certain/specific things about Uyuni, we really appreciate her guiding us the whole tour. She was very patient with us, especially we love taking photos! In this tour, lunch was included and we were surprised by how Christian and Janet set up the whole experience. Food was great too! 👍🏼♥️ In between, they drove us to Isla Incahuasi (Cacti Island 😊) At the end of the day - they drove us to the area where the sky reflects on the water, which is what the Salar de Uyuni is known for - largest mirror in the world! We did have a lot of time to just enjoy and take in the moment…. Here, they once again set up another snacks/tea/wine for a toast 🥂 with the Sunset in the background! Janet is also very creative with her Shots! We will never forget this experience, and I definitely recommend this tour to anyone! We had a great time and there’s definitely no flaws TBH :) At the end of the tour, they brought us back to the hotel where we had a chance to freshen up before our ride back to La Paz!
