We had about 7 hours in the afternoon between our flights and wanted to see a little bit of what Abu Dhabi has to offer. The pickup was from a hotel very close to the airport, on time and our driver (Shafeer) was friendly and spoke English pretty clear. He was knowledgeable and had answers to all our questions about UAE and Abu Dhabi. The car was impeccable, we had water at our disposal and the AC was working as it should (thank God for that, as Abu Dhabi in August is like a sauna). We visited all the attractions mentioned in the tour, with a nice surprise at the end when we went to a local market and had a dates tasting. There was no hurrying or pressure of time, we actually went over the 4 hours time estimate and probably we would have stayed more if our flight wasn't going to take off soon. Don't expect it to be like a full-on guided tour with a complete history of everything and non-stop talking though, I think it's impossible to achieve that in just 4 hours and actually enjoy it. If you want that, probably it's best to spent at least a few nights in Abu Dhabi in order to have time for such things. As I wrote in the title, this is the best option for those who have some time to spare between connecting flights.

Our driver was very kind. We didn’t realize that our visit to the Mosque was on our own and that he was not actually a tour guide but simply a driver. The ticket price was included but he stayed with the car. That meant there were parts of the mosque we didn’t see and there was no explanation of what we did see. So we paid for the convenience of having a car and driver waiting for us. It was a little inconvenient that I didn’t have what’s app to contact him when we were ready and had to wait in the heat a time or two but it wasn’t too bad. As first time visitors with a tight schedule we saw enough to feel ok about it but I wish I had planned earlier and knew what I was actually purchasing. It was convenient that we were able to get a same day afternoon last minute tour. Most were only available in the morning. I am grateful we found this and were able to get around without the hassle of doing it ourselves.

A great way to explore the main interest points in the city. The guide was extremely helpful and everything was in time and smooth. Guide did not rush us and was flexible . I was with my son and we shared the car with another group of 3. Water was provided.

The visit to the Mosque was my favourite but I enjoyed every place I got taken. My driver was punctual and very polite.

This tour should have been a great way to get an overview of this beautiful city! We had a private tour with a guide, Shafeer. However, his English was limited and we had trouble with communication . He couldn’t answer a lot of our questions and did not seem to know a lot of the history. So the tour was more about us being driven round from site to site but not really having any information on what we were visiting. His car was clean and tidy and he took many photos of us but we really wanted to know what we were visiting. In addition we did not receive any confirmation the day before of the pick up time or location. We were very disappointed in this tour and would not recommend,

My daughter and I wanted to do a private tour of Abu Dhabi in order to see the major sites and this tour was the best way to do that. Arshad was our guide, professional and incredibly knowledgeable of all things Abu Dhabi and Nissam, our driver. The best tours, in our opinion, are ones that you walk away with a lot of interesting information and have a guide/driver that navigates the sites with ease and a fount of information, Arshad and Nissan were exactly that and would highly recommend them and this tour company (very responsive) which we also used for the evening safari (phenomenal experience) reviewed separately.

Hard to understand the driver. Nice person. Did not give us much”historical’ information during the tour. Took us to his favorite places. We wanted a much more “engaged” tour guide. He was very nice but was more of a driver than a tour guide. It is not his fault so please do not fault him. We didn’t know where we were going and he didn’t tell us where we were going at each stop. Anyway, we were slightly disappointed.

This was a fantastic half Day Tour of Abu Dhabi. We managed to visit All the places stated In the Tour. Our driver was very knowledgable on All the places we visited and also gave us some tips regarding where to shop and to Go.

I truly enjoyed my time with Noufal. He was extremely knowledgeable about the sites we visited as well as the surrounding areas. The fact that we was extremely fluent in English made our time together even more enjoyable, He made sure I was aware of local customs so that I did not make any social faux pax. His vehicle was well maintained and very clean. The strong air conditioner was a blessing in the summer heat. He was a cautious driver who obeyed all of the traffic laws. I would gladly tour with Noufal again!

We took a chance and booked our half a day city tour for next day at 10 in the evening without being 100% sure if it happens. The system allowed us, so we tried and booked. At about 8.30 am we received a message that a driver arrived. The driver was nice and polite, he also brought my expensive sun glasses I forgot in the car back to the reception. He also took a few nice photos for us. Nothing to complain about him personally. However, there was no qualified tour guide with the driver. It was more like a taxi drive to all landmarks, where we had to walk on our own. We also didn't visit the village because it was closed when we arrived(even though it was included in the programme). Not what we expected and completely different experience to other people who wrote reviews, therefore we don't recommend it.

The tour was amazing and our guide/driver Mr. Rahim was fantastic, and he was very cooperative . He created a very friendly, homely environment. Best tour yet experienced.

My wife and I drove from Dubai to Al Ain in early January 2023. We were keen to visit the oasis which is a UNESCO Heritage Site. We were not disappointed at all when we entered the site. It is fairly large and involves a good amount of walking. But the winter made the stroll pleasant. It was inspiring to see the watering system which was built several centuries back. The place abounds with not only date trees but surprisingly some plantain and other fruit trees as well. The directions all through this is oasis (town) were very helpful. There are battery operated cars to take you around for a reasonable fee. This place was worth the drive from Dubai !

This was wonderful- absolutely a highlight! Noufi was lovely, informative, friendly, he never made me rushed and really made the whole tour a great experience. He even took some photos for me as I was on my own. I really did enjoy my experience on this tour.

Great way to see a little bit of Abu Dhabi on a long layover in air-conditioned comfort. Pick up was simple with all communication done over Whatsapp.

Rahim picked us up from our hotel on time. He was so polite and answered all of our questions. He was very kind and let us extend our tour to include the Louvre. Isoild highly recommend Rahim and this tour company. He was amazing!
