    Great guide!
Our guide is an excellent tour guide, his name is Rifky. We covered a lot of places in one full day. He knows the places too well.

    Great experience
Very convenient way to do a city tour for a solo traveller. I could get a great overview of Abu Dhabi. Sheikh Zayed Mosque is really impressive and the Louvre is worth a long visit. I’m glad I bought the ticket. Unfortunately this tour doesn’t cover the presidential palace. Our driver was also very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend!

    Grand Mosque review
Had a wonderful day. The Mosque was sensational. Mehboob tour guide spoke very good English and was very friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend. Only tip would maybe have been nice to spend half an hour more at mosque. Otherwise was brilliant!!

Short, Quick 6 Abu Dhabi Spots
Picked up at the hotel by English speaking guide, Rizwan. Albeit later than anticipated, 9.45am instead of 8.30am, we were kept informed via WhatsApp message on new updated pick up time. Rizwan was friendly and well articulated in his explanation of our schedule at each of the 6 venues including which ones we were going to for a simple and short photo opportunity. You do get the full 4 hours (ours actually extended to 4 and half hours) from the time we were picked up, doing the tour and returning us to our hotel. Excellent 1 hr 15 minutes at the magnificent Grand Mosque. Dress appropriately or you will end up like a big portion of visitors having to walk to the shops around to purchase appropriate attire. Check the Grand Mosque website and stick to it, religiously. Dont dally with too much photo stops at the start as you will need all of the time you have to see the rest of the mosque, especially the chandeliers. The rest were quick 20+ min stops to the Dates market, Heritage Village which was nice with "replica" of a desert stop complete camel. Yes, singular - one only. Ferrari World was a photo op as was the Palace. Overall, excellent for a quick overview of key spots in Abu Dhabi.

Good experience but few time in the Grand Mosque
Good activity to do with family and friends, the tour guide was very kind and friendly. The bad thing about this tour was that in the web page it appeared that we all had 1 hour and 30 mins to spend in the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, but they only gave us 30 mins. This issue should be resolved because it was a long ride to get there for only 30 mins and there is a lot of people there so it's not enough.

I can honestly recommend, I enjoyed this tour :)
The tour was absolutly well organized! You will be able to visit all important spots in Abu Dhabi within some hours and get a lot of background information. Suhail is the best guide possible. Thank you very much for furfilling wishes for some extra photo stops, support in huggling at dates market and especially the enjoyable time🙏🏼😃

Good if you can accept small misunderstandings
Simple & quite good offer for simple & quite good price. Good for first time if you want to be in few places without any problems and with good schedule (for example in the Mosque at 9 AM before big groups). Nice person as the drive/guide - of course without any help inside but for that price it’s ok (on the other hand no reasons to the tip for him). Rather prepare your internet connection because can be necessary for communication with the driver/collection of your e-tickets this day. In fact one important misunderstanding: - when you read the Initerary in Tripadvisor the last point is (after 3 hours in Louvre Abu Dhabi): „You’ll return to the starting point”. But as the the driver informed us after start of our excursion - this is not true, it is not included. You must say goodbay before Enter to the Louvre and nobody is avalable for the return to your hotel - for example 30 km ;) Take a Taxi and pay - as we. Not nice surprice at the end. It’s a shame because it Could have been a very, very good trip. Finally for us no more than **** because we recived less than Tripadvisor had given/proposed us and we had to pay extra at the end. In that case I don’t understand why it was more expensive by Tripadvisor than direct with Grayline if we pay more for less as described by Tripadvisor.

    Excellent service and beautiful place.
Excellent service and beautiful place. We enjoyed everything, the place is huge, super clean, everyone is able to helpful you. My husband lost his sunglasses and we called the next day to notify and hoping they found it. It was amazing that they got them and I was able to get them back. The place is secure and you feel safe in Dubai. Nobody touch anything and you will find anything that misplaced. I was surprised about that and the beauty of the palace.

Everything was great from the begining our Driver was on time to pick us up, during the road he explained us the kind of deserts and everything we wanted to know. He was really a proffesional driver and very kind always ready to help us take good photos. Camel ride was short may be 3 minutes but thats enough to take some photos. Food, Drinks and Desserts on the camp where awesome except the shisha that could be better. I would recomend to book your desert safari to everyone who would wish to experience the desert life.

    Worst experience
I do not recommend, it wastes a lot of time until each person is taken and left at which attractions they bought. They were late from the beginning, the message said between 8-8:15 and no one had picked us up even at 8:30. Everything is on the run. 😑 When our guide on the bus announced what we were doing today, he only said visiting the mosque-1:10 min, lunch at Yas Mall-50 min (you don't even have time to run from one end to the other) and souvenirs at a store very expensive . Nothing about the heritage village that we paid for and the guide to the mosque, we should get part of the money back! I asked him about the two and he said that he doesn't know, that he is only a guide on the bus, that he asks the company, and that the heritage village is closed. Insisting after a few hours, he came and said that he would stop us at the heritage village (suddenly it was no longer closed) 20 min 😡, we didn't even get to see half of it, still on the run. We spent more than half of the time on the road picking up and dropping off people at various attractions. Entrance to the mosque is free, but don't let the website tell you that you have to buy clothes if you don't have your legs, hands and head covered for women. For men, long pants and short sleeves if there are no visible tattoos, otherwise they must be covered. Advice: Go alone by car, subway or something else if you want to visit something and not all on the run after seeing only 1 attraction if you don't read completely. And we asked for a can of water, but since he doesn't have a POS and we didn't have Cash, he didn't give it to us. Seriously water... The quality is lacking… It's like a taxi that walks you around for hours, only it doesn't stop where you want or where it's listed on the ticket as offering! middlemen I forgot: the tour doesn't take 10 hours, even if we wasted a lot of time dropping off/picking up people who wanted to the louvre, Ferrari and adventures. So if you have other options in addition, you don't benefit from all of them together... it's up to you, but no one tells you before. I recommend you to see the heritage village and the mosque, it's worth it... but not on the run. Maybe once in your life and then keep an eye on the clock. He didn't want to give us a bottle of water because we didn't have 5 aed, we only had a card or pounds/euro and he couldn't change us...

    Not many palaces can compare
I have travelled to over 40 countries and this is easily in the top 5 of amazing buildings. The architecture and landscaping on the outside are beautiful, but the opulence and jaw dropping decor of the inside is elite. Only the palace at Versailles exceeds the majesty of this palace.

If you get the chance definitely check out this Palace. It is very beautiful inside and great places to take pictures. Top quality build and very expensive looking.

    Absolutely horrible!
As indicated in a prior review, DO NOT use Kurban Tours or Gray Line for any Dubai tour. It is much better to book your hotel, and then use the hotel services for any local exploration. We just returned from Dubai (the last two weeks of March 2022) and the tour company was HORRIBLE! They easily take your money, and then when you complain about ineffective communication and substandard service, you are told "they will investigate." I am still waiting for an adequate response from the tour company.

We went for my husbands birthday. This place is a unique experience for families whom want a private getaway with a pool and slides for kids. The room are ornate and food very nice, best of all are the butlers, pool staff and manager Younas he was very hospitable and even took us to our rooms!
We ate at the buffet restaurant which was brilliant too much fish, the Indian marthaban was lovely and tasty but portions very small and the Lebanese was the best!
The kids club, camel ride and kayaking was great fun!
The camel man was very welcoming and his kava was refreshing!

5 star experience over all!

I flew from Dubai to Boston on the 22 nd March 2023 . My seat was booked for Economy class but when I boarded the aircraft it was full and I thought why not get upgraded to business. I asked the Air hostess if an upgrade was possible she initially said no but then came back to me and said there is a possibility. I paid $3000 for an upgrade and thought I will be comfortable and have the best experience possible. I was given a middle seat in the business class which was so tight and so uncomfortable and the seat which had issues with the recline and when I complained about it I was told that I will be moved to another seat which never happened and I also asked them please refund me and I will move back to my original seat in the economy and they replied back to saying that it was not possible. Anyways long story short it was one of the worst experiences I have had where the seat was uncomfortable and the food that was given to me was different than what they were serving to other passengers in the business class as I will not be able to get the same food cause it was a last minute upgrade. Why I am saying all this is cause I want to let people know before they decide to travel business class with Emirates Airline especially in the Boeing 777 ER. Please do not spend your hard earned money with this airline.
