We had a Fun, knowledgeable, informative and professional tour of Dubai City led by Chamil our tour guide who made the experience memorable with anectodes and engaging commentary. He gave us time to site see and even fo a spot of shopping at the Gold Souq. Kishore our driver also made the trip great with water for hydration. Thanks guys.

We did not stay in this grand hotel but had a wonderful buffet lunch at its restaurant. It was a wonderful dining experience in terms if the quality and varieties of food, the atmosphere of the place and the warm service we received.

We were on a city tour at the beginning of this year with my family. It was wonderfully unforgettable and unique, our guide Miss Janu was great, she did a great job telling and showing everything about Dubai. We are very glad that we spent a good day and time. A fantastic aquarium and big undertaking of preserving sea life from the region and educate about the marine world. It is fantastic what UAE and Abu Dhabi is doing when they want to achieve something. Very nice to spend a few hours there

It was fun exploring these Themed Zones inside Aquarium Journey. It was well organized, neat and maintained well. Kudos to the staff that are super friendly. Nice display in the gift shop where staff helps me choose selected items for souvenirs. It was fun during the tour and I highly recommend it to all my friends.

We arrived at Emirates Palace as scheduled, only to find that we did not have a reservation through Trip Advisor although a booking was completed. This created a high level of stress. Luckily, they were able to serve us and collected a payment on site. Emirates Palace is lovely and their staff is extremely professional. The Cappuccino and cake were delicious. Emirates Palace is recommended; however, Trip Advisor is not.

Throughly disappointed to have been stalked by Mehul from Orient Tours, because this company utterly failed to provide a service to pick myself and my wife up on our engagement anniversary. Mehul doesn’t know how to listen, and even came to my hotel The Ritz Carlton without invitation on my holiday. This is outrageous 😡 Orient Tours: adequate compensation is 75% please. 👎🏽 In response, Mehul kept calling me citing negative TripAdvisor reviews as his primary motivator, not the discomfort he was added, by relentlessly calling and stalking at my hotel. Please learn how to listentDo not stalk me at my hotel!!! I am on holiday and don’t want reminders of your failure!!!

Misleading response to my previous review from Mehul @ Orient Tours. Mehul seems to think my husband and I are the same person, as he has left the exact same verbatim response to both of our negative reviews of our experience of Orient Tours. That's infuriating. As mentioned in my original review, the reason why we were not interested in a return taxi was that the pick up taxi never arrived, and nearly caused us to miss our slot at the Burj Khalifa. As such, we had zero confidence that a return taxi would show up either, so we made our own way back to our hotel. I am not sure why Mehul says that I refused the return taxi "for reasons known only to myself" (or words to that effect). My reason was clearly set out in my review. I can only surmise that he failed to read my review properly. I am not sure why the customer service manager came to our hotel unsolicited the next day (and quite early in the morning), but I'd like to make clear that this was not a pre-arranged appointment that we failed to show for. In fact, we view it as being somewhat intrusive. We have been to the UAE a number of times and will return, but we shall never again use Orient Tours.

We had a fantastic experience, ordered some coffee and cakes, and what we got was a gastronomic assembly of beautiful and delicious food.
