We enjoyed every part of the tour, Dubai is a great city and only one day isn't enough to see everithing but our wonderfull tour guide Rizwan showed a lot of fantastic places, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, the tipical souk, the Palm and Dubai Marina. One day we will surely come back.

We had an amazing day tour of Dubai. Thank you to our tour guide, Rizwan who kept the group moving and together. He had alot of knowledge and was very friendly and helpful. We got to see alot of Dubai with this tour and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The fountain show was great. This tour was a great way to start my stay in dubai. I met woman who had some great suggestions for things to do during my stay.

I really enjoyed the Abu Dhabi day trip by Gray Line Emirates & Oman. It was well organised and we were taken really good care by our tour guide, Rizwan. The visit to the Abu Dhabi Mosque was fantastic and Rizwan spent time preparing us for the visit. I appreciated a lot the flexibility in choosing the museum of Louvre over the city tour and having the option to have lunch at the Mall too! Lunch was delicious! I would recommend this day trip as it’s very convenient and an easy way to visit some incredible landmarks without bothering with commuting. There was also an audio guide that explained a lot of things during our visit which was great!

Very interesting and well organised trip from Dubai to Abu Dhabi! Rizwan guide is the best, very kind and always willing to help and satisfy everyone. Also the stop for food at the mall was very good! The trip is very flexible so if someone wants to visit Louvre museum or the F1 this is possible. Many choices for all the tastes. I highly recommend this trip!

It was beautiful , we enjoy and we see a lot Special things. The Guide was friendly and showed us the perfect photo Spots and the Culture of Abu Dhabi.

We did the one day tour to Dubai from Abu Dhabi and it was excelent. Our tour guide, Suhail, was super nice and show us all the main things to see in Dubai in one day. We also booked the lunch and was delicious. Excellent choice!

Way overcharged for a spice purchase. Showed the Greyline guide to ask for his help and he said charge was ok. FRAUD. It was hectic so I signed the receipt before checking. Numbers looked high. While there checked online and was charged over 900 for some saffron, vanilla and tea. Showed the guide and he said I underestimated the cost of saffron. Checked with someone on the bus later who bought a similar amount of saffron and he was charged 36.00. The guide must get a kickback for bringing in suckers who don't ask questions in the mayhem. I figured go with an international company to protect yourself. Never again will I use Greyline or recommend it to others.

From the day before our booked tour, our driver Suhail sent a WhatsApp to confirm details, the morning of the trip again a message to confirm pick up time etc… the trip was amazing, Suhail was a wealth of knowledge and as well as the commentary which the headphones are provided he gave us extra information and facts about Dubai. He was super friendly and polite the whole day. Without this trip we would not have seen as many spots in Dubai, a lot of photo stops as well as entry to the Burj Khalifa. We stopped at Jumeriah beach, saw the Burj Al Arab, a souk and a few more spots not to be missed. Dropped back to the hotel in the early evening. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again and special thank you to our driver Suhail who was excellent the whole day.

We had an amazing guide Dhia for our trip. It was so value for money and the fountains at the end were spectacular. Dhia told us some amazing facts and made sure we were looked after. Would recommend this trip

It was the best tour from AbuDhabi to visit Dubai. The tour was really good organized and our Tourguide Suhail was the best we ever can got. He was very polite, helpful and was always there for our questions. We stopped at the impressivest sights in Dubai and had enough time to take photos. At least we went to the Dubai Mall where we had time at ourselves for relax and shopping. We really enjoyed the tour and had a lot of fun.

If I could rate this group less than 0 I would. My entire trip was ruined due to the incompetence of an employee, someone who did not know what they were doing. I ONLY went back to Dubai to go to the Louvre. I chose this company/tour because it included a trip to the Louvre on Sunday. Someone changed my tour until Monday, the Louvre is not open on Mondays. No one asked me or told me of the change. When I called I was told that it was too late to get me to Abu Dhabi and to get on the boat because I was holding everyone up. (Monday tour), someone would call me. I am back in America and still waiting to hear from anyone ( 4 days have passed). I called a second time when I returned to hotel after tour and was told the file manager was gone home and would call me the next day. Again no one has called. The cavalier attitude of this group is totally unacceptable. This may not be a big deal to this company but it is a big deal to me, I took off work, paid my money, flew to Dubai , all to see the Louvre. I did not see it. The reason I did not see it was NOT because of a national holiday or maintence on the museum, but because someone from this company had no idea what they were doing and changed my tour date. And I have not heard a word from anyone regarding this matter. I have totally been blown off. You rely upon the tour company you pick to give you what you paid for. There are a number of companies out there and I picked this one because I thought I could rely upon them. I made a HUGE mistake. I guess you get what you pay for. I would not recommend them to anyone. Choosing a bad tour company can ruin your entire trip. Stay away from this one if you want reliability and are depending on them to deliver.

the tour was perfect. everything was like it was listed our driver suhail was nice and kind . the views were amazing and everything was on time

the Guide Rizwan was Friendly and very informative and gave us a lot of good information when needed, point to point itinerary followed up. we can understand when we had few delays but Dubai is Hot and has traffic so that is all part of it we totally agree on this part. overall for us the tour was very happening and a lot to see.
