Thanks to him, I had a great first day in Qatar because I used this tour ´Doha City Tour and Dhow Cruise Ride (private tour) `as an introduction to my sightseeing in Qatar! My highlight was the included Dhow Cruise Ride because I love everything with boats or ships. The entire tour with him was very pleasant as a woman traveling alone, and everything went smoothly. Gladly again at the next stopover with another tour! Additional details: - I had the flexibility to choose my time for the tour. I only arrived at night, so it was great that I was able to start at midday the next day. - The communication via WhatsApp before the tour left a positive impression on me. - I was picked up on time directly at my hotel. - I was given the essential information about the individual places of interest, and my queries or additional questions were dealt with patiently and in a friendly manner. - After the start of the tour, I was regularly offered water. - During the tour, my needs and interests were specifically addressed at the individual stops. --- Including photo stops and photo shoots. --- I felt very well looked after during the tour, as I was not left to my own devices at the individual stops and was always well accompanied. - At the women's entrance (side entrance) of the mosque, ladies in the women's area kindly took care of my appropriate covering and provided it with warm friendliness. (Hijab and Abaya are provided in the ladies' area of the mosque.) --- „Hijab“ = Head covering, headscarf that covers the woman's hair and neck, while the face remains visible. -------- A lady wrapped it for me in the right way. --- „Abaya“ = Body covering, traditional, loose-fitting garment. -------- Similar to a coat, you don't need any outside help to put them on.

My husband and I had an amazing time during our tour. We got the best package with our amazing tour guide Sudarshan. He gave us all the interesting history of Doha and was so kind enough to help us with pictures and videos at every point. It really felt like we were out touring with our friend. It was a really fun time and definitely one of the highlights of our honeymoon!!

Our tour of Doha was incredible, brought to life by our amazing guide Sudarshan. As well as being incredibly knowledgeable of the city, he was extremely personable and an excellent photographer, leaving us with some amazing photos and memories of our time in Qatar. The vehicle was comfortable and clean and the tour encompassed all of the city highlights providing an insight that allowed us to visit other areas in subsequent days. In fact the whole experience was so good we signed up at the end of the tour for a West and North tour for the following day. We’d definitely recommend this day trip too. Our driver Adhikaari Sudarshan arrived perfectly on time. We had a great time in the care of Sudarshan. He promised to show us all that Doha has to offer and did not disappoint. Using all his knowledge of living in Doha for more nearly 20yrs we visited all the main sites and with his local knowledge, we sampled Doha's extraordinary architecture, markets, tea, traditions, camels, etc. A remarkable place with a remarkable blend of new and old. Its clear that it only works with the help of so many nationalities like Sudarshan, our Nepalise guide to the desert land of Doha. His inside knowledge of life in Doha really made the trip! Excellent tour! Our guide, Sudarshan, was extremely knowledgeable and informative! We learned so much about Qatar culture, the way of life now and in the past, and the way the government is working to give the people a good life through programs that honor the past and look forward to the future. We got a great tour of Souk Waqif, including the falcon, Arabian horse and pet sections, the gold souk, a stop at the cultural museum and port for photos, the Qatar Cultural Village (which is awesome!) and Pearl and Gewan Islands and views of Lusail Island, currently under construction and destined to be the future capital of Qatar. By the end of the tour (which included stops not normally on the planned itinerary), we felt we had really seen a lot of this beautiful and amazing city! One of the best tours we've had in terms of quality of the tour guide, the information he provided and the level of English (meaning, he was easy to understand). We would highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in learning more about Doha, Qatar and the local culture.

This morning I had the pleasure of taking a 4 hour City Tour of Doha with latidar. We saw The National Museum, the Islamic Museum the Katara Culture Village, and took an authentic Dhow boat trip that highlighted the spectacular architectural buildings including the iconic Feirmount Hotel. It was all made more enjoyable by latidar's knowledge of the city and its history including interesting anecdotes about the culture of this vibrant city.
