I am from Bangladesh, which is a non-approved country for Jordan. When I was seeking someone to process my visa, I came across Jordan Classical Tours from an online page. Mariam, one of their representatives, messaged me on Facebook Messenger. She gave me a nice tour plan at an affordable price. Despite the time difference from my country, I never had any problem communicating with them. I requested for several changes to my itinerary and asked a lot of questions. They are available at all times for feedback. Mariam was incredibly helpful, and polite. They have excellent client relations and communication. Our seven-days trip to Jordan was comfortable and well-planned. They also gave us a fantastic driver. We had an excellent experience with Jordan Classical Tours.

I was connected with this agency by accident online and worked with their agent Mariam Ali to create an individualized trip to Egypt for me and my family. She worked hard and with great patience through all my changes of mind and adjustments to put together the perfect trip, and I admittedly had fears working with an agency where I had no way to physically check whether they actually exist and transferring a large amount of money to a country where I would have no legal recourse in case of fraud. I can report that everything worked perfectly from pick-up ant the anirp to drop off on the way home and we had an unforgettable experience. She responded to concerns about an issue during the trip promptly and is providing a refund for a day trip we had to cancel due to a sick family member on the scheduled day. It was certainly the most costly trip I have ever taken by far as I generally book myself without an agent but it was well worth it to have peace of mind and comfort in a country where language and culture are so different, and to be able to not have to worry about details during a vacation. Would absolutely contact Mariam again for any travels in the Middle East.

Was lucky to spend few days in Amman, Jordan. Decided to visit ancient town of Petra using Jordan Classical Tours service. The guide Mohammad Altaweel was very professional, educated, hospitable and friendly. It was extremely interesting to become aware of the history of the place, to see it’s enormous scale and the amount of efforts that were put into it. Moreover, Mohammad told a lot of unknown facts and history generally related to Jordan. I would strongly recommend the agency. And if you have the same guide as had, you’re definitely spot on! :)

People are the best part of Jordan. It's unique and beautiful, and has so many great places to visit, but those men who guided us left the most precious memories because they treated us like close friends and helped us all the way, and did their best to fulfill our needs.

The lunch buffet was the best buffet I had in Jordan. Huge variety of dishes both Jordanian and international. The dessert selection was especially impressive. The Dead Sea swim and mud bath was pleasant and was conveniently organised for guests not staying at the hotel.

I visited at holiday inn Dead Sea first time, and I can only say it was amazing. All stags are well educated and gave me excellent services that I have never experienced. We had an unforgettable experience with Jordan Classic tours. We asked them to plan a private tour for our family to Petra from Eilat. Their representative met us at the border to insure smooth crossing. Driver and tour guide were waiting right outside the gate. Every details was carefully planned and all our requested were fulfilled. We had an amazing day at Petra. Next day we spent at Wadi Rum and last day in Aqaba beach front resort. I didn’t have to think about anything, from meals to camel back rides for kids, everything was done for us. I highly recommend this company for all your traveling needs in Jordan.

As my favourite hotel and monthly check in , Would like to review for new things. Overall the experience is five star , *Rooms very clean and very comfortable. *Finally they open algertio restaurant, Food and service was excellent with very good value . Would like to thank chef( hafeth bahboh) for great mixcan experience and would like to thank( mohannad jarat and osama ajori) for excellent service, I really feel home there and would like to repeat it all the times ( algertio restaurant experience was super good ) ..Breakfast experience this time was not good , I have one complian about it , the service is good and the staff is friendly, but get the food process is taking to long Nd I really wait 12 min to get my food , in general Breakfast need to be improved. Ihg check in I dknt like it this time at all , was not welcomeing staff but check out was very good with Mr (baha) , very friendly and helpful.
