Our travel agent booked PNT for a driver to meet us at the Allenby Bridge in Jordan and drive us to Petra and on to Amman the following day. We were nervous that Jordan would be difficult to enter. The Jordanian government had mixed messages regarding the paperwork needed to enter. Prior to our arrival the customer service staff at PNT were very quick to respond to our questions and assured us our driver could work out the issues. They were right and our driver worked out the kinks. He was a great driver and very informative about the area. We would highly recommend PNT, they were top notch.

There were 6 of us and we took the 3 Days Petra, Wadi Rum, Dead Sea tour. At first we were worried that we might not all fit in the vehicle but there was plenty of room including 8 full size suitcases. Our driver/tour guide Saeed Alessa was top notch and spoke excellent English. He picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at the Holiday Inn Dead Sea Resort where we stayed overnight. Since we were already staying at this hotel, they deducted the resort fee from the tour price and we departed the hotel at 12 noon after swimming (or floating) at the Dead Sea. We then drove to a souvenir shop along the highway, stopped at an outlook in Dana Reserve and then proceeded to Little Petra. We stayed overnight at Town Season Hotel in Wadi Musa. This was a different hotel from what they originally suggested and they changed it at no extra cost. The following morning was on to Petra with a different tour guide. He suggested to skip the donkey ride as it was only a short ride and the path was downhill. On the way back however, I suggest taking the golf cart as it is a long and uphill walk. After lunch we then drove to Wadi Rum and stayed at Sun City Camp. We got upgraded to their brand new luxury suites which was a pleasant surprise. Since we arrived before sunset, we were able to take a camel ride to the desert. The following morning we took the 4x4 Jeep ride to the Wadi Rum desert where the opening scene from John Wick 4 among other movies were filmed. We left Wadi Rum around 11am, had a brief lunch stop and Saeed dropped us off at the airport on our way to Egypt. Overall the tour is highly recommended especially if you only have a short time in Jordan. The communication with the tour operator was prompt and timely, the accommodations and included meals are excellent, and our driver Saeed Alessa is the best.

PN Tour was amazing and so easy to deal with. From the moment I contacted them, Maria was very responsive and accommodating. Our driver and tour guide Tayseer was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and flexible. It was clear that he is very proud of Jordan and enjoys showing everyone that. He made sure we had everything we need throughout the whole trip. We saw Jerash, Petra and Wadi Rum. Every single one was worth the trip itself! One of our favourite guides was Yahea, who showed us Wadi Rum- he was so friendly! We know a lot of people might be worried about visiting Jordan during this challenging time, but we had no issues at all and did not at any time feel unsafe.

We did a five day tour of Jordan with Petra Nights Tours. From start to finish, everything was wonderful thanks to our driver/guide Kamal. He took us to and showed us around Petra, Wadi Rum, Mt. Nebo, the Dead Sea, Amman, and Jerash. Kamal was truly the best driver/guide you could ask for - funny, enthusiastic, punctual, strong communicator, skilled driver. He went above and beyond in more ways than we can describe. For example, he ensured we always had water and juice available. He paid for our meal at a traditional Falafel/Hummus restaurant in Amman because he didn't want us getting charged tourist prices. He took excellent family photos at all the beautiful sites we visited. He made sure we were able to walk in the shade as much as possible at all our sites. He was passionate about teaching us about Jordanian culture and food; he spent time buying ingredients at a local market in Petra, so we could experience a traditional Jordanian feast of Mansaf. Thanks to Kamal, we were able to create memories on our trip to Jordan that will last a lifetime. Another shoutout goes to Mae who helped us to plan, organize, and book the tour. She was very flexible with our requests, responsive over email, and helped to ensure our time in Jordan went according to plan.

Tayseer was an excellent driver and showed me several panoramic sites along the way from Petra to wadi rum! The car was very comfortable and he also accommodated my requests to drop me off at the wadi Araba border (instead of a hotel) and to see a bit of Aqaba. The jeep tour was excellent and Yahea showed me beautiful sights during a 3hr jeep tour in wadi rum and answered my many questions about the Bedouin way of living. As a solo female traveler, this tour provided peace of mind that I would get to experience the beauty of wadi rum while having a smooth transfer between cities.

Jordan and Israel both offer natural wonders and share the lowest point on earth. They both make up the “Holy Land” although Jerusalem boasts the most important religious sites in the world and a more lively nightlife. Jordan’s historical sites from Petra to Jerash have unforgettable ruins and its people are among the most welcoming in the world!! We had a wonderful experience in Jordan. Starting with Freddy who was very knowledgable with a great sense of humor. He not only looked out for us he helped anyone who clearly needed support (lost, exhausted). He was very kind and considerate.Freddy graced us with. Our camping in Wadi-Rum was a highlight for me. The staff at the hotel was fantastic! I loved that they danced with us that night. The 4x4 trip thru the desert was an absolute blast as was the camel ride. Our trip north of Amman to ride bicycles to beautiful views was something that shouldn't be missed. o0f course we floated in the Dead Sea at a BEAUTIFUL location (the Holiday Inn, I think). Petra Nights Tours organised our 19 day tour of Jordan and Egypt. I wish I could give a better rating than 5 stars. Absolutely phenomenal organisation by Amal in the head office! Amal’s attention to detail ensured an amazing experience. In Jordan we had a personal driver, Ahmad, who took excellent care of us. He was so lovely and nothing was too hard. We went to: Amman, Jerash, Umm Qais, Ajlun castle, Petra, Wadi Rum, Aqaba, Dead Sea and probably a few other places I’ve missed. We had a guide at most stops and each one of them was fantastic. In Egypt we had a couple of different drivers, but everything ran seamlessly. The highlight of the tour in Egypt was our guide Ishmael who was with us from Aswan to Luxor via Kom Umbo and Edfu.
