Myself and my daughter enjoyed an action-packed 6 day trip with Jordan Horizon Tours that took us to Amman, Petra, Wadi Rum, Aqaba and the Dead Sea. Hisham and Aladdin were excellent drivers and Aida did a superb job of putting together the itinerary. Mohammed at the airport whisked us through the crowds making it a very smooth entry to Jordan. Booking with Horizon is well worth it for this service alone! Sami guided us expertly around Petra, was very knowledgeable about the history there, and a superb photographer too! Wadi Rum was amazing, particularly the sunset camel ride and star gazing at night. We stayed at Aicha camp in a star gazing luxury en-suite tent which was absolutely spectacular. The hospitality and food was amazing, and a night-time star gazing trip into the desert was an unexpected bonus! The camel ride at sunset is a must-do experience. No trip to Jordan would be complete without floating in the Dead Sea and this was amazing too. Will definitely return! Thank you to the team at Jordan Horizons for a great trip.

We flew into Amman and were greeted by Mohammad. He took care of us through the airport and we toured all of Jordan with Hasan Jibreel. He was an amazing guide, he took us to Jerash, Ajloun, Petra, Wadi Rum, Amman city. He took care of all our needs and everything. We went to Jerusalem via Allenby and Ahmad greeted us and took us around Jerusalem and Bethlehem. Unfortunately due to recent events, Allenby closed. Aida kept us posted on the situation and took care of all our needs during the extra day in Jerusalem. We had to take Sheikh Hussain bridge back, Ahmad drove us 2hrs and Hasan picked us up and helped us shop for gifts for family and everything.

I had amazing 9 days Jordan trip with Jordan Horizons Tours. First thanks Aida for well organised travel schedule to the places I want to visit and that is not all, they take good care of their guests. Good communicate and they will do their best to help you out. When I first arrived in Amman city. I feel the people here are very nice and friendly make me feel safe and it is very safe to travel in Jordan as I’m a solo traveler. Second big thanks for the Driver Aladdin. He drove me from Amman to Petra, Wadi Rum, Aqaba and Dead Sea. Aladdin is full of knowledge of Jordan history, culture and religion. Also he is very friendly,outgoing and taking responsibility to look after the guests. Over all I’m highly recommended travel with Jordan Horizons Tours and yes, Jordan is safe country to visit and full of culture and history waiting for you to discover.

I used jordan horizon tour services to visit Jerusalem and Masjid Al Aqsa my experience with them was amazing Everything was so smooth First contacting them was very easy and they were always available to respond very quickly to my questions Considering some unpredictable nature of Jerusalem entry , JHT explained all steps clearly and helped me through out this journey Everything was smooth The customer service (Abu) as well as drivers both on Jordanian and Jerusalem side were very professional and courteous, they had excellent knowledge of the area and made this journey very smooth and memorable I was able to wear IHRAM at masjid al Aqsa and we were back in jordan in time before the border closure the same day so that I can catch my flight to Makkah I had the journey of my life time especially visiting masjid Al Aqsa and they made it memorable I have no hesitation in recommending them Will use their service in future as well

Great experience, we stay all time we need in every location , good hotels and good food, all good organized by Aida and our driver Aladdin always good mood, available and punctual.

We had a very rewarding and fun trip with Jordan Horizon Tours. Unfortunately people are cautious to travel to the region right now but we felt very safe and would highly recommend a holiday there. You will meet many types of people and enjoy Arab hospitality (and food!). Our driver Hisham was attentive and good company, he went above and beyond to make our experience even more fun. You can feel confident putting your trust in this Tour company and staff. They provided customized service for us and were flexible accommodating our requests. Prepare for the heat and for spending more than you planned! Petra needs two visits or at least 4-5 hrs exploration. Next time we would do longer there. All in all a wonderful holiday facilitated by Jordan Horizon Tours.

The service was excellent. They provide english speaking guide. But I prefered to speak Arabic. It was an exciting experience.

JHT was great to work with. From Aida with the planning to Hisham with the transport and Sami our guide in Petra, everything was a pleasure and buttoned up. We began in Amman and made our way down the King's Highway with stops along the way. Aida was quite receptive to sites my wife and I wanted to stop at along the way, so that made everything easy. If you're headed to Petra, Sami is the guide you need! Do not be hesitant in booking a trip to Jordan. The people could not have been kinder. You'll make memories for life!

Five friends of us have been in Jordan for a week and it has been a unique experience. It is a beautiful, safe and hospitable country. I especially liked Petra and the desert, I recommend coming and enjoying it. The professionalism and human quality of the agency's workers have made each visit and each stay unbeatable. Highlight, of course, our driver, translator, guide and advisor Alaadiin, who has taken us to all the places and has helped us a lot. Finally, tell people who think it is dangerous or have doubts, that it is one of the safest and most welcoming countries I have ever been to. I would definitely recommend taking this trip.
