Anas went above and beyond what was stated in the activity. He was so helpful and friendly. He can speak English and French very well. He would offer free water for the whole day and gave free fast WiFi. Would recommend to everyone. Big thank you to the provider R&H.

We have booked a tour of Jordan for a time. 6 days with r&h vip transportation. The driver came on the appointment and he was friendly for all six days. He answered all the questions. He was patient and interacted with us. He spoke very well. The car was very clean. The driver cared about the smallest details. He offered us water and free WiFi for six days. The company sent the same driver, Yuones, who was with me the entire day. He drove safely and calmly. The route was Umm Qais, Ajloun, Jerash. I enjoyed the tour.

Nothing VIP in this company, 2 days from the worst days in our life, we was 4 friends travelling together, and they send us one small car we couldn't fit with a driver don't speak any English or Spanish at all, when we asked to get a bigger car, company asked us to pay 750 USD for a bigger car and extra 500 USD for English speaking driver, why we couldn't understand, even the car trunk can't take more than 2 small luggage, then after one hour of wasting our time on many calls with the manager they have, we asked to get a refund to book with another company, but they refused, so we start the tour, and the problems starts, after 15 min driving car break down, and we spent 3 hours till it was fixed, and during that time we called the company again because the driver didn't understand us and asked to get a replacement or refund, but again they refused, so after 4 hours from 7 AM to 11 AM we arrived to Petra 2 PM, and for sure we didn't had enough time to visit Petra, we only spent 2 hours there for a site need at least 6 hours to visit, to driver from Petra to Wadi Rum, the car break down again, and here one of my friend couldn't take it anymore and called tripadvisor to tell them about what happened, so we get a full refund for this tour, and we decided to stop it there with them and spend the night at Petra so we could see the site good and cancel Wadi Rum, and we booked a car from the hotel we stayed in Petra to get back to Amman the next day. This is our sad story with this company

The trip went really well. We went to the Dead Sea first where our stay was in Crowne Plaza. It went really well. Then we went to the baptism site and it was amazing. Our driver Yuones was really accommodating and friendly. We were initially not planning on going to the baptism site so we only booked the Dead Sea tour, however, Yuones was flexible enough to include baptism tour for us for an marginally higher cost

ok so first of all it a scam, this is not a company can do tours, and when we booked this tour we though it will be a great tour, but it's not car was booked for us is illegal to use for transport tourist and as we understand from tourist police after we was stopped for one hour, even the car don't have insurance to cover tourist, that happened at Petra, and we couldn't see the site good because we spent a lot of time with tourist police instead of having the tour. and when we contact the company or as we say the guy who scam people by showing he owned a company and it's not true, he send us another car with driver, it was a yellow taxi, and we understand from the driver that R & H is only one person advertising that he owns a big fleet but he's only a driver and don't own anything, he give the tours to other drivers and take his commission witch was almost half of the price if you booked with R & H be careful because you will be not get the service they promising
