My partner and I had the most incredible day with Jordan Drive Tribe, our driver, Yahia, was very friendly, patient, and super knowledgeable, always willing to answer questions and share a laugh. Our highlight was definitely the Wadi Rum 4x4 experience, something we will both never forget. We definitely recommend booking with Jordan Drive Tribe, they are excellent.

Transport - Perfect way to get to Petra and Wadi Rum. The car was comfortable and spacious for our group of 6 and we were given bottles of water. The operator was nice enough to offer drop-off to our hotel in Wadi Rum instead of returning back to Amman. The driver was easily contactable via WhatsApp. Tour - This activity excludes the actual tour of Petra so you will have to pay extra for a guide when you arrive at Petra. Tip - bring a good hat, sunglasses and water. The walk through Petra takes time and some parts are not shaded. Not really a complaint but more of a suggestion - the 4x4 vehicle used for the wadi rum tour didn’t have shade/a roof cover. We saw other groups sitting in vehicles that had it. Would be good if the 4x4 vehicle used had a roof cover/shade. Overall, a great experience! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend the Jordan Drive Tribe. Reliable, trustworthy, and professional. I wasn't expecting time off but when I found out late the bight prior I had one day free, I was able to make a very short notice trip for the next day. Driver, Mohammed, was very nice and accommodating. Before going read carefully what is and is not included. The driver is already driving you around for about 9 hours collectively so don't expect all-inclusive, he needs rest while you're touring. If you opt to do both Petra and Wadi Rum, highly recommend both but realize you will be somewhat pressed for time. You get ~3 hrs in Petra, so if you want to go further than the Treasury you should buy a 25JD round-trip golf cart for ride to treasury. Get a guide through the visitors center for 25JD (I believe) also so that you know what you're looking at. If the golf cart driver is kind enough to stop enroute to Treasury for pics, tip him, this is not something they have to do. Give yourself enough time to return to visitors center so you can buy a lunch for take-away prior to meeting your driver. The driver had water but you should plan on bringing some yourself, and plenty of places to buy cold water and coffee at stands once inside at Treasury. After getting back with driver, Wadi Rum is another ~1.5 hrs to the south. Jordan Drive Tribe has an agreement with one if the tour owners down there, so a man comes to meet you in his truck, brings you to a large tent where other groups will be present to hear about the Bedouin lifestyle of the past and history, then he will take you to see specific areas. Total 2 hours here, time flies by, extraordinarily beautiful and worth doing both in short time than just one, especially if you know you may not return. If I had the time I would've stayed overnight in Wadi Rum. Price is reasonable - I paid extra so that I could have vehicle to myself to lay down in seat.

I make a wonderful jeep tour in Wadi Rum with driver Metaeb. He's a bedouin man born in Wadi Rum and during the trip he showed me the most beautiful and evocative places, telling me many things about the Bedouin lifestyle (now I also know how to become immune to scorpion bite !!). At each stop he took very nice photos and videos; he is also a good film maker. The jeep was very comfortable with both indoor and outdoor seating; and I took advantage of the possibility of being inside with the air conditioning.

Actually a 4 day private tour with Ezmat our driver and Mo our tour guide. I am writing this as I travel home after being left with the feeling that I have just had the best travel experience in my life. We were a party of 3 and travelled from Amman to the top of the country to the bottom. Our tour was designed by Jordan Drive Tribe, but they were extremely flexible and accommodated any requests, making it a truly personalized experience. The highlights were numerous, but it was the personal nature, kindness, and genuine sincerity of the warmth from our host guides, which left a huge impression. Mo our guide, was extremely professional. He was incredibly informative, but seemed to sense from our questions what information to give. He was like an artist as he revealed new things to us, based on what he knew would like to know. We toured castles, roman ruins, mosaics, of course Petra, but for me personally the highlight was a visit to Machaerus (ruins of King Herod's castle, where John the Baptist was beheaded). It was remote, quiet and the view was spectacular. However, the drive from Machaerus was something else. Truly the highlight. I have never experienced anything like it. It was both beautiful and terrifying, but I didn't have any hesitancy about the competence of Esmat our driver. Definitely a step up on the fear of taking a donkey ride down from the Monastery in Petra! Jordan Drive Tribe communicated with me via whatsapps very quickly and the owner made sure I had Ezmat's telephone number to communicate directly before our tour began. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Petra and Wadi Rum are beautiful historical sites. We highly recommend. While we appreciated Mohammed and the care, he gave us (would do a trip with him again) the overall description of the trip needs to be better. We fully understood in Petra we could get a guide (you are on your own). There is little to no time to eat, so bring snacks. Bring a portable charger for your iphone and there will not be Wifi on the drive. Wadi Rum we were disappointed in. You sit in the bed of a 4 X 4 pickup truck (not even sure our model was a 4X4), with constructed metal seats (that are not bolted) with cushions and there was no window between driver and us. There was no way for us to have any communication while he drove us on a highway and in the desert. We had no idea of what we were looking at while riding and you will get covered with sand. However, this maybe the only way you can travel in Wadi, we don't know. We started the trip (wadi rum) with no water, and every time he stopped the truck took at a minimum 4 times to start. The trip seemed more about driving us around and take photos. We would have liked to better understand about the beautiful country and places we visited. With that said, company was very friendly. I just think if you are going to pay 399.00 USD you should fully understand its more about transportation.

Best 1 day trip I could ask for. We were pressed for time on our trip and this option let us pack everything in. We were picked up directly from our lodging and traveled to Petra where we had 4 hours to explore. There are multiple days one could spend in Petra but 4 hours was just enough to take in the wonder. We then continued to wadi rum and had selected the option with 4x4 ride. The ride was fun and full of stops and photo opportunities for the mars on earth landscape. We enjoyed Bedouin tea, the best watermelon and stayed nourished throughout the journey with the generosity of our driver, Etman (hope I’m spelling correctly buddy) He even stopped to buy us extra water and snacks before Petra since we had booked during a heat wave. It’s a long day, but the highs of the scenery and comfort of drive makes it the perfect 1 day tour.

We had a great trip through Jordan with Haitham. We planned the itinerary ourselves, and were looking for just a driver, but we got much more! Haitham was a great companion on our week tour, sharing sights and foods as we moved across the country. Haitham was very responsive and helpful. He went way more than the extra mile to make our trip perfect. I highly recommend Jordan Drive Tribe and Haitham!

We had an AWESOME time with this full day cruise! Our driver Yahia was super attentive and patient as we stayed much longer than anticipated at both breakfast and Petra. He MADE SURE we made it on time to receive our lunch in the second half of the trip to the Dead Sea. He also made an extra stop when we told him we wanted to buy some mud and other skin care products. This tour was a great way to cover two highlights on Jordan in one day, and Yahia was an excellent driver and host. Thank you so much!

My Husband and I ere travelling, 1st time in Jordan. The Views in Petra were amazing we took so many photos.

We came to Jordan at the suggestion of our son, as a stop on the way to Oman. We had little knowledge of the area, so the 3 day trip looked like a good way to see highlights with help from local guides. This trip exceeded our expectations in every way. Traveling with Yahia was like seeing Jordan through the eyes of a family friend. Not only did we see the recommended tourist destinations, we also saw Jordan and it's lovely people. This trip requires pretty good physical condition, but the tour is very flexible. Yahia also arranged a hot air balloon ride at sunrise. It was fabulous! We concluded our time in Jordan with the day trip to Umm Qays, Ajloun and Jerash. Try to spend at least 5 days because the distances are huge. One day in Amman to see the Citadel, Roman theater, Souqs and museums will round out a great Jordan experience.

Our tour of Jordan with Jordan Drive Tribe is the best! Yahya, our guide/drive/point man was amazing! He has to leave due to a family emergency and made sure that we are taken care of. In spite of his family emergency he was available all the time and answered all our questions! We took the 3N/4D package of Petra, Wadi Rum, Dead Sea and Mt Nebu tour. We highly recommend this particular tour company as Trip Advisor/Viator are just middlemen. Make sure you get this your company. Initially, we did not like the bubble tent camp and called Yahya to change it and he did it just couple of days before our tour and that camp was amazing!

The trip was great! The admin team was always reachable and did a great job organizing everything. Our driver Haitham was very professional, friendly, respectful and accommodating. We had such an amazing time during the trip and visits, we learned so much and enjoyed every minute of it. Absolutely recommended.

We did a 3 day tour of Jordan with Zaid; he was an excellent host and driver and helped us around after changing our minds and unexpected circumstances. Great English, very clean car and a genuinely nice guy Highly recommend for anyone else travelling to Jordan.
