Omran has been extremely helpful in finalising our itinerary and guided us to pick the right destinations. He has been very responsive to our emails prior to arrival. Upon arrival, Raud has been our driver/guide for the next 3 days and been a great company. We have travelled to over 110 countries and used many different tour operators, drivers and ways of seeing a country. Mr Omran is a great person who is professional, honest and full of helpful tips and suggestions. We had 8 days in Jordan and Omran helped us plan the best itinerary using the time but ensuring we saw all the highlights and more. We arranged all of our hotels except the camp in Wadi Rum which Omran arranged. He drove us for some of our time and on other days we were picked up by other drivers. An fabulous 9 days trip with Omran. This journey started when we crossed from Israel to Jordan. Omran’s driver was waiting for us at the exit of the border and the fabulous journey started there. We went to our hotel in Amman for the rest of the day. The trip started on the 2nd day and Omran and his team are so good and attentive to our needs and we explored every places possible we tried new food, drank Turkish coffees, had wifi in the car and we stopped at different places to take nice pictures. We were there when the war started in Israel and Omran reassured us that our safety was his #1 priority. It was sooo true. Omran did everything in his power to make sure that we reached the airport safely when there was manifestations in Amman. Omran treated his travelers like family. We shared such a memorable moment with him. Always checking if we need anything, if the tour os great, asked feedback about his team. Well, my stay in Jordan would not have been the same without Omran and his team. My husband and I did a lot of trips bit this one was quite special and we will always have a link with Omran. Do not hesitate a moment if you are thinking to book a trop to Jordan to deal with Omran. Best decision ever that I made in my life and all based on these reviews. Thanks for everything Omran! A family of four from India , we had a wonderful time in Jordan and I personally had a great time planning, detailing and executing a customised tour with the best Self made Tour operator /driver I have ever met. I came to know of Mr.Omran through the internet sites and reviews and I think the reviews that he gets are every bit justified. We hammered out a customised tour that covered the places of interest we were looking for and Mr.Omran pitched in with his own suggestions. He even advised me on the hotels that we booked based on my requirements!!! At the airport we were met with one of his teammates who took us around Amman . From the next day on ,it was Mr.Omran's show! A raconteur par excellence, he gelled very well with all four of us. He was sensitive, humourous, witty, experienced and knew a tourists mind and requirements. He regaled us with stories and history as we went around Umm Qais, Ajloun castle, Jerash -ruins .The third day he took us to Madaba, Mount Nebo, Mujb dam, Karak castle, Dana Reserve, Shobak castle and some shopping before dropping us at Petra. Knowing the roads well and people at crucial places meant we got to park the vehicle as close to the sites as possible !!! Petra in Jordan, as Jersah and Umm Qais, was a revelation. We were on our own in Petra so we did miss some history but the next day we visited the Petra museum and made up!!! Also one suggestion to those visiting Petra . On your way back, after visitng the sites in Petra , take the electric car back from the Khazana /Treasury to the exit instead of walking back through the Siq. The return journey is tiresome with nothing to look forward to !!! Next day since we did not go to Little Petra, we could have travelled to Wadi Rum in the morning to beat the heat ...instead we hurried through Wadi Rum and reached Aqaba by evening. The children went diving in the Red Sea the next day and Mr.Omran came to pick us up in the evening and drove us to Dead sea. He treated us to grilled fish at Aqaba which was wonderful!!!After spending the whole day at Deadsea, by late night Mr.Omran was back to drop us at Amman airport and help us catch the morning 4 am flight...Mr.Omran thank you very very much for making our trip wonderful !!! Your promptness, professionalism, punctuality, enthusiasm, knowledge and humane touch are all much appreciated. Best wishes to you from all of us and MONA!!!!

I had to pay an additional JOD 40 to be picked up outside of Amman city centre. The tour was simply fantastic. The dead sea was one of the best part of the tour.

We, family with 2 children, just came back from Giordania and thanks to our so fantastic driver Omran (omran_brkawi@yahoo.com) we had a unforgettable trip. Omran is much more than a driver.....he is a dictionary. He showed us the best of the best in Giordania, also incredible sites outside of the "normal" touristic places, hidden places and made us save a lot of money by leaving him to deal with all the people. He is a very good and save driver, very honest, punctually and a trustable person. I, all of us, can recommend him to everybody. Thank you Omran for all you did for us and we will come back for sure.

We were exceptionally well looked-after by Omran! He treated us like a private tour, taking us away from the crowds where possible and giving us a very personalised account of Jordan. The tour was very flexible, allowing sufficient time at each stop including the Dead Sea. Beach access and lunch were great. We avoided the Desert Highway after leaving the Dead Sea and approached Kerak Castle from the valley below, which gave an impressive perspective and an immersive account of rural Jordan. I went through Omran and his team from a recommendation of a friend who used a similar service. I was able to arrange for a city tour in Amman/Jerash, transport to Wadi Rum (with arrangements by Omran's team), transports to Petra, Dead Sea, and back to Amman. Omran and his company helped create an easy and smooth vacation with very accurate times of transport and flexibility in changes on the fly. Omran also often checked in to make sure I was taken care of with my ride arrangements and accommodations. I couldn't have asked for a better tour as his team was very profession, informative, and most importantly friendly. My favorite memory was during my from Petra to Dead Sea and my driver saw me take notice to a few things and stopped multiple times to let watch the donkeys running around in the middle of the street, a camel grazing area, and stop at a view point when we were approaching the Dead Sea. (sorry I forget his name now, but he was Omran's long time friend) Highly recommended.

Our trip to Petra was everything we dreamed of and more. We booked Omran from the UK after reading reviews online and we were not disappointed. Omran gave more to our trip than we could have imagined. The cars were clean and all the drivers were professional and kind. Omran was a fountain of knowledge not only on Petra but the whole of Jordan. He took us to places on the way that we hadn’t thought about. Always giving that little bit extra. He gave us advice on where to go and the best places to eat and experience traditional Jordanian life. Visiting Petra was one of my bucket list experiences. We spent one day there and after the advice from Omran we managed to moreorless get to visit the whole site. I will return to see parts of Jordan that I didn’t have time to see and I will definitely be using Omran’s services again. Highly recommended! Thank you Omran!

Omran created an itinerary for us across 5 days and 5 nights including airport transfers and drivers across Jordan, from Amman, to the north, then south to Petra and wadi rum, finishing in the dead sea. We booked our own hotels (except one night Omran organised in the desert) and the drivers were always on time waiting to take us to our next destination. Wifi in the car was very useful. Communication was smooth. I booked via Jordan Day Tour and more website enquiry form, then communication was via email and whatsapp. Jordan is an exceptionally beautiful country.
