The driver came right on time to pick us from the hotel, the car was very clean and we even got free wifi in the car all the trip. We payed for the full day tour but before Jerash we got a surprise extra stop to Tell Mar Elias (birth place of St. Elijah) which was also very interesting. Our driver was very professional and very helpful. He recomanded us a good restaurant for lunch in Jerash (very good and plenty of food at a decent price) which we surely would have never spotted without his help. A great day! We made a good choice!

Private transportation to several of the major attractions in Jordan. This is not a guided tour but you can hire guides at the sites if you feel it’s necessary. The vehicle and the drive was comfortable and I felt I had plenty of time to see everything. I did think this was slightly expensive but because of my short stay, I didn’t feel like shopping around.

yes, this was very clear published the guided Tour is Optional, and you didn't request it.
your booking was on around 5:30 AM just before 3 Hrs of your Day tour, Also you request to send you the car Early before the time and we did our best to send the car at 7:30 AM.
it's mean you received your car just after 2 Hrs from your booking time.
Anyway thank you again for using our service and the price was very clear on the page before you book.
and we hope to see you again in Jordan for a long time.

I had the best driver ever. He was really good. 10 stars out of 10. Unfortunately I do not remember his name. Much to see and I enjoyed the whole time. Very happy that I had the opportunity to visit these 3 sites. Can absolutely recommend this trip.

Omran himself was my driver for the day and not only is he an excellent driver but he also has a boundless knowledge of all things related to travel in Jordan. But more than that, his atttention to detail and the care he took that everything was perfect were beyond my highest expectations. He bought us coffee, cold water and food so we would be comfortable throughout the trip. The stories he shared gave us a greater insight into the Jordanian way of life.
After an unforgettable day, my only regret is that we didn’t ask him and his team to organize our entire 8 day tour of Jordan.
In short, I recommend Omran and his team at Jordan-Car-And-Driver.com most highly for organizing day trips and longer tours (with driver or self-drive)! You couldn’t be in better hands.

Aladin was our driver, very smooth driving, just enough talkative. We did a full day tour and needed a little customization, which Jordan day tour helped us organise. All was good. Thank you again !

Highly recommended trip with Jordan Day Tour and More
Five stars for Moumther, my private driver, an over helpful man (during the trip, he invites me water, Turkish coffee, grapes...)
He gave me, during the long journeys along Jordanian roads, practical and historical information. Omran, agency manager, called me twice to make sure everything was going well and that it was to my satisfaction
Definitively recommended.

What are the entry fees at the 3 locations? Does this include an audio tour? How much are tour guides at each location and are they needed or is the audio tour and/or signage etc good enough?

We didn’t pay for those sites because is was all included in the Jordan pass (which is a must have when you go there). We don’t know about the audio guide, we didn’t rent them. There is some indications/history facts onsite. Probably that we missed some informations about those sites but we enjoyed the walking. Probably that is is better to hire a guide instead of an audio guide because I’ not sure that there is audio guide everywhere.

How long is the tour? If we leave at 8am what time will we be back at the hotel?

It’s hard to answer this question because we left Amman at 7am and we ended our day in Umm Qais. When we arrived in Umm Qais it was probably around 2:00 pm which left us plenty of time to visit the historical site as well as the city (not a lot of things to do there). This is probably a question that the company that drove us around could answer easily.
