About the operator

- 920khwajaa0 contributionsAn amazing experienceMurad, Is an amazing tour guide. He is knowledgeable and genuinely cares. He took us to the best places to eat and got us the best pomegranate juice I have ever had. The three day tour of this beautiful country is only matched by the beautiful people. I fully recommend the touring Petra. Please note there is a lot of walking especially if you visit the Monastery. The high-light for me was the Wadi Rum Protection area with the wonderful Bedouin people. Salim did an amazing job explaining all the wonderful sites. I wish we could have spent more time there as it was extremely peaceful and they had the fastest WIFI in the whole country-lol. I fully recommend this tour!Written October 5, 2024
- rpjh630 contributionsAmazing experiences do not missWe had the most amazing experiences on this trip. Our driver Ahmed Habibi was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind going out of his way to ensure our comfort. The sites of Dana, Madaba churches, little Petra, Petra and Wadi Rum are not to be missed. The trip went at our pace and had regular stops to break up the long drive. Whilst Ahmed is not a guide he is very knowledgeable. Thank you for doing such a great job.Written October 5, 2024
- philipmM884GR0 contributionsEpic 3-Day Tour of JordanWhere to begin with this one…we were picked up from Amman in a private air conditioned car with our driver, Mohammad Ali (not the boxer). Mohammed is not only the driver and tour guide doing his job. For us, it felt like we were listened to and he personalised the tour to our tastes, experiences and time well spent in the places where we wanted most. On one evening he collected us from our hotel (outside of his working hours) in Wadi Musa (Petra) and took us to the best restaurant in town. Every local we met along the way said we had the best guide in Jordan. They were not wrong. From, Mount Nebo, Madaba, Little Petra, Petra, Wadi Rum, Aquba and Dead Sea - you see it all. It feels like a once in a lifetime trip. The standout parts for this trip to name a few were Petra which was every bit awe inspiring that you expect it to be and hope for. There was the point where you had to pinch yourself moment. Wadi Rum was also one of those places. With no light pollution we were able to sit outside our cabins at night and see the Milky Way in the night sky. This is must see and must experience and recommend this to everyone and travellers alike.Written October 3, 2024
- O2167FZjasonb0 contributionsPerfect 2 daysGreat tour. Oday was an excellent driver and provided a ton of knowledge on the history of Jordan, as well as what life is like here today. I would highly recommend this tour. Just do it, it's fun and you get to see so much.Written September 30, 2024
- B4198DJcharlottel0 contributions10/10 tripThis is a fantastic trip! I had a wonderful driver (Murad) - he was thoughtful and informative, and I learned a lot about the sites and Jordan from him. The itinerary is great, in particular getting to Petra the night before so that you can start exploring in the morning first thing before the crowds and intense heat. Wadi Rum is another highlight - watching the desert sunset and sunrise is amazing. I would highly recommend this tour and this travel company!Written September 26, 2024
- 492yagmurc0 contributionsBreathtaking experienceOur guide Ahmad Habibi he was an incredible person. He took us all the beautiful places told the history behind. Car ride was really comfortable and safe. Petra was breathtaking and wadi rum is another world. You should also do snorkeling in red sea fishes and corals are amazing.Written September 23, 2024

- Lizzy W0 contributionsSolo trip round Jordan!Fantastic experience driving round Jordan with Ahmed Habibi! So knowledgeable and the safest I’ve felt travelling solo! The route was picturesque and I feel so lucky to have experienced it. We travelled to Petra, Wadi rum, Aqaba and the Dead Sea in just 2 days with Ahmed showing me some extra spots that were breathtaking. The popular tourist sports were very quiet and I had Petra to myself, the Jordanians were so welcoming! If you’re planning on travelling alone as a woman round Jordan I cannot recommend this enough!Written September 20, 2024
- petergA6051BO0 contributionsExceptional way to see the best of JordanThis was a fantastic tour. Murad was an exceptional guide -- very knowledgeable, very attentive, super easy-going, and always open for meaningful discussion and learning about any topic. He is a critical part of the experience in his own way. Petra is must see. I don't know of another place in the world where people carved their homes and civic buildings directly into the rock like this, with such apparent stone carving skills. We actually took a donkey ride up to the monastery, which was a little perilous and not directly part of the tour, but also worth it, just to get a sense of what so many people from the past have had to do as part of their daily lives. Wadi Rum is also super memorable. It really does feel like visiting the surface of Mars at times (no surprise, The Martian was filmed here). Just completely unlike anywhere else I have been. The camp is wonderful and a quality glamping experience, after all the day's activities. We actually rolled in a stop at Aqaba and the Red Sea, which is quite worth it, if you want to see three countries bordering one another in single camera shot. (Jordan, Israel and Egypt. Technically, Saudi Arabia is very close too.) There is a museum there we visited the explains the Arab Revolution, which was a highly pertinent bit of cultural context, given today's events. To cap it off, the spa we visited to get to the the Dead Sea were a nice bit of final relaxation. I highly recommend this tour, since all the navigation and details are taken care of, and you get to focus on the sites themselves with a minimum of hassle.Written September 18, 2024
- viniciusroko0 contributionsBest 2 days experience with Mohamed Ali 😂The trip was beyond expectations!! Our driver, Mohamed Ali, best driver ever!! He knew all the best spots, he was well informed, told us about getting a certified guide in Petra to avoid scams which is importar!! In wadi rum he took us to the best place with an awesome guide too! He made my experience incredible. He stopped in all major places between the tours to explain and show us about the attractions. Completely recommend him!Written September 18, 2024

- Venture548638413690 contributionsJordan AdventureOur driver Muhammad was fantastic, he made our three day tour a lot of fun. It was a great way to see Petra, Wadi Rum, the Dead Sea and the Red Sea. Muhammad also took us to many other interesting places along the way, including ones not mentioned in the tour itinerary. The accommodation in Petra was good and the Wadi Rum camp exceeded our expectations. We paid for the Deluxe Tent and l would recommend booking these, as they were roomy and comfortable. The food at Wadi Rum was great and there were plenty of choices. I recommended this tour as a great way to see Jordan. I would also highly recommend asking for Muhammad as your driver.Written September 16, 2024
- chris35690 contributionsOutstanding 2 day small group tour of Petra, Wadi Rum, Aqaba and the Dead SeaI booked a 2 day Petra/Wadi Rum/Dead Sea tour with Jordan Private Tours and Travel via another agency. Last minute, a friend decided to join me and the company were very flexible and accommodating in making this late change. Our tour was a group tour consisting of 4 of us (including me and my friend) with Qutaibah Akaylah as our driver and guide. The vehicle we were transported in was spacious, comfortable and had good air conditioning. Qutaibah was friendly, accomodating and very knowledgable. We were all impressed with how he would take us to places and rather than drop us off at an entrance and give us a time to come back to the car he would often accompany us and assist us with local knowledge. The tour comprised of an early morning pickup from Amman with travel to Petra (the option to be transported to somewhere to have lunch or for Qutaibah to source a sharwarma box for lunch meaning we could spend longer in Petra), Wadi Rum, jeep tour in Wadi Rum (with multiple stops and photo opportuinities) followed by a night in a bedouin camp, dinner, breakfast and then back to Amman via Aqaba and the Dead Sea. I thorough enjoyed the tour and would not hesitate to recommend this company - especially Qutaibah who was a great all round guy and an excellent driver and guide. Thank you for helping me to make memories which will last a lifetime.Written September 16, 2024
- JoziTMan0 contributionsExceptional Jordan Holiday!!We travelled to Madaba, then Nebo. This was an exceptional experience as we got to see historical places from Biblical times eg Jericho, Dead Seea, Jordan river. We even got to see where Jesus was baptised in the Jordan river. It was surreal! Petra far exceeded my expectations, and has far more historical depth than is usually portrayed. Our Guide Zeyad Elqunj was truly exceptional. He took us to all the right places and was extremely patient with us. Jordan is extremely hot and he made sure the A/C was on at all times. We also included a Desert overnight stay , which included a 4x4 drive and a night in a Desert camp! Absolutely fascinating! The final visit to the Dead Sea was just plain amazing. I never dreamed I would float on water! My dream came true! The staff at the Intercontinental resort were exceptional! They helped us with the Dead Sea mud experience and taking stunning Instagram pictures!! I am definitely coming back to Jordan!!!Written September 13, 2024

Rode with my driver Khaled who was professional and efficient at every stage. It was clear that he was well connected with locals at each stop which made things easy as a first timer.
Itinerary was good but a lot of down time on the first and last day. Petra and Wadi Rum were incredible and somehow fit into a single day

A great tour! We have seen so much in only 3 days and it is so different from anything else I have seen. Khaled was a very helpful and knowledgeable driver/tour guide, seemingly knowing everyone along the way and always briefing us on how to avoid being scammed by people at popular tourist destinations.
As a plus, his car is very nice and well maintained.
Each stop is great and has some flexibility for how you would like to experience it also.

I visited a friend who lives in Jordan in April 2021, on a trip that was rescheduled from 2020, and I’m so glad I came. Our tour guide Mustafa was excellent! He was very knowledgeable about the history of each stop on the tour and we learned a lot from him! All of the stops on the tour were really fun, but I would have to say Petra and Wadi Rum are the must see places if you come to Jordan, along with the Dead Sea (which we opted to skip on the tour since we had already been). Mustafa was kind enough to take some great photos for us and uploaded them to Google Drive. Due to the pandemic there are very few tourists, and we found ourselves lucky to see these amazing sites without the usual crowds.

I booked this tour as part of my own self guided 11 day tour of Jordan. I wanted to visit the places included in this tour without having to organise it all myself - just a couple of days without all the work....
This tour was exactly what I wanted, although I think I was also very lucky in my driver/guide. We started by visiting Mount Nebo - each time we arrived at a location Murad and I would agree at what time I should return to the vehicle or where we should meet - Nebo was fascinating and well worth visiting the particularly well conserved early church on the site. This is one of the best 'covered' sites I have visited anywhere in the world. Care and attention has been taken to protect the site covering it with a tasteful and discrete wood roof and structure.
We discussed which route would be best to take in order to maximise my time, so I decided to take the route that took us away from Karak, but to Shobak instead - this also was well worth seeing as it is visited less, is not quite so restored and in fact, is older than Karak.
Little Petra was a great introduction to the enormous Petra site that was to follow the next day. Needless to say Petra is breathtaking, you need to start really early, 6.30/7am in order to make the most of your time and the cooler temperatures. The hotel which was part of the tour for this portion of the trip was good (see Edom Hotel Petra review). The new Petra Museum is well worth visiting, perhaps the evening before visiting Petra. Murad did not remain in the hotel, but came back at a pre-arranged time in order to move on to Wadi Rum.
Here we changed from car to jeep with a local guide. Murad remained for the duration of this part of the trip, informing me of the routine, offering me a choice of when to do the 2 hour jeep safari, discussing the advantages and disadvantages of various times. I also discovered that he as a good photographer, taking a number of slo-mo pictures and others of me with my iPhone, much better than a selfie. As a solo traveller I often don't have any decent photos of myself, so this was a welcomed surprise.
Wadi Rum is amazing - the campsite was good, the facilities basic, but clean and everyone was very friendly. It reminded me of the tours I used to do when in my 20s. The silence, the stars, the quality of the light is incredible. The tents were more like little huts covered in traditional fabric, but gave you the sense of sleeping out.
The following morning we transferred back to the car and ventured to Aqaba, where I spent an hour just having a drink and a little walk. Not sure what I would have done if I had had longer - apart from the beach.
The drive to the Dead Sea took about 3.5 hours with regular stops for toilets and refreshments - these occurred regularly throughout the whole tour. We stopped to view the Dead Sea and Murad pointed out what a rocky outcrop that is believed to be Lot's wife!
I stayed for about 2 hours at the resort at the Dead Sea for 20 JOD which was ok. Just enough time to float about in the water for 10 minutes - recommended time due to the saltiness and temp of 40+ degrees. I spent the rest of the time by a pool.
We returned to Amman in good time - having had a great 3 days.
Certainly, Murad contributed personally to making the trip an easy pleasure - travelling on my own I was hesitant about having to spend 3 days in a car with someone I don't know and with no one else to talk to. I found him to be polite, informative and attentive. Thankfully, he was not too talkative - I am quite happy to have silence - I found our conversations were short, without unnecessary chit chat that suited me well. Thank you so much Murad.
As a solo traveller it was not a cheap few days, definitely more economical if you are a couple or more. However, I feel I had good value for money and you can't put a price on memories and experiences. Overall, very happy, well done everyone.

We ware in Jordan only for 4 days and wanted to see most od the sites in that time. We chose JPPT since they had tour which covered most of the sites we wanted to visit. We added to the tour climbing to the Jebel Um Adaami, highes mountain in Jordan. The 3 day tour was exactly as we agreed with the Agency. Our dirver Khaled was great companion! He was not just driving us but he was our guide and source of a lot of helpful information.
All locations ware worth visiting. The stay in bedouin camp was a great experience as it was climbing to the Jebel Um Adaami.

Four of us (my husband and I, plus our daughter and her boyfriend) took this tour, with driver and guide Qutaiba. It was perfect in every way and we enjoyed absolutely every minute of it. Qutaiba was wonderful - knowledgeable about all the different locations and sights, full of good advice, and a pleasure to spend the time with. We would all recommend using this company, and guide if he is available, without any hesitation. There was so much in the three days that we were able to do and see and wonderful memories and photos for the future. Everything was different with its own features. We loved Petra of course - got to the entrance around 6:45am to find almost nobody there - walking down through this site in the relative cool and without many people is really special and we'd highly recommend this early start if you can do it. We spent 6 hours walking around the area, including the back way to the High Point; you need to be reasonably fit to do some of these walks but they are well worth the effort, it seems like there are amazing new features around every corner. Wadi Rum and the desert were astonishing, a taste of a totally different way of life in an incredibly demanding environment. We could go on at (more) length about this and the many other sights on this trip, but suffice to stay that if you want to experience something of Jordan and the depth and variety of its extraordinary history and wonderful people in three days, take this tour, you will be as thankful for the experience as us.

Our friends booked this trip for us and them, and we were skeptical at first because we prefer to travel independently. But Ahmad, our tour guy, made this tour an unforgettable experience for us! I felt like I was traveling with an old friend. He showed us Jordan through his eyes, made us feel safe, and gave us tips to make the most of this experience. He knew how to beat the crowds, especially in Petra and Wadi Rum. The amount of time spent at each place was just right. We were never bored or too tired.
I highly recommend this trip to anyone interested in seeing Jordan with a local, to anyone who loves photography (Ahmad knows how to get the best photos), and to anyone who loves adventure! We had the best time and feel so blessed to have had Ahmad with us! This was the trip of a lifetime!

È possibile personalizzare il tour, ed eventualmente avere una guida in italiano??

Hi.
Me and my friend we are very interested about your Petra tour offer. We want to book trip on 28 September but two of my other friends still don't know about possible holidays from their work managers. I have a question. Is It possible to booking tour for two and change it for four people later with payment differences of course?
Best regards
