i think they need to change this tour name to 7 night best of Jordan with worst company in Jordan that will destroy your tour why Zaid Tours is the worst company because they using the lowest hotels in Jordan so they make extra profit and destroy the tour for client then they send client small old car with old man can't understand any english word i don't know if the own the cars or rent it but it's the worst at each site we stopped there was new big cars with drivers, and we are the only one had the oldest and smallest car and the funny thing driver had a big bag for him, even bigger than ours witch didn't had any space in the car so he ask us to have it in the back seat in the middle of my wife and son so in the end i think this is the worst company you can book in Jordan specially after what we see

Petra was great but we enjoy it but the driver and guide scam us for 1200 USD when we arrived to Petra driver asked us if we want to visit little Petra and use the back trail instead of the main trail so we liked the idea and asked him how much we need to pay extra, he said don't worry it will not be high after we get back from the visit driver asked us to pay 1200 USD extra (400 USD each) so we think he's joking but he was not, so be carful of getting any extra before you do it

My guide Mahmoud was superb. I like to learn about the society of the country I am visiting as well as see the sights and in this respect Mahmoud was brilliant, providing me with wonderful insights about the people of this great country. I do not drink so Mahmoud offered to replace the wine tasting with a Turkish Hammam experience which is really something. Don’t go for the “hard” massage unless you’re prepared to be seriously pummeled. The dinner at a local, non tourist restaurant was first class. Really great traditional Arab food. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and Mahmoud’s company and cannot recommend this experience more highly.

He has been brilliant from before I travelled until my drop off in Amman now. Always punctual and communication has been brilliant. Checks if I am ok especially in Petra when he heard fireworks. A better and more professional person would be difficult to find. Loved the locations we visited. Hassan’s knowledge is brilliant. He also got a very good guide for me on Petra. Please pass on my thanks to him. He has made my holiday the wonderful experience it has been.

its only taxi with a driver so i don't know why they are showing we will get so many things and in the end it's only nothing driver arrived and drove us 45 min to Jerash, then told us that we have only one hour to visit, when we arrive to local guide area they told us to visit the sites its 3 hours, and when we get back to the driver after we finished he asked us to pay him extra 120 usd for the 2 hours, so we fight with him asking him to call the office but he told us that he's not working for them, he's a freelance driver and they paying him 50 usd for the tour i don't think this is our problem if they take more than the half and don't pay good so in the end we pay him 100 usd but when you saying its half day that's mean it 4 to 5 hours tour not 2 and half hour just book with a good company that have drivers working for them or book with a freelance driver so you don't had this problem like us

We enjoyed a wonderful day tour to Madaba, Mount Nebo and the Dead Sea. Our very friendly and high competent guide Basel through the day leaving no question unanswered. We highly recommend this individual and personal tour.

We had an amazing day trip to Petra and dead sea, and our driver/guide Basel was accommodative and informative. Lunch arrangements at Al Qantarah was exquisite.

Just had this tour of Jordan. Entire tour was seamless and worry free with all accommodations, transport, meals (except lunch), guides to Petra and Jerash arranged. Just have to arrive at Jordan with your bags. Would recommend this tour to all first time visitors to Jordan. Driver Mr Mahmood was also polite and on time every day. If there is anything to improve on is that the two night stay in Petra is too much for me. If can replace one night stay in Petra with Wadi Rum will be perfect tour.

Firstly, our driver and guide were simply incredible. Firas (our driver) was kind, knowledgeable, funny and engaging the entire way there and back. Upon arrival to Petra, he managed the process of acquiring our tickets and introducing us to our guide, Mariam. Marium was probably the best guide our family has ever had in our travels. The vast majority of guides in this part of the world are men, so my girls loved that we were able to get such an incredible woman. Mariam was a teacher in her prior career and it showed in her current one. She was great with my two girls and family overall and had the perfect amount of information to share along our journey through Petra. The sites and history of this magical place were beyond beautiful and mesmerizing. Additionally, but not to be overlooked, Mariam was a great photographer. She was very creative for all videos and photos. The volume of tourists on our trip was well below the norm given the current conflicts in adjacent countries, but we felt more than safe the entire time. Overall, I highly recommend this tour and our guides.

This is the most beautiful trail I’ve ever seen. It’s not easy, but the guides/staff were helpful and it’s worth it! Be prepared to get wet and possibly a couple of bumps or scrapes. (I bruise easily, so I got quite a few keepsakes!) We didn’t ask for a guide initially, but Ali found us along the way and helped us get to the end. This turned out to be really useful since it’s been a while since my husband or I did any river hikes and there are areas with strong currents. Ali also gave us some really good videos and pictures we weren’t expecting! We tried to offer him a tip, but he refused it. The waterfall at the end of the hike is so beautiful and it was nice having time to relax and play in the water before turning back. I made the mistake of wearing my wedding ring. It was my “travel ring,” but I still meant to leave it on dry land and forgot. At one of the slides, the ring came off! I was sure it was gone forever, but another guide, Sameer, was nearby. He put on goggles and somehow found it! By that point, I had been so overwhelmed with the beauty and experience overall, I just burst into tears! We were staying at the Mujib Chalets across the street, so we didn't need to use the changing rooms. We did bring towels with us and the staff offered to hold them behind the desk during our hike. They also gave us string to tie our glasses on since we both had to wear them. If you can get away with contacts, do that, but the string method worked well enough. The life jackets have been through some wear-and-tear, but they're sufficient to the cause. We took our time, playing in the water and taking lots of pictures and it took us about 2 1/2 hours to complete the whole thing.
