the hike up was a bit of a challenge. not as hard as i feared. as a fat, 67 year old woman i did fine. i needed help on one waterfall but there were guides placed along the trail to assist. just a beautiful hike! now, at the turn around point, i was forced to slide down a rock into the pool below. i wanted to climb down the way i came up. i was not allowed. that pool just did not seem deep enough. the guide insisted so i did. i assumed he would not be telling me to do this if it were not safe. i ended up with two broken bones in my foot and a spiral fracture on my fibula. yes, i had to hike out that way. i did float where i could. i still had 4 waterfalls to climb down. a guide dragged me over rocks in some spots too shallow to float. and then i walked quite a bit as well. and oh that ladder to get out of the gorge! i am not sorry i went. i am sharing this so if you are not comfortable doing as directed, don't. know your limits.

Great drivers and tour guide. The most difficult part is crossing the border, however the officials there let you know what to do. Great trip!

Jordan did not disappoint. We had a memorable time with the professional assistance of our driver, Ahmad. He ensured all was perfect for our Jordan adventure. I would highly recommend travelling to Jordan and utilising Ahmad for transportation.

This was a wonderful half day trip to the Dead Sea. The driver was professional and able to share more about not only the topic, but also Jordan in general. I never felt rushed with my time by the driver, which allowed me to relax by the Dead Sea.

This tour was great and our guide and driver, Basel, was wonderful. He was so kind and full of information. He was able to answer any questions we had and kept us updated on the itinerary. We started out with Amman sightseeing, went to Madaba and saw mosaics, ate a great lunch, saw the Promised Land at Mt. Nebo and floated in the Dead Sea. It was just an amazing day! Highly recommend this tour.

Actually our tour was from 28 January to 4 February and it was superb nicely planned by Ms.Safinaz Al-Nammari. This tour would not have been enjoyable if not for our Chauffeur and guide Mr.Khalid who helped us for everything. Last but not the least his knowledge about those places and the capacity to feel like as if he’s known to us for long. Wish him the best at all times. Our Zaid Tours trip was more than we could have imagined! Each of the hotels, which included breakfast & dinner, was great. Yet, it was our driver Amer Arramouni who made everything possible! He’s funny, a skilled driver, prompt, explained everything & we learned a great deal about Jordan’s history, interesting insights into its culture & its wide-ranging music. He also answered our many questions. As we checked-in at each hotel Amer didn’t leave until he knew everything was as it should be. I was traveling with my sister; we normally do everything on our own & travel independently. I’m a retired airline employee and have traveled all over the world. This was such a treat for us and gave us time to relax! We did a 4-night trip with Zaid which included Petra (Wadi Musa), Wadi Rum, Aqaba & Dead Sea. Here’s where everything became extraordinary: arriving in each area we were having conversations with Amer about what we wanted to do & he arranged everything in advance so when we arrived everything was taken care of. Each of the guides & snorkel boats he arranged for us was incredible & he knew who to select. Our Petra guide filled us with information that we are still talking about (sadly, I don’t recall his name). Amer arranged Abdullah as our 4WD (4-hour) Bedouin guide at Rahayeb Desert Camp, Wadi Rum. We had so much fun with Abdullah as he showed us his desert & shared things about Bedouin life & the sweet camels as we laughed while they sniffed us! Our troubled world could learn much from the Bedouin people! If you visit Rahayeb Desert Camp be sure to request Abdullah as your guide…he was one of the most memorable things of our Jordan trip! (see photos) Upon arriving in Aqaba Amer gave us a brief city tour as well as the South Beach on the Red Sea. He also arranged a 4-hour snorkeling trip for us with Sea Guard prior to arriving in Aqaba. This was a great trip with a tasty lunch cooked onboard! The dive master/owner showed us pictures of him learning to ski in Switzerland last month. Everyone working on the boat was part of his family! A very cool day! Zaid tours was fantastic from start to finish. Amer, thank you for keeping us laughing and thank you to Abdullah at Rahayeb Desert Camp for your kindness & smile! Without your help and knowledge our trip would not have been the same. Jordan is filled with treasures beyond imagination, yet its people are the most valuable! ,

Unique and great experience of Jordan. Already missing the morning coffee and treats our driver and guide Nazzal offered every morning. His network and knowledge second to none. Very flexible with our requests. The experience itself: I won't spoil it for you! You have to take it to believe it. Decided to stay a few extra days in Amman on our own. Location and Hotel, Lina Manzour, our agency contact arranged it for us was great. Close to amenities.

Could not have asked for a better experience of Jordan. Our driver and guide Basel Nazzal made it so enjoyable. His network and knowledge unbelievable. Reliable, punctual, grasp of the English language, funny and interesting.

Seeing the Wadi Rum was amazing…but what made this day even more memorable was my driver/guide Hasan. We hit it off immediately, which was a great thing because we were together for 12 hours. Hasan was so kind and funny and went out of his way to take photos of me and ensure I had a memorable and amazing time. And you know you are having fun together when you are both singing along to the music on the ride home! Thank you for an amazing day Hasan!!

Our guide Basel Mousa was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and provided information about Jordan and its culture. He provided insight about the dynamics of the Middle East and its impact on Jordan. We enjoyed seeing sites of the city and getting a chance to try Kunafa.

We only had 4 days in beautiful Jordan to explore Wadi Rum, MAGNIFICENT Petra and beautiful Amman, and were LUCKY that this trip was executed by Zaid Tours and Travels from Amman… ALL OUR HEARTFUL THANKS go to ZTT, for having made this (too much short) trip in Jordan an unforgettable one ! I think that ZTT has a secret recepy to make their clients feel well 🤗 … In our case, the secret recepy was called Hasan, our driver / guide… Overwhelming kindness, devotion, reliability and friendship… - you truly will notice that Hasan is an exceptional personality, who goes above the established programme to make you feel well and comfortable… A kind of person hard to find, these days… We were lucky and feel grateful to have met such a GREAT PERSON… SHUKRAN, Hasan… WE WILL NEVER FORGET YOU ! Also a special thanks and appreciation to Mr Soufiane in Petra… I had some physical problems and, if you experience MAGNIFICENT Petra, you will understand that you MUST be topfit to visit it (ca. 4,5 km walking and the same back) to do it… Mr Soufiane saved our trip in Petra with an electric cart (both ways) and SPECIAL arrangement … Mr Soufiane, THANK YOU for having allowed us to visit WHOLE PETRA in its WHOLE GRANDEUR ! Our friend Hasan’s devotion took us also all over Amman… - giving us also the chance to meet local deserts at Habiba and so much more… So, to close this review, I only will give TWO pieces of advice: If you want to visit Jordan in a SUPER trip… Give it to ZTT to organize and ask for HASAN as a driver / guide… - you will not regret !

This was a wonderful tour. It included the three major sites we wanted to explore south of Amman. Our driver, Basel N was excellent, giving us plenty of time to explore, and sharing local knowledge. The accommodations were lovely, and the food was excellent. My only suggestion would be a daily itinerary with times and places to help with planning. Thank you for a terrific four days.

This was excellent. Very helpful, informative guides along the way - especially at Petra. Great value for money, personalised commentary, every question answered. We’d do it again in a heart beat. Then to add to it, we left our phone in the minivan and they raced it back to us. Fantastic service.

We had a really great time! The tour was very well organized, the driver extremely nice, the guides very competent and knowledgeable. We only wish we had more time to explore, because there are so many great places to see and visit!
