Meet a driver at the Amman airport for dinner and transfer to your hotel, then rise the next morning for breakfast and the scenic trip. Head south and stop first at the Dead Sea for a morning of floating in the salt-rich waters. Then, head to Wadi Rum, an otherworldly desert landscape that’s also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Take in the site’s rolling dunes and rock formations on a 4x4 tour. Then make your way to the ancient Nabatean city, the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Petra, that’s carved straight into soaring cliffs. Once we booked our tour through Zaid, they organised, visas, accommodation etc making it a stress free holiday for us. They replied promptly to our emails answering any queries we had which was greatly appreciated. We had an amazing 3 days in Jordan with Amer from Zaid Tours and travel. He was fantastic, we enjoyed hearing about his culture, music and stories. If you book, make sure you ask for Amer to be your driver. We couldn't recommend Zaid Tours and Travel & Amer enough! Our trip to Jordan was a once in a lifetime experience and we only wish we had had more time to exploee more of Jordan.

What a wonderful trip to Jordan!

What a wonderful trip to Jordan! All made possible by Zaid Tours and our personal driver Hasan Alquirnih. Hasan was so much more than just our driver—he was our companion and advisor and became our friend. He personalized every aspect of the trip and went above and beyond in so many ways—making sure we had our morning coffee—very important! Planning our daily itinerary with us and paying attention to all the details; making sure we had the best experiences and the best tour guides; advising us on do’s and don’ts—which was very helpful as this was our first trip to Jordan; introducing us to the rich history and culture of Jordan at every step of the way and Hasan knows everyone everywhere we went and we were greeted with open arms at the tours and restaurants and shops. We also had great conversations in the car about everything—our countries, our families,, and more. We feel so fortunate to have been able to experience Jordan with Habibi Hasan.

Wonderful Time With Zaid Tours
We had a life-changing tour of Wadi Rum, the Dead Sea, and Petra. The tour was advertised to last 3 days and four nights, with a day in Amman. We scheduled our flights so we could arrive the day before the start of the tour and leave the day after the day in Amman. It turns out that the day of arrival (at 20:30) and departure (left for airport at 7:00) were meant to be part of the four nights. So with the flights we had booked, we had two extra days to fill in Jordan. Our tour guide, Hasan, was outstanding. He managed to schedule, on the fly, some of the best tours in Jordan. We saw the mosaics at Masaba on our first day. On day 3, we went up to the northern border to see Greek and Roman ruins, a medieval castle, and Jerash. Then on the final extra day, we were treated to a visit to another castle, which is a UNESCO world heritage site, a fabulous lunch in Amman, and a visit to Rainbow Street. All of this had to be arranged in real time. Hasan found us excellent tour guides for some of the destinations. He was also endlessly patient, good-humored and knowledgeable. And since one of his main jobs was simply driving, let me add that the amount of driving to all these places was notable, but Hasan treated it as if it were nothing. And the driving in Amman! Outstanding. We were so lucky to have him.

Mazen was the best!

My boyfriend and I booked this trip fairly last minute and had no idea how incredible it would be. We booked the 4/5 option and also upgraded to the Martian dome at the sun city camp, and all of the hotels were exceptional, however what really made our trip was having Mazen as our driver/tour guide. He was absolutely incredible - kind, informative, and funny. Mazen showed us places on the drive we never would have seen, gave us advice on where we were best to visit, and always took photos of us. We have made good friends with Mazen and would recommend to anyone that they request him! Thank you to Zaid Tours, and mostly Mazen for a trip we will always remember!

Thank you, Khalid, for the excellent driving and informative trip. We appreciated your thoughtfulness, kindness, and punctuality. This was a great way to get to the Dead Sea, Petra and the Wadi Rum. Talat was an excellent guide at Petra — enthusiastic, patient, full of information, good humored and kind. What a great way to see and understand this fantastic spot. The Wadi Rum drive was terrific, too, with teal insight into Bedouin life. Many thanks to all of you who made this trip so memorable and wonderful!

Amazing Holiday in Jordan

From the airport concierge to hotels to excursions to the end of the trip, we felt like VIPs. Zaid staff have welcomed us and made sure that our whole holiday was perfect. Even during the booking process, Carol and Lina were very responsive and helpful. I had a lot of questions and they were very patient through out. They were both great at customer service.
Basel, our driver (later, our friend) was so kind, polite, professional, and accommodating. He made sure that we are having a great time in Jordan. He made sure that we always eat breakfast before we start our day, even on our early start in Petra 6:30 am pick-up time. On our way to Wadi Rum, he made sure that we do not miss the most beautiful sunset over the mountains and desert. He checked up on us via WhatsApp on our night in the camp, to make sure we have everything we need. On our last night in the Dead Sea, he was able to arrange a late check out for us since our flight is not until 8 pm. He was our main driver, however he is also very knowledgeable about Jordan and its history and culture. He also gave us food recommendations, and brought us to a good souvenir shop near Amman with fair/cheaper price on our last day.
Jordan is so beautiful and thank you for making it a memorable family holiday!

Best tours ever

Marvellous and The Best!

First and best experience in Jordan!!! Unfortunately, Jordan has many places to explore and 3 nights were not enough! Wish we will be able take a night stay at the Wadi Rum! Amazzzing!

We had done our research for the best tour package in Jordan and Zaid tours offered by far the most affordable and quality stays provided at the hotels. However, our trip will not be the best without our driver, Hassan! Hassan always extended himself to make sure that we were comfortable, safe and enjoyable! He is also very knowledgeable and explained a lot of historical facts of Jordan in a very interesting way.

Overall, My fiancée and I had a great time and wonderful experience in Jordan!! We would like to thank our driver, Hassan who made our journey enjoyable and meaningful. I will definitely come back and recommend to go with this tour group and request for Hassan again!

My husband and I had the best time in Jordan. Grateful for our tour guide Amer who made sure that we enjoy our short time in Jordan. The company is very flexible on catering to what we wanted to see and do. Petra is a must visit! Wadi Rum was exceptional! Highly recommended!!!! Excellent service!
