Amazing views in all 3 places, well worth doing if you got the enough time in Amman. Also would like to highlight that it’s completely safe despite the on-going conflicts in bordering countries. Jordan is 100% safe and well worth visiting. Bardaghawi was so good to us, got us Turkish coffees, Jordanian bananas and local falafel sandwiches which were all so good. He really made the experience worthwhile would like to give him a special mention he really went above and beyond.

The experience was fantastic, two of the most amazing places I’ve ever visited. Anas was my driver , he was friendly, professional, fun ,a great driver and very knowledgeable.He took me to sone lovely areas for photo opportunities.It was a very pleasant experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my day with Anas, I highly recommend this tour! When I return to Jordan I will most definitely use this company again and Anas.

Best way to tour Jordan, hands down! I came to Jordan for my birthday as a solo female, a bit apprehensive of what to expect. My driver/tour guide extraordinaire, Mohammad or, “Mr. Mint,” was exceptional in making sure that every day was my favorite day! I felt completely safe, taken care of, & I really got a sense of the true Jordanian culture. Being that it was a trip for my birthday, Mr. Mint thoughtfully had a custom sand art piece done for me & had the all the restaurants went to, sing for me :). He was so sweet to take note of the details & made sure to cater the trip for me- the whole trip was totally flexible which I appreciated. I took all of his suggestions & they all turned out to be amazing! From landing in the airport to going back home, everything was handled flawlessly by R&H VIP Transportation. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone wanting to experience the beauty & wonder of Jordan. Ask for Mr. Mint specifically, he’ll take care of you :)

This is a must see if you are visiting Jordan. Our driver, Abu Anas, was excellent: punctual, very personable and as knowledgeable as any guide. He stopped en-route to show us additional points of interest and helped make the trip all the more enjoyable.

I had the opportunity to visit Petra with Abid, it was a wonderfulday long trip. Abid was very helpful in providing a thorough history of places enroute to majestic Petra. His insights were critical to understand about this historic place. He gave some good practical tips about manevering inside petra. Highly recommended.

Booked this tour on another app as a solo traveller. This tour was the third of three tours I booked with this company. I was happy to have Yuones again as my driver. Once again he gave a lot of details on the way to each of the destinations on the tour. Part of the tour in Madaba was a stop at the Tree of Life for mosaics and handicrafts store which are in collaboration with the Jordanian government to give opportunities for people with disabilities. I watched while the manager explained how they crafted their quality mosaic souvenirs and I bought a couple of small pieces to take home. Next we headed to the Baptism site and on the way I was treated to some freshly baked Jordanian flat bread which was still hot, delicious. The Baptism site was amazing and very spiritual, I'd suggest if you were wanting to buy souvenirs to wait until you get to the museum shop on the way back. If you are religious this is definitely a tour you'd want to book. I'll most likely visit Jordan again and would definitely book another tour with this company and request this driver. I bumped into Anas, the driver from my second tour with his clients and liked that both drivers were friends and I think that also gives a great impression of the company.

I dont know where some of these negative reviews are coming from; I booked 3 different tours with this company and every time the 2 drivers (1 driver did 2 tours) were courteous, professional and punctual. They communicated well in English and I was able to find out about what to expect at each destination on my tours. The cars had air conditioning and access to wifi if I requested it and I was very well looked after for each trip and I would definitely use this tour company again and ask for the same drivers Yuones and Anas.

My driver for the day was Yuones, who was very personable with a good sense of humour, he gave a lot of details on the way to each of the destinations on the tour and called ahead to Umm Qais to book the onsite tour guide. He also provided advice so as not to get ripped off or pressured into giving money to pushy sellers who try and reel you in by giving you 'free' bric a brac souvenirs. He also advised on where to get good quality souvenirs and took me to a nice shop to buy some dead sea products after I expressed an interest in getting some. He also treated me to some Jordanian coffee that was delicious and was accommodating to stop off at a supermarket on the way back so I could get some snacks for my hotel . I'll most likely visit Jordan again and would definitely book another tour with this company and request this driver. I also liked that both drivers I had from this company were friends and I think that also gives a great impression of the company.
