Booked this tour on another app as a solo traveller. This tour was the third of three tours I booked with this company. I was happy to have Yuones again as my driver. Once again he gave a lot of details on the way to each of the destinations on the tour. Part of the tour in Madaba was a stop at the Tree of Life for mosaics and handicrafts store which are in collaboration with the Jordanian government to give opportunities for people with disabilities. I watched while the manager explained how they crafted their quality mosaic souvenirs and I bought a couple of small pieces to take home. Next we headed to the Baptism site and on the way I was treated to some freshly baked Jordanian flat bread which was still hot, delicious. The Baptism site was amazing and very spiritual, I'd suggest if you were wanting to buy souvenirs to wait until you get to the museum shop on the way back. If you are religious this is definitely a tour you'd want to book. I'll most likely visit Jordan again and would definitely book another tour with this company and request this driver. I bumped into Anas, the driver from my second tour with his clients and liked that both drivers were friends and I think that also gives a great impression of the company.

I dont know where some of these negative reviews are coming from; I booked 3 different tours with this company and every time the 2 drivers (1 driver did 2 tours) were courteous, professional and punctual. They communicated well in English and I was able to find out about what to expect at each destination on my tours. The cars had air conditioning and access to wifi if I requested it and I was very well looked after for each trip and I would definitely use this tour company again and ask for the same drivers Yuones and Anas.

My driver for the day was Yuones, who was very personable with a good sense of humour, he gave a lot of details on the way to each of the destinations on the tour and called ahead to Umm Qais to book the onsite tour guide. He also provided advice so as not to get ripped off or pressured into giving money to pushy sellers who try and reel you in by giving you 'free' bric a brac souvenirs. He also advised on where to get good quality souvenirs and took me to a nice shop to buy some dead sea products after I expressed an interest in getting some. He also treated me to some Jordanian coffee that was delicious and was accommodating to stop off at a supermarket on the way back so I could get some snacks for my hotel . I'll most likely visit Jordan again and would definitely book another tour with this company and request this driver. I also liked that both drivers I had from this company were friends and I think that also gives a great impression of the company.

Booked this tour on another app as a solo traveller. This tour was the second of three tours I booked with this company. My driver for the day was Anas, who was very personable with a good sense of humour, we literally laughed all day and he also gave a lot of details on each of the destinations on the tour. He requested that I be punctual when returning to the car from Petra and as a result he made a few stops for some amazing photo opps before we headed to Wadi Rum. He also advised on where to get good quality souvenirs. As it was a very long day Anas made sure there were enough rest stops so I was comfortable. I'll probably visit Jordan again and would definitely book another tour with this company and request this driver. I also liked that both drivers I had from this company were friends and I think that also gives a great impression of the company.

It was a great day. The driver contacted us the day before the tour date, and it was 10 minutes before the departure time. We went to Petra and the Dead Sea. We thank R&HVIP for this day.

ok if you want to risk your life and do few things live movies then this is the right company to do why i am saying that, to let you know, i was solo traveler and booked this tour with them but didn't expect to get a car from scrap yard, and when i say scrap yard i mean what i say, plus i use other company in Jordan for other tours and non of the other company's have the same car this company have i think the only place you can get a car like that at Africa, and for me i will not let you know what the car i had, but if you want to know book with them and you will see, but i don't recommended to use it more than couple of miles if you want to stay alive with all the bad to your work from my side and hope no one else get in your company trap

It was my first time doing a full day trip to a historical site and it was an amazing experience. We had a very comfortable ride to Petra and back home with tea, coffee, fresh water and snacks . We stopped along the way to stretch and then we got an excellent restaurant recommendation in Wadi Musa. I am very happy my family booked a trip with this company, we had an amazing day in Petra

Me, my girlfriend and her sister went to Petra organised by R&H VIP and our amazing guide and driver Mohammed. It was a truly incredible experience and very smooth. Mohammad picked us up and drove us to Petra. He was punctual, extremely friendly and generous- a true professional with an excellent car with wifi, water, coffee and snacks! He gave us great advice and supported us greatly! I highly recommend his services to anyone travelling to Jordan. Its s great company and couldn’t be happier!

I had a great trip to Petra with Bardaghawi. Excellent communication, prompt pick up and I learned a lot about Jordan from him. Petra was beautiful, I’m so glad I went.

This trip was amazing. Our driver Danny was so helpful and full of knowledge on all things Jordan and Petra. We asked if we could detour back to Amman via the Dead Sea for a quick dip and Danny was more than happy to do this. He and his boss Abed even organised the booking for us at a 5 star hotel with dinner. Everything about this day trip was perfect beginning to end

we booked this tour from airport and added all the information about our arrival flight, when we arrive to airport the driver was not there and when we called them they said that the driver at dead sea, how is that possible, then we asked what to do, to let us know we need to wait like 45 min, and the 45 min took them one hour and ten min to arrive, then the driver took us from airport was nice and have a very nice car, but he told us that he only taking us out to the airport main street and from there we will meet our driver, we didn't know why they changing the cars and drivers, but when we arrive the other car was old and smaller that the car we had from inside, and we was already late. now biggest problem was that the driver on the way back asked us to pay him 50 USD for his trip from Dead Sea to Airport, we told him it's his company mistake and we are not responsible about that, to tell us that he's a freelance and the company asked him to charge us what he want for that mistake we refused to pay and he end getting mad for that but this is the company mistake
