I contacted this company via email to make a reservation and provided details of my airport transfer request. I was told to make the reservation on their website, which I did shortly after. I entered all the details required, made the payment, and received confirmation of the airport transfer booking, which was scheduled for 2 days later, so by no means not a last-minute reservation. The day of departure arrives and the reservation time of 18:00 passes and I call the company to ask where they are, and was told the driver was stuck in traffic (on the Shabbat in Jerusalem...sure). I called back 10 minutes later after they said the transfer service would arrive by then, and now the story is different and I was told then the driver had been incorrectly informed to pick-up at 19:00 (mind you, our reservation and confirmation did in fact have 18:00 as the pick-up time so that was their errror) and that we'd have to wait 20 more minutes. At this point, nearly 30 minutes had passed since the 18:00 reservation time. Eventually, we were picked up by a taxi after several calls, BEGGING this company to help us with another ride, and I began to wonder if this had been a scam. At 18:45, we eventually had a taxi, one they had to randomly call at last minute.  It's no wonder they seem to have a few different profiles on Trip Advisor.  That should have been a sign they must have had many issues- other similar experiences, maybe? Use this company with caution.  Thankfully, I planned to arrive at the airport well in advance, but if you are on a strict schedule, perhaps consider a more reliable option. 

TLV transfers was definitely the right choice. My flights to Tel Aviv were cancelled and I was rebooked on different flights the following day that were delayed leaving the US by almost 6 hours. I emailed the TLV office and they adjusted to my new travel schedule with no problem. I did have some issues finding my ride on arrival in Israel which occurred during the Sabbath. I was under the mistaken impression that there would be a car marked TLV transfers or that the driver would be holding a sign with my name, when in fact TLV arranges rides in regular taxis. I could not get my phone to work in Israel - totally my fault. While I was trying to figure out what to do I got the first of several emails from my wife saying that TLV had called my house in the US to say the driver was looking for me. Once I found him, he showed me my confirmation on his phone and we were off. To be clear, the issues I had at pick up were my fault and TLV did a great job at getting things sorted. The return pickup, which occurred in the early morning hours of the Sabbath a week later, went exactly as planned with plenty of communication. I would most definitely book with TLV again on future trips to Israel.

Don't get this service. It was a big mistake. There is plenty of transportation available once you get there. I chose this because I wanted to make sure we had a larger vehicle to get us to our hotel. We went to the the exit that we were instructed and looked around for 20 minutes and could not find our ride. We eventually hired a taxi that was at the designated exit. Unfortunately my phone was not working as the driver did attempt to call me, but when I later explained this to the company they did not even offer a partial rebate. I spent $195.00 on nothing. The driver was not there.

Issac was a great driver. We were traveling from Tel Aviv to Eilat. I asked to stop and get a Coke Zero and he immediately took care of it for me. He was kind and answered our questions on different towns and mountain ranges. He was considerate on music and recognized when we wanted to take a few pics of the Negev Desert range and stopped to make sure we got a good picture. He was a complete professional in every since!

Very efficient pick up as planned and explained in their instructions. Smooth ride to the hotel. If you are tall, opt for the larger vehicle. It was tight!

Charter bus for 30 people. Very dependable and a good price. On time and the driver was friendly. Good communication during the pickup to help us find the bus in an area with a lot of traffic.

TLV Transfers are great, trustworthy and reliable. I was able to communicate easily by email and have all my questions answered. The driver was professional and communicative which was so appreciated. I will go back and use their service again for sure and would recommend to anyone for their professionalism and service. An added bonus was that their prices are reasonable and fair.

My 86-year-old mother and I are frequent travelers. As my mom is in her senior years, I always get a private airport-hotel transfer to make our trips convenient for her. For our trip to Tel Aviv, I booked a private vehicle in TLV Transfers based on their excellent reviews in Tripadvisor. As such, I had high expectations especially as regards courtesy to my mom. We were picked up on time from Ben Gurion Airport, and brought to our hotel in Tel Aviv safely and on time, too. However, I knew it would not be a too pleasant experience when, upon getting into the car, the driver told me in a rude tone not to put my carry-on bag on the back seat. Of course I wouldn’t. It was basic common sense not to put any stuff that was on the ground to the car seat. Anyway, since we were in Israel for the first time and we did not know the actual general behavior of the locals, my mom and I just smiled and kept quiet. Just when we thought that was just an isolated moment, the worse was still coming. It was a drizzling and cold evening upon arriving in our hotel. The driver just stopped by the side walk and did not lift the barrier of the hotel driveway. We would learn later on that the barrier could actually be lifted and any car could enter the hotel driveway, even in the evening. He got our luggages and bags from the car and just put them on the side walk and drove off, and that was before I could tell him that I just recovered from surgery and that I needed help to bring the bags in the hotel. He did not even say goodbye. And so, I had to leave my mom in the cold with our luggages/bags and went inside the hotel to ask for help from the hotel staff. This was our first time to experience such a cold and impersonal treatment/behavior from a private transfer service. We were used to having drivers going the extra mile to serve, not just literally driving or transferring us from the airport to the hotel. We were thankful that the driver and ride provided by our hotel to the airport during departure was the opposite: very warm and helpful, and even assisted my mom as she got out of the car.

We were in Israel for a couple of weeks in Dec 2019 and Jan 2020. Moshe was always very helpful and flexible. I recommend.

Van in perfect conditions and comfortable. Driver was very polite and the price for a one day tour was reasonable.

Highly recommended for the other customer whose looking for a car rental. Looking forward for another transaction with them in the future
