Excellent, safe, and fun tour of Galilee
Max did great as a guide and our driver was safe/professional. The guide, Max was sensitive to my wife's disabilities. Max was multilingual too, knowing both Spanish and Russian, as do I. This was helpful, as I didn't need to translate to Spanish for my wife. He could speak directly with her. The tour was great also because I preferred to relax and let someone else drive for a day. We felt safe and cared for as well, given the current conflict situation. The tour was timely, fun, and educational. It was a pleasure to experience what Israel's northern Galilee region had to offer. We came to Israel to volunteer, as well as for sightseeing. We came to stand with Israel in this difficult time, and felt safe and fulfilled in doing so.

High Energy Fun. Amazing Guide. Highly Recommend!
ATV Desert Buggies in the Negev was amazing! The machines were fabulous and our guide - Daniel - was amazing. We had SO much fun. We went for 2 hours, but next time we will take a longer trek. He took us on an amazing ride around the crater - served the best homemade cold tea ever and explained how the crater was formed with greater clarity than I've ever heard. Was absolutely very high energy and fun - but completely safe. Kids had an amazing time! We will absolutely be back and highly recommend!

Our guide was great and the sites were spectacular. He gave us a wonderful historical perspective and told us several interesting stories relevant to the sites we saw. The driver was also excellent.

Transfer from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem
Taxi ride was a good guy, but he accidentally deleted my pick up so he was an hour plus late. I had to call him to find out where he was. He got there within the half hour after I made the phone call, which was great. He said that a pick up was canceled, but he deleted the wrong one accidentally. We all make mistakes.

      Must see locations
All three locations were amazing. The tour requires a fair amount of hiking in Ein Gedi and Masada, but it is absolutely worth it! Driving through the Judean desert is beautiful, floating in the Dead Sea is a unique experience everyone should try. The views in Ein Gedi and Masada are incredible.

Know the difference between a "tour" and a "transfer"
Seeing that this is a touring company, I booked what I thought was a private tour to the south with a professional guide. However, they called it a "transfer" and simply provided me with a regular taxi driver at double the price of the open market. Be warned to read the small print and distinguish the difference between a "tour" and a "transfer". To their credit, the service/corresponce with the company was good and the taxi was clean and comfortable with a friendly and safe driver.

      Do Not Use Them!
5 days before our trip we have a pc to firm up details & pricing for multiple tours. 2 days later the invoice comes, looks nothing like our discussion & is for $2K LESS than agreed upon. A tour company couldn’t sort (for example) 4 afternoons at $500 per for just 2 people? Their excuse was “the war, people aren’t coming”. My hotel was full of tourists & we met tourists everywhere we went- on our own, in a country where we didn’t speak or read the language. We did use TI for a 3 day Petra tour, which was lovely, but the preparatory comms were abysmal: delayed, unclear, spotty at best. Informed we needed to file docs for entry to Jordan in advance that was only sent to us the night before leaving! After spending 2 frustrating hours online, discovered it was completely unnecessary. Because it was after hours, we called the emergency number provided, to try to get clarification, but no one answered. Find a different tour operator; this one is unreliable & unresponsive.

This company will take your money and run
They took an $800 deposit last September 2023 and we were supposed to go this June 2024. They ignored a request for refund since January of 2024 and stopped communication. They are not to be trusted as a true tour company. They possibly do day trips but are not a real company. We will continue to attempt a refund but it looks bleak and they are probably not financially not sound. DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY

      The best guide ever
We went for a one-day trip to Masada, Ein Gedi and the Dead Sea with Omer Geva as a guide. Omer is absolutely fantastic person with great sense pf humour and a very professional guide who knows every detail about Israel's history and nature. We can strongly recommmend the trip to everyone who wants to explore Israel. Iga & Gosia

Drive and transfer to Jordan went fine. Petra has become a mass of people trying to sell items to visitors and convince them to ride their camels, horses and carts. Not at all what we expected and hoped for.

Dear Traveler, Thank you for your feedback. We're saddened to hear about your experience with the selling culture in Petra. While it has become more commercialized, we hope you still enjoyed the historical and natural beauty of the site, and that you are satisfied with the service provided by the team in Jordan much like your fellow travelers.

I did the 3 day (2 nights) tour in Jordan from Tel Aviv. Not worth it. They dont have enough stuff for you to do in 3 days and the fees and service they charge is very expensive, so you have a lot of wasted time. If you are really interested in doing Petra and Wadi Run choose only the 1 night tour (it is still a lot of time) but at least you dont lose 1 day of your holiday / vacation. Also the second night they reserve a VERY bad hotel for you (they say 3 stars, dont believe it), so 1 night is quite enough and if you dont mind doing it alone, just do it, you will win velocity in lines and stay as long as you want in the main points.

Dear tatianar829 We are sorry that you didn't fully enjoy your vacation with us. The three day tour is geared to spending more time in Jordan and more leisurely seeing the sites. We do hope that you did enjoy the sites that you saw.

Everywhere we went was absolutely amazing!
Wadi Rum is one of the most beautiful places in the world and Petra is simply stunning.
I did the additional day in Petra option and my only regret is that I didn't have a little more time to see the rest of it. Don't waste your time with a single day in Petra, that place deserves two full days of exploration AT THE MINIMUM.
    Such an incredible place.
    Cons for the trip include:
    1. Poor communication by tour operator.
When booking, I practicality had to beg to get confirmation that the tour was happening.
The bus driver barely had any information.
It was only upon arriving at the Jordanian border that we finally got some kind of briefing on what was going on.
    2. Optional activities pushed very hard
Day one was advertised as being a day to wander in Aqaba before heading out to Wadi Rum. Instead, the guide just tried to convince us to pay for extra activities, like a yacht, just to pass a few hours.
While this is an understandable way to make a few more dollars, it was a bit irritating to learn that there was no plan except to find us an extra activity we wanted to pay extra for.

Pictures cannot do the views justice. Our guide in Jordan was very knowledgeable and kept us informed about our schedule. The Bedouin tents were more like houses, mattresses electricity and showers. The food was always buffet as we were on a tour, it was average but we were always hungry by the time our meals came.
Leaving 2am from Tel Aviv was a very difficult trek. I also did not feel we were given enough time in Petra to do all of the hiking. We made it up to the Monastery but it was stressful getting there in the time alotted. It was hours to get up and down and it was hot but well worth the hike.

i had booked a group tour from tel aviv to wadi rum and Petra in Apr 23. my contact person on tourist Israel side was ms Sharon who was more than instrumental in making the tour happen. the whole experience of booking the tour, personalised pick up , border transfer and tour in jordan were amazing.

special word for our tour guide in jordan, Mr Mihqail , who made the tour memorable.
dinner in wadi rum camp, quality of room cum tent in the camp and all arrangements and especially lunch in Petra , are still fresh in the mind.

a special mention for ms Lake and the manager of tourist Israel, whose name i don't know, . they were more than forthcoming in accommodating our request. a big thumbs up.

wish the driver who took us from tel aviv to eilat was little pleasant. he was punctual, drove well but very rude the only bad experience.

I asked Tourist Israel to organize for me a provate tour including 2 days in Petra, Masada, Ein Gedi and the Dead Sea. Everything was prepared with great professionality, competence and speed. The office team (Christina) were so collaborative and gave important suggestions to find the best balance among the activities.
As well, drivers and guides that lead us into the tour have been super kind and efficient.
    I totally recommend Tourist Israel.

Don't do it. Just don't do it. I don't even have the mental energy to recount how horrific this experience was. This company is cheap and transparent with its attempts to scam you.

A few examples, on day 1, it took four hours to cross the jordanian border. The email claimed a representitive would there to help us. There was no one. We were alone and with zero instructions and no one to reach out to. Because of this delay, we didn't get to visit 2 of the three sites we were supposed to see on the first day. Also, scam number 1, lunch is included on the first day. But then the tour guides tell us that lunch is bad and not worth it and we should go to the restaurant at the first site. Obviously he gets a commission if we eat there. But because we were stressed abuot time we opted for the included meal. It truly was terrible. piece of bread with probably 25 grams of chicken rolled in, grapes that had dirt on them, and warm unseasoned cut tomatoes and cucumbers. We were also suppsoed to recieve dinner that evening at the hotel - which we didn't because we only arrived at 12:30 at night because of all the delays. Everyone was shown to their room and then my boyfriend and I were told actually we were in a different hotel. Ok, strange. We drive to the other hotel - where they then tell us no, you're at the original hotel. We were finally in our room at 1:30 am, hungry and exhausted.

The next day was Petra. Petra is impressive and the only reason the trip wasn't a complete throw away. During the tour, the guide shared with my boyfriend and I that the operations manager for Tourist Israel had called him 8 times on Wednesday (two days before the trip) begging him to do it because they had no one. The guide said after the whole experience with them thus far, he would never work with them again. After Petra, we had our first real meal of the trip LOL. There, Salah, the operations manager for Tourist Jordan told us he was there for anything we need and how was it going so far. When we shared with him our experience to every point he had a shut down and an excuse and it was very clear he didn't actually care to hear. One girl had to actually ask him to allow her to finish her sentence he was so rude.

That night we stayed at the beduoin camp which is perfectly fine. We were looking forward to the two hour jeep tour the next day of Wadi Rum. We should've know it would be just as dissappointing. Instead of driving around and hearing about the desert we were driven and stopped every 5-10 minutes at identical looking bedouin tents selling the same trinkets as each other. At this point, our entire group was jsut ready to go home. We actually contacted Salah and asked him to move the shuttle up earlier on the Israeli side so we could leave early. When he said it wasn't possible we looked into public transportation but because of the holiday it ended early and we were stuck. So we said ok, we'll make the best of our last afternoon in Aqaba. WHAT A JOKE. When we arrived, the guy who met us there straight up told us that 7 hours is waaaay too much time to spend in Aqaba but that he could arrange a private beach for us, for a price of course. We were all so infuriated at this point. They literally built the trip to make money off of you. With no options, we asked the guide for a restuarnt recommendation. We said authentic Jordanian. He sent us to Papaya, a bright yellow retaurant. Sounds super authentic, no? As our group arrived at the entrance, suddenly we see the guide already there holding a menu ready to explain to us. One more minute and I was sure he was going to start taking our orders.

In conclusion, please please please do not waste your time and money on these thieves. I thought I was doing myself a favor by removing all the headache of planning a trip like this but in the end, you are so much better off putting your hard earned money towards an experience that will be memorable, for the right reasons.

Dear Traveler, Thank you for sharing your experience with us, We are sorry and shocked to read your review. Kindly note our Highlights of Jordan Tour is a guided tour however, we do not provide assistance at the northern border crossing, it is sad for us to hear that unexpected congestion at the border affected the itinerary of your tour. We have shared your feedback about the food, time distribution, and your experience in general with our operational partner in Jordan and we would love to be in touch to hear more about your experience to further look into the matter. Best regards,
