Circuit Israel and Jordania Tour
Mar 2020
Our first day trip to Masada and Dead Sea it was great Out Tour guide Noure had great knowledge, but the only thing was the time at the dead sea was very short, we barely had time to enjoy the water and I didn't get a chance to change clothes on our way back to the hotel. we had only 2 hours including lunch.. which took almost 45 min. Overall it was good.

Day 2 to 5, We had a Amazing Tour Guide his name was Saeed Yassin which speak 5 language and his knowledge, history of each city and area exceed our expectation.. I would highlighted recommend Saeed to anyone who has the opportunity to visit Israel. We visit Jaffa, Cesarea, Haifa, San Juan de Acre, Sea of Galilee, Nazareth, Safed, Rio Jordan Monte Tabor, Mount of Olives expect Belen bcos it was closed.

Day 6-9 we were suppose to travel to Amman and Petra but due to the Covid-19 We didn't make it but we had to paid fee and we got stuck between Jordan and israel border for 8 hours bcos they didn't know what will happen to us.. Finally Israel let us in back to the hotel and we miss the rest of our trip..

Very disappointing as they added 3 people from other tours as they were in Belen before they close their city.. We didn't make it to Belen bcos it was closed.. Jordan claim they close their border but other people pass but our bus didn't..

We had many older people in our bus luckily they have us pizza and water but not enough for everyone..

They try to make up for one tour to the bell caves, Stalactite cave and free Lunch however it was unacceptable but based on the COVID 19 it was no other choice to accept..

Their office should have been monitoring and working 24 hours and 7 days with their tour guides to make sure we were all safe especially avoiding to mix people who had been infected areas.

Overall We had a great beginning but bad ending bcos we didn't get a chance to Visit Amman and Petra..

I hope once this COVID-19 get under control perhaps one day in the future will try to make it back.. I only wish my parents are still with me.

Adding two pics of our group..

One Day Jerusalem and Dead Sea
Feb 2020 • Friends
Had a great trip with Bein Harim Tourism and Shaked "Zachi" and driver Aviv to Jerusalem and the Dead Sea. The first half we spent plenty of time driving through and walking Jerusalem. Zachi provided plenty of historical and personal information during the tour. We were able to navigate through the streets and stopped at interesting points to hear about it's cultural and historical relevance. In the afternoon we drove to the Dead Sea and spent a couple of hours floating and taking a mud bath. All thanks to Aviv who seemed to know the best roads and lanes to take. The trip is a must if you have a day in Tel Aviv.

Zahi Shaked- best guide guy to go for
Feb 2020 • Family
A nice pleasant trip with Ben Harim tour agency. Zahi Shaked- best guide to go for. He is funny, knowledgeable, easy to understand and patient with tourists. We had a 7 year old toddler with us on trip- there wasn’t a problem at all!

Great tour with Haya!
Jan 2020
Just got back from taking this full day tour of Jerusalem and the Dead Sea with the best guide, Haya Koshlevisch. She is clearly VERY experienced giving these tours and knew where to have the group and at what time to make sure we missed the most crowds while also seeing as much as possible. She was also very prepared and brought great visual aids to help explain the history of the sights we were seeing as well as paper us to leave wishes at the Wailing Wall. It was a jam packed tour so we didnt get to stay too long in any one spot but I knew that was going to be the case when I signed up. I cant wait to go back!

This tour was great. Saw all the main sights, for a good period if time. Of course there is a full agenda so can't hang around too much, but generally we didn't feel too rushed. The guide was a real character and made the trip for us

Fascinating one-day experience
Jan 2020
I had an extra day in Israel, and decided to take a day tour to Jerusalem and Dead Sea booked on Tourist Israel. The tour was organised by Bein Harim Tourism Services. The weather in Jerusalem was harsh, with chilly winds and slight rains - but the whirlwind tour of the numerous attractions was very interesting. We took a different route for the tour, which helped us avoid the usual crowd of tourists. Dead sea was another interesting experience, and the tour had 90 minutes of free time to enjoy a dip in the sea. Our guide, Zahi Shaked, was especially thoughtful and helped with well prepared suggstions. Right from preparing us for the cold weather in Jerusalem to tips & tricks on buying from the market, he was very helpful.

Great tour, great guide - got a lot in, in a little time!
Nov 2019
I had only one day to spare and I wanted to see both Jerusalem and the Dead Sea. This tour was just what I wanted. We had a full half-day in and around Jerusalem, especially walking around the Old City. Our guide, Moshe Kaplan, was very knowledgable and gave a wonderful tour. Yes, it was somewhat fast-paced but that's what a half-day tour is going to be like. Still, we had some time at the Western Wall, Church of the Holy Sepulchre, and several other churches and temples, plus we got walk through all 4 quarters of Old Jerusalem. After a late lunch, we went out to the Dead Sea, where we had enough time for a 90 minute swim. We returned to Tel-Aviv early enough in the evening to go out to dinner. I would have certainly liked more time in Jerusalem and the Dead Sea but if you only have 1 day, you can't beat this.

A waste of money for a poor service
Nov 2019
We paid 276 USD for 2 tickets; what a waste.

All we got for our money was the bus transport to Jerusalem and the Dead Sea, and the entry to the Dead Sea - the guide did not offer anything (I will not name him publicly). Like many others we left the tour guide in Jerusalem so we would be able to see all of the sights.

Although promised otherwise:
* We did not visit the Mount of Olives
* We had only a short stop at Mount Scopus, taking a view from a restaurant where we were hurried away by restaurant staff
* The shop and café we were planned to stop for facilities and refreshment was closed. There was no alternative (admittedly being sold tat is the worst part of any trip)
* We only had 1hr30mins at the dead sea, instead of 2hours
* The tour guide was very slow, and lost control of the group. He kept counting the group and we were kept waiting for up to 30 minutes at a time
* The guide did not offer any valuable information - he was so poor we left the guide and used a book we had instead. Many others did the same,
* On arrival in Jerusalem we were left waiting for 30 minutes as only a handful of people went to buy souvenirs.

Having tried to retrospectively contact rent-a-guide to provide feedback and request a refund, we have heard nothing in response.

Incredible sites, but disappointed
Nov 2019
Our group was far too large for our guide to handle. People wandered off such that the guide spent far too much time trying to find them in the huge crowds. This essentially significantly downgraded the visit for us, particularly in Jerusalem. We had to go back to Jerusalem on another day with a private guide to see what we needed to see in this incredible city. "Rent A Guide" must utilize whisper devices so that guests can hear better and stay closer together with the group.

Fast Paced Big Bus Tour
Nov 2019
The tour was a whirlwind of sites from Old Jerusalem, and on to the Dead Sea, full with information and local insights. The information and eye-opening perspective was well worth the tour, but floating in the Dead Sea was the absolute highlight. It was quick moving and very busy in the old city, but we felt safe, looked after, and had a great time throughout the tour. Our tour guide Yosef was personable, fun, and very knowledgeable.
